Those teases with clay face and then including batwing, bat woman, penguin and cat woman is cruel. Take those 4 out and give us clayface. I think the main reason they didn’t is because it would require a new mould which is so lazy. this definitely looks like 2 can easily be put together to give 4 levels and a roof which won’t look so squished, plus gives you 12 cells which is much better

That's exactly how I feel about the set. I am really glad its fully enclosed. In my opinion, Rebrickable can likely add an extra story or two for £100, as every Marvel modular set has been expanded in a similar manner with Rebrickable. Adding more Gothic architecture is trickier, I'm planning on adding gargoyles around Arkham and replacing the top part with the top part of my 2013 Arkham. Would love other advice on how to make it more Gothic when the set is released.

from the sounds of it we are only getting 4 sets next year max (if they are not marvel), with 1 rumoured being a superman set. if 1 is a 4+ set and another a mech we only have 1 left, hopefully either a batman vs bane killer croc/scarecrow or supergirl set

I'm thinking of using my Arkham series purist figures and then getting two of the sets to make it taller. I'm on the fence about whether the botanical gardens will fit in with this...

The main reason I think there will be sets next year is they are reintroducing loads of collabs from Arkham with a lot needing printing and with Lego they will bleed them across multiple sets to get theirs moneys worth. So I recon they will resuse the villains in the summer even if we get 3 sets. Which 1 should be superman based

Is DC getting no sets next year then or do we only know about the jan wave? if theres nothing in the summer even a 4+ set thats worrying

I mean there will be sets for Batman part 2 and brave and the bold. I don’t see Lego cancelling the theme unless the DCU flops and there are no more Batman media to pull from. personally the only set I’ve really wanted was a large Arkham and we are actually getting that

I think the Minecraft picture is just a fan submission, I wouldn't take that size or shape into speculation. I assume it will only be on 1 baseplate with a inverted corner like the Minecraft picture maybe more rounded if Lego can do that, with 2 floors and a roof with a gat at an angle from the inverted corner

Isn't that too soon for a reveal they are usually 2-3 weeks from release so I imagine sometime in august after the 20th.

Are we getting 10 cells in Arkham with the 10 villains? that's got to be most of the build plus the entrance, No space for interview rooms or doctor rooms?

Cowl I would say is batwings but I think he will have actual wings

My favourite joker head is still the 2006 one for a comic version. This new one looks way too goofy

The jumpsuits seem to have gloves which means they can easily be swapped around, e.g. not white hands for joker, green hands for killer croc ect wonder if we will get some spares then? I hope on the back of the jumpsuit it says Arkham

I hope its just a robin bike as that wont eat up the piece count, but probably a Prisoner Transport or Prisoner Transport will be a gwp

With how many figures we are getting with new prints, I think that's safe to assume. The leak of batwing showed we are getting the new rubber cape that's straight down like in the new tumbler, unless thats for batwoman I hope by the end of this month/early next month we see some figures and see if its a gothic masterpiece or a bland building and how the "inverted corner" looks

I mean Riddler, Penguin, Catwoman maybe ivy could have purists heads? so that mean we will get at a minimum 7 new torso prints; jumpsuit, catwoman, riddler, ivy, batwing, batwoman, robin 2 new leg prints; jumpsuit, batwing 6 new head prints; batwoman, robin, ivy, bane, killer croc, scarecrow I mean that's realistic right? hopefully we get some more leg printing on other characters. I'm assuming the following are can be made from existing pieces. batwing head, Riddler head, Penguin head, catwoman head, riddler head, all parts in security guards I'm also wondering will be get new moulds like ridders hat, batwomans cowl, a head piece for scarecrow, catwomans head gear

I agree we wont get a new character with new prints ect. But it could be two face (head from the tumbler) in jumpsuit with recoloured hair from tumbler?

I really hope at the end of July it will be fully revealed I'm excited for it, I'm glad we are getting a few villains such as ivy in their normal outfits and hopefully she has the green skin. I'm wondering with the "inverted corner" shape how easy it will be to expand with 2 sets and if the botanical garden would fit in well with it .
