  1. Late reply as well :) I used only parts from the set, but I like the MOD of @tmtomh much more to be honest. Great work.
  2. Nice work on the mods. I have added a landing gear on the smallest build. Lego didn't include one, I saw one on a Dutch forum, but I thought I could improve on that. The skids don't sit completely flush like on the bigger models, but this is the best I could do. I had to alter the connection of the thruster as well as I used all the 1x4 technic bricks in the landing gear. I ordered extra parts to make the model a per instructions, but this works as well. From here the Lego instructions can be followed again.
  3. @Buzzfox Maybe the #21 panel is attached to the opening part of the door? I'm on vacation, so I cannot try on my model.
  4. Has anyone tried to integrate a kind of swaybar in the Ferrari model? I liked that in the pimped Porsche build, but in the other supercars it never made a re-entry. Is it too crowded in the later models?
  5. Nice work. Can't wait to build mine to v1.0 specs. Great improvement to my foldable roof too.
  6. I already have replaced most weird colors in my set. I also swapped out most grey parts where a black part was more appropriate and made both axles all-grey. I have to change the front axle a bit though, because the grey is seen from above in the completed model.
  7. Are you also not satisfied with the cable around the front wheel? Want to make it more like it looks in the movie? Here's a MOD for you: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-119655/zonoskar/cable-mod-for-bttf-delorean/#details
  8. I also made a headlights MOD for the Daytona SP3: Daytona SP3 headlights. You decide which one you like best :)
  9. Ok, so inserting an image doesn't really work. How about this:
  10. Hi, trying to keep the pimp-my-Ferrari thread alive. I made a modification to the set so you can fold the roof and put it in the frunk. There's enough space there for it, once folded. It only uses a few extra parts: Foldable roof for 42143 on Rebrickable
  11. Hi everyone. My name is Dennis and I identify as zonoskar on the interwebs. I live in the south of the Netherlands. I've been a fan of Lego for a long time, I emerged from my dark ages around 2004 when I bought the F1 Williams Racer set. I mainly collect big Lego Technic cars, Speed Champions cars and some of the medium sized Star Wars sets, but I have no real interest in minifigs (lucky).
