I mean newest SPACE subtheme and new brand Exploration 2023 + 2024. Sci-fi and Adventure. Those are not CITY themes. Nothing to do with city anymore. For example space, that Artemis Space Port would be city. SPACE should have it own THEME called SPACE. Exploration could be own adventure theme. That way CITY could focus for example things like Natural History Museum or for example Detective Office which would be located in city. Now F1 is coming to CITY - why not have Monaco like city circuit.

Tumbler is only 429 parts. So it will be same than 2021.

It is to get joker (basic) from a magazine. Also prices and part counts ok in all sets. I still don't have Heath Ledger Joker.

There was a time when SPACE meant earth like approach ... if you know what I mean. No it is actually sci-fi, fantasy. ALSO this new Exploration BRAND is more than just "adventure". It is mythical like Indiana jones. There is main character from old classic theme. There are The Lost Crocodile Temple, with amazing stones... ... CITY does not mean what it meant before. Adventure should be own theme. Also Space.

I try to say that there should be a SPACE theme and also ADVENTURE theme. Now those are too BIG for city.

Well, what is CITY in 2024... I would say it is city + a mess... SPACE, ADVENTURE, Formula 1, Monster Truck, C.S.I., Sci-fi rollercoaster... (yes there is also some "basic" sets BUT whole theme is a 1 BIG mess.)

I think we need all African animals. BUT we also need some adventure. That crocodile temple looks interesting and stones. I have to wait a bit amd collect money to get that set also. Very nice to hear that you liked it so much!

Hey I am also a boomer. ... These are for children. When I was young, I had the Monorail (SPACE). As an adult I am still very excited about that. LEGO's which move. Guys we have to be realistic. PLEASE look Marvel sets and compare them to DC. (year by year). ... at the moment I collect two "themes" ... all Batman / DC ... AND Adventure like new city jungle sets, Indiana jones and so on. ... I had to. We get maybe 3-5 sets from DC / in 1 year which to buy so Adventure gives me more options. 2 lego universes. BANE minifigure is 100 % for me BUT so is the new tiger also. Amazing! 5/5 both of those. AND I heard that the gorillas are awesome also. YES! I will get Killer Crock sooner or later.

Yes BUT now we speak Johnny Thunder in CITY/subtheme so... CITY should be break sections... SPACE / SCI-FI / STAR WARS should all be in same place...

Guys? How we know that there is coming even more Jungle Exploration sets 2024? AND if rumours are true... they search some kind of treasures?

Next years (2025) DC sets are very basic. There is only 1 small, tiny set where you can get Superman figure. Which is the same "old" figure. Batman sets are Batmobile, Batwing and poly bags. No BIGGER sets. (BUT it will all change in 2026)

They visited the deep sea and the jungle, ventured to Mars, explored the North Pole and dove into volcanos. In 2023, a new ‘explorers’ branding appeared. I didn’t pay too much attention: New Branding appeared on a semi-annual basis. But our explorers boarded their dark blue and orange craft, and took off to both the Arctic and the Deep Sea, bringing many wonderful new animal moulds along with them. And now the branding reappears in 2024: similar colouring of vehicles, as well as the return of the logo. Many of the new Jungle Explorer Characters have appeared with last year’s crew of polar explorers and divers.
