Their "powers" are fine. Superman flies around. Laser eyes explode tanks. He flies moon and back... stupid stuff. Flash? OMG... I am fast, I play with time. Save 20 babies in 1 second fraction... stupid stuff. Wonder Woman,,,, ouch please. Batman is the thing like we all know.

I am just saying that Batman universe is interesting because characters don't have superpowers. Marvels for me is for kids. DC Batman for everyone also adults.

Yes, BUT think about these thousands lego fans who collect: Castle, Pirates, Space. Many of them are happy if lego makes even 1 set in a year. With DC we got Shadow Box 2023 and Gotham City Skyline 2024. In 2022 whole small theme The Batman 1+3+2 sets, if I remember correct. What happened 2017-18 is something special. ... BUT if we look to the FUTURE. What about if this Eurobricks forum would make a POLL and send it to TLG. For example... Would you like to see a massive LEGO set from: - Justice League - Jokerland - Wayne Manor - Arkham Asylum OR ... well not Luigi's Pizzeria BUT lets say Gotham City Police Department... with a CELL like in the Dark Knight... with these sets we would got 3-6 ordinary minifigures... for example police officers, secretary, guard, and so on...

Random things? Like about movies... movies TLG follows carefully. AND then we get sets. Haven't you watch at all The Batman sets (2022) or BTAM sets from 2017?

I will NOT go to movie theatre -> Superman: Legacy. I am interested Batman. I have both Justice League movies + Batman vs Superman in (Apple TV) BECAUSE ... well you now the answer... DC for me is Batman. He is superhero without supernatural ability. I hate super natural abilities. Anyway, let's collect all Batman related sets LEGO has ever made. Including minifigures. How many are there. I would say maybe 250 at least. AND cost... mmmm.... maybe 25,000 euros / dollars.

Batman, DC Super Heroes, The LEGO Batman Movie... those are all OWN themes BUT same universe. I try to collect most of the sets from all those themes. Also Lego Movie secret police sets. CMF series, at least 4 of them.

If you look these sets. There are actually quite a lot small side builds. Together these could be "real building" ... "part of Gotham City". It is not much BUT a start. Well, this was my point. We got a lot of small builds in BTAM 2017-18 ... with those you can combine and make for example a power plant. That is amazing to get small parts of Gotham City.

Well, it is too Dark for LEGO. ... for me Joker movies are not Batman universe. They are ok BUT more like serious adults. I see Joker a bit different way than in The Joker movie.

MAYBE TLG think that The Batman (2022) won't be a hit. BUT actually it was very popular. Only 4 sets and 1 of them polybag. Probably LEGO try to give us something back with Shadow Box and Art set.

Is it possible that TLG did not have any idea who plays Batman OR how his suit looks like? ... It is interesting that some of the minifigures, well almost all others are so accurate. Almost I would say. ... MAYBE Batman was kept secret in the end.

Well if we have a popular movie. We will get sets, many sets. For example Indiana Jones 5 or LOTR TV-show. Plan was to make many sets BUT both failed. Not so popular. AND then there are movies like The Dark Knight Trilogy which seems to be "too dark" for TLG. Our only hope is popular DC shows, movies, animations ... AND not like joker 2...
