  5. Excellent MOC! I like it!
  6. Great job! I love the Family Guy Star Wars movies! That's cool that it was in that video.
  7. An amazing MOC indeed, I love the muddy R2-D2 , it goes well with the swampy scene.
  8. Looks great, I really like your last photograph!
  9. Thanks, I think one of the reasons the curve went the opposite way is the fact that the brown and black curve made it difficult to create the pieces that were able to be removed so I could reach the inside. Next time I will also lower the mizzen. Thanks for the suggestions! Thanks for your comment. I am planning to make the ship longer. I used five dark brown mid sections and I have six still leftover, so I may try to use seven. I was thinking about cloth and I have seen it on many other ship MOCs. Perhaps I will also try to make the rigging out of real string instead of using the Lego ladder piece. The bowspirt could appear this way from the pictures maybe? It seemed right ot me. Thanks for your feedback!
  10. I have seen these before on Brickshelf and I think that this layout is amazing! I agree that it has a very classic feel. It would be neat to see such a thing in person.
  11. Nice background! The figurehead is perfect!
  12. Great MODs and I love the stop motion video yss4u!
  13. Thanks!
  14. Great photos! You did an excellent job, especially with the bat symbol.
  15. My frigate is complete!

  16. Nice creation, you have some nice minifigures.
  17. Welcome! There are many users who love LDD creations. I'm sure you will find much in this forum!
  18. Thanks! I know she is missing a few guns to be a frigate, but I will add more. I have many more mid sections and will use them in the future. I also will most likely buy a lot of the inverted slope pieces to help make the curve look more realistic. I have seen this technique on the HMS Reliant and I really like the way it turned out! The only problem with this on the USS Essex is that I want to try to make sure that I can still reach the lower decks. I'll have to play around with that. Thanks for the comment!
  19. This looks very good! I can't wait to see it in real Legos!
  20. The update is looking very nice!
  21. 110B Hi, I have been working on a frigate for Commodore Hiawatha, and I have come up with the USS Essex. This is my first frigate, so I will be changing the ship to create a newer version. If you have any suggestions for this ship, please let me know, thanks. Some views of the ships: The details The Marines The Helm The flag and mizzen. The bell. The figurehead. Saliors at work loading cargo. The bow and the ladder. The stern. The rigging on the sails and masts. Bowsprit Aerial view of ship. I built the ship in a way that the lower decks can be accessed. Sleeping on the job. Some saliors having a good time. Swabbing the deck. Entrance to the cabin. The lower decks and storage. The ship doctor next to a caronade. The new POTC black boats went really well with this ship because of its colorscheme. The boat just bleneded in. I hope you enjoyed! Thanks!
  22. Welcome! This ship looks great! I hope you keep up the good work. Did you base the front of off the Imperial Flagship?
  23. I see that you have mentioned Bricklink and I think that it is a great place, if not the best, to find certain pieces or collecting minifigures. I have purchased Lego from garage asles before, but I have never seen any large Pirate sets
  24. Very creative, I like it! I'm impressed that you took the challenge of only using parts from the set. The mouth is my favorite part! This is a great MOC overall.
  25. The stern's looking good!
