The only sign of that is a leaker saying the batmobile is compatiblewith arkham. Surely if it was based on batman forever it would be these 10 figs. When leakers leak sets do they just see retail listings or do they see concept art or the actual set. I really want to know what Arkham is based on

No we are not sure, just a quote along the lines that 'Batmobile can go with Arkham' or something. either saying its minifig scale or both are based on the same thing, or both It makes little sense as they cant bleed any other figures than batman from the forever set. with BTAS they have 4/5. with comics they have 4/5. nothing else really makes any sense

There is still hope for Arkham but yeah what a weird year. Absolutely nothing connected, 3 batmobiles and no official film set for the biggest DC film (not R rated) in years.

I hoping the quote just ment the scale was the same as Arkham so not a massive Batmobile how would they bleed figure if it was the only 1 they could do is from the Batmobile set they are not creating 8 new figs with prints based on Batman forever

The first Arkham and all the 2006 wave were its own thing with inspiration from BTAS and the classic films OMG really Arkham based of Batman forever. That would suck why Can you link the discord url here?

Its the set I've been wanting for years and probably the only one I will be getting for a while. I just hope we get some great architecture that dark and gothic and can set up a breakout scene for display. I would LOVE it too be based on the Arkham games, but I think that has a small chance but I'm not dismissing it yet. I hope its not based on the movies as i cant see that working but i think the most likey is BTAS. I think i would prefer comics but BTAS is fine if it dark enough.

The 2012 was able to bleed robin, ivy, guard, joker and batman(minus the wings) given what figures we can bleed I think we should expect around 10 and any more are guards or purists like staff

I think you are right, is do think its just 10 minifigs with 2 being batman and Joker. I think we will get new characters such as Mad Hatter but I think there will only be 1. With the available characters (outside of batman and joker) we could get; Mr Freeze, Two Face. Harley. Robin?? - (if hes in the batmobile set in the summer??) So we need 4/5 new characters which is possible as the x-mansion did it. Mad Hatter Ivy Harleen Qunzel Dr Crane/Scarecrow Guard/s - purist but new torso I think Catwoman will Stay exclusive and she not insane anyway, and I cant see them using that Batgirl. If it is over 10 figures they will be Guards I think this is the most realistic one but we shall see.

I wasn't expecting anything peacemaker tie in related, was just to show how bizarre the decisions are. No Superman movie tie in is so dumb i know the recent movie tie in for DCEU didn't work out well but not giving the new reboot even 1 is baffling. I mean if they are going to make batman sets why not have them connected to bleed figures into Arkham as its still anyone's guess what its based off. If this years wave was a BTAS Batcave and a batboat we can easily say the Asylum is BTAS but they chose basically 3 Batmobiles from 3 different versions of the character. I can see them using the new two face head and recoloured hair and Mr freeze but other than that I don't see them bleeding anything from this year which is mad with 3 batman sets.

So this years "Wave" when the Upcoming media was Superman and Peacemaker is; Comic based Superman mech not based on the film Dark Knight film Tumbler another Batmobile from batman forever another Batmobile 4+ Arkham Asylum based on BTAS/comic/legos own/batman forever/Video game

So is the Batmobile replacing the (rumoured) bat cave or in addition to?

Do you think as Arkham (and maybe the Batcave) is the only thing left this year Lego has a bigger budget to put in that set? or is that not how it works.

if not all of them are in jumpsuits that would be cool. I just hope its game or comic based to get that dark gothic architecture, i dont see BTAS having that. I wonder what rooms the asylum will have? obviously entrance and cells. but previously we had a therapy room/section, Harleys Makeup room, Visitor centre and Washing machine area I wonder if we will get a garden or sewer section or medical section.

If they are in jumpsuits. We better get closer to 15 minifigures or a big fig included. The 2017 Arkham has 12 minifigs for a third of the price because of the jumpsuits. But I would prefer 10 without jumpsuits personally, but I have a feeling they will as we only have a few figures to bleed from such as freeze, joker, batman and two face. However batman and two face will probably get new torsos. I mostly want to know what it is based on and who is included. I can remember when we got that info for the 2023 Batcave as it had a similar price and summer release date

So as the Arkham Asluym game is T rated in the US there is a chance but the problem would be minifigures most of them would have to be new prints and if its off the game they probably wont be in jumpsuits as they didn't have jumpsuits in the game other than zsasz and ivy but they weren't standard ones. I really hope so i imagine it that would sell better than BTAS or comic or other.

There's also sewers and a Batcave so its obvious we are not getting everything from the asylum just the main building and maybe a side, still can be based on the game. Just as the shadow box didn't have a batboat area it just focused on other areas (not that it needed a repair tool wall) It just depends on if the age rating is too high. I dont know anything above 13 that Lego has made. not counting Deadpool as that wasn't based on the movies Hang on I just had a thought didn't Lego do sets based on the avengers game... the one rated 16...
