Drake slowly passed out, having chugged three barrels of ale.

As Drake was passed out, a small slip of paper appeared out of nowhere and landed itself on his face. Dak facepalmed and scribbled the words "Drake Flamerobe" in Drake's own messy handwriting on the paper. Then, he threw the paper at the guy who was being handed the slips.

For some reason that looks better than all of the other ones I've seen. Is it just me? Or the fact that you get to see Dragon Bolt bust through a window and knock away loads of people?

As Drake finished chugging a barrel of fine wine from some France-like place he'd never heard of, he briefly saw a mysterious figure immerse itself into the shadows. "Odd. I've never seen somebody leave tea out to hide when Karie is right next to it. Unless it was another professional rogue who would probably steal it back anyway." Drake wondered in amusement. "Then again, I don't think I've seen anybody with tea in here before. Must be a new thing around here, which comes as no surprise seeing how it took 154 years to get to my village since it was invented. I'd think I'll pick some up later. I haven't tried the stuff since I was 16 and working in a farm."

Drake looked up from the book he was reading to see a new guy. He looked fine, and handsome. Not as handsome as Drake was, mind you, but might as well be seeing he nearly had the same haircut as Drake. Different reasons for being there, however. Drake was in Heroica for vengeance and the cool stuff he found in Quests, the Louis kid being there to fulfill some kind of vampire-like thirst for blood. Yes, Drake was eavesdropping. No, he didn't care if it was wrong. "This new guy's worth looking into. I'll be seeing him some day. Not today, but someday." Drake said that really quiet so he wouldn't hear.

Drake read the questboard. A quest which involved a plot to overthrow somebody? He hadn't done that kind of thing in years. He was pretty good at it, though. All that needed to be done was kill every henchman and guard sent out, and trick the certain somebody into leaving himself vulnerable for easy attack. With this in mind, Drake signed up for Quest #80.

Drake walks back in the hall with a slightly torn and terribly folded piece of paper in hand. He shakily scribbles his name under Quest #78 before unfolding the piece of paper. He read it. It said: I'm here at last! My journey was a blast. Now to make dinner for two. I must really say, That you must be tired after this day, And as a reward, my guest shall be you. Drake looked nervous. "I'm here at last..." Drake muttered before tearing the piece of paper in two. It was of no more use.

I still stand that I did post my own Digital Hero contest entry. Please add. It isn't fair that I put hard work into an entry only to see that it's impossible to vote for it because it isn't there.

Are you sure you haven't exposed any pieces to direct sunlight? Sometimes that heats up the plastic and makes it a lot easier to break.

Drake looked at Karie and Sorrow. They both had a cruel past, but not as cruel as Drake's. He'd never forget when his parents died during a special business trip to Eubric when he was only a small baby. The memory had lodged itself firmly into his mind, so he always thought about it. Night and day, day and night. Every lasting second to him was torture.

Okay, who let Homemade in here? That put aside, I'm gonna be the one who actually waits until something interesting sparks up around here. If what Chro said about Brickthing having a last minute tradition, then we'll expect everything to be thrown in one huge pile package on the last day. That includes voting.

Drake woke up, realizing that somebody had actually fixed the door. "Ah, tell a guy to fix a door and he won't do it. Try to do it all alone and then he wants to do it! What is the matter with these people?" "Don't ask. It's a big, confusing world we live in and too hard to understand. So please don't ask why a guy won't fix a door when you tell them to." "Easy for you to say. Even I don't know what's wrong with you..."

Drake signs up to be in Quest #76. Clearing a trade route did sound relaxing and easy. No complicated things like guardians of things or mad arsonists bent on killing the guy who hired you only to end up in an interesting plot twist. Nice and easy. Drake carefully relaxed in a chair, and sipped some old-fashioned ale that was fresh from some farm.

Odd... I swear that Savage Planet sets came out in July 2011...

Drake fell asleep quickly after another round of beer. Then he dreamed about donuts.
