  1. Yes thats the one. The bbc site maybe only works for UK IP addresses. I see you are in Italy-sorry that Trezeguets Golden Goal is on there!
  2. This week sees the much anticipated start of the 2012 European Championships to break up the couple of months when we football fans are usually deprived of their fix due to it being the close season in most countries here in Europe. This link is to a video from the BBC website recreating some great moments from previous tournaments with commentary from John Motson(IMHO the best commentator ever)and hes even been realised as a Minifig. If like me you love Lego and love football its well worth a watch-I've looked up the real moments on Youtube and they have been recreated incredibly well. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18308363

  6. Got my Ninjago car today-man that is one strange little set!
  7. Guys if you have issues with The Sun then fine-I'm not holding them up as some paragon of virtue. The bottom line is its at least 3 quids worth of Lego for (today/tomorrow) 50p (weekdays) 30p. If you dont like it fine-more fool you. For those of us who saw the level of joy on their little boys face as he got his Batman-well done. For these 2 clowns do not contaminate my thread!
  8. As the title says, starting Saturday May 19th there will be 9 free sets available in The Sun.
  9. I love it makes me want to dive in!
  10. The mining stuff is actually really growing on me-any ideas on UK pricing yet?
  11. I always think that the mark of a good MOC is if you look at it and think "I could see that boxed in a shop" When it looks as good or better than previous official efforts then you are on to a winner. And this ticks all the boxes.
  12. Thats more like it-no crabbing here!
  13. Got the Technic 8066 Buggy for £4 (75% 0ff) yesterday. My first Technic set ever!
  14. What about changing the hearse colour scheme for an ECTO-1?
  15. Cant decide if the Heli is way too big or the building is way too small-probably a bit of both but I dont think the building would look so bad if it wasnt so dwarfed by the heli.
  16. Picked up the 8066 Technic set for £4 reduced from £16 in Tesco yesterday.
  17. Yeah I'd sleep with one eye open just in case.
  18. Looking at them as you have them now theres no doubt whos who so it might be a lot of work for not much reward.
  19. I like them all but I love "Christine"-if you disassemble it does it build itself again?
  20. Amazon have the LEGO City 7684 Pig Farm & Tractor at half price for £13.48. Ive ordered one and with all the good buys on just now Ive almost got my sons Birthday and Christmas sorted out.
  21. Fantastic work-you have thought of everything. It really looks like a great mid 80s 4 wide set.
  22. I actually think the price for these sets is pretty fair. Great review BTW
  23. Me too-free Lego is a win in my book!
  24. I know Im kinda loathe to do it myself but as I'm not working at the moment finances are tight. I've got a good mum who kept it all so I could pass it on.
  25. Well i'll be (gulp) 35 in February. It was amazing to dig it all out and get building again and I've been lucky as far as keeping it out because my new place has a big, very long living room so I can have it all out up the back for when my son visits and still have a good bit of living space thats Lego free-though at the rate I've been buying stuff up that may change! Yes I know what you mean-all the memories came flooding back when I got the box out of the loft and I was reminded of all the great times I had playing with it as a kid and wanted to pass these on to Kyle.
