Thanks! Videos won’t work for me, but seems interesting edit: videos are up on legos yt channel, not to jump on the conspiracy train or anything, but maybe dreamzzz is set within the same world as ninjago? -

Can you give us a link too the teaser and complete poster? -
I know that Lego has ended the “regional exclusives” but monkie kid is sooooooo hard to get outside of Asia, I remember back in 2020, after the theme released, going to target, thinking they would have monkie kid, not aware that it was a limited release, I know Amazon has monkie kid sets, but that’s still way too inconvenient! This is the same problem I’m having with Walmart/target, where some of the bigger ninjago sets aren’t available in retail stores, heck, I only have the ninja dojo temple because of a very convenient customer return at my target, and for the recent core wave, I haven’t seen anything bigger than the mech rider in retail stores, it’s a nightmare, I’ll say

I suspect for Nya and arins baby dragon battle we will get a new mould for nyas baby dragon as well, though you have a point about reusing moulds -

@DragonElves and/or @Killian, I’m assuming the new magazine released in the U.K, are the 2023 friends in May’s issue?

Just saw it, W for Lego friends, F for my wallet This set uses a lot of that new fern element from the Rivendell set, and it’s nice to see charli in this set, they have a new outfit, too i wonder who Dia is, I would make a joke and say she’s Stephanie’s daughter, as she looks similar to her and Kenny, but idk is this the first Lego friends set to include a technic function that complex? We’ve had small pushing functions, and a drop tower, but this looks a bit complicated, also, this is the 2nd Lego friends set to have a 12+ rating, after the downtown flower and design stores also, I’m a bit confused on what the 1x2 tile is supposed to be between the ballon animal and the international school, I thought it was Gali from bionicle, but idk also, this set creates a massive paradox with the international school set, does this mean Lego friends is a brand within the world of Lego friends? Or does the international school have its own buildable play set, like this SpongeBob scene: I know it’s a stretch, but idk anymore

Hmm, in recent memory, I’d say: #1: 60295: stunt show arena: lot of the stuntz sets have gimmicks that don’t really work, and this is a good example, the only part of the set I liked were the monster trucks, especially the “cyber beast” one, both are really entertaining, and fun to mess around with #2: 60328: beach lifeguard station: ok, like, where am I supposed to put this in my city display? I got it so I could complete my ice cream truck crooks (if you watch Lego city adventures you’ll understand) but besides that this set doesn’t have much, the turtle is nice though, I would have liked to see a seagull in a cheap set for once 3: 60360: spinning stunt challenge: unlike the last 2, I don’t own this set, but from what I can tell, the gimmick barely works, the minifigs are decent, but have such generic hairpieces (though I do like getting olly’s hair from Lego friends in a non-minidoll set) and, to add insult to injury, another recent stuntz set, which has more pieces, is cheaper, comes with more play, has the “Karen hair” in dark orange, previously exclusive to the table football set, AND has an exclusive Dino stunt bike but, that’s just me

The little mermaid set I want to get for those mermaid tail parts (Harry Potter and vidiyo not doing much for my mer-army) but it is very expensive for a few tails, will probably just bricklink them -
Good point, seasons one and two (and accompanying specials) are on prime in the U.S, and season three, embrace your destiny, and season four are all on the Lego Roku channel, don’t know what the situation is in other countries, but @Killian said that monkie kid is sold in “Chinatown” district Lego stores, I live in a rural area, with the closest Lego store being out of state, and last time I saw monkie kid there was 2021 when I bought the cloud bike, last Time seeing monkie kid in a Lego store, period, was in summer 2022, but didn’t buy anything, last time I bought monkie kid at a Lego store, was New Year’s Day 2022, where I got the city of lanterns

I was thinking a video comparison between Lego friends downtown flower and design stores and the city urban center would be cool, but $200! No thanks! -

Yeah, it feels like the theme is on its last legs, though again, monkie kid always feels that way, but is still going strong

After seeing the Mario bros movie yesterday, I thought: “why didn’t Lego do a set (or sets) from the movie?” i mean, Lego has a great relationship with universal AND Nintendo, and there’s so much set potential that they easily could have done in the “course builder” system, I guess donkey Kong is an indirect tie-in, as he has a major role in the movie, and he’s appearing in the summer sets, but that might just be me

Yeah, I found the fact that popsy is still in the barn strange, as mrs hale did imply she wanted to adopt popsy milo is just a farm animal i also think that Aliya has never been horse riding strange too, maybe her parents just won’t let her? The real dogs we needed to rescue were the friends we made along the way are in autumn’s stable
