I’m hoping the Dump Truck is based off the Volvo 6 wheeler articulated ones.

I can see a wave of sets, it’ll be very popular. I can see a Lego Super Mario Bros Van being made as well as collectible vehicles from Mario Kart games. Would like to see a Lego R.O.B minifigure as well as a dry bones minifigure too. -

Really would like to see characters that weren’t touched on in the course building system King Bob Omb Whomp King Petey Piranha Goomboss Daisy Rosalina Waluigi Lumas I can see sets based off things like Toad Houses, Peaches Castle or Airships. What about sets based off different games? Similar to what Marvel and DC do with sets based off different films. Could we get a Bowsers Train that fits on normal track? -

I’ve been waiting for this for years. The course building system ran its course ages ago. Sets always on clearance and limited potential, although towards the end, the sets were looking more accurate. Minifigure scale sets have way more potential, more accurate locations and vehicles. Would love to see them make sets from different games such as Super Mario 64 or Sunshine. I would like to see moulded pieces of Goombas, Spinys, Cheep Cheeps -
I’m still yet to see what 60512 is as it’s under great vehicles

I’d like to see a wheeled excavator or mini excavator to go along with 60420, or even a railway excavator too, I’d like to see a proper skid steer with tracks, or a Telehandler which is overdue, a grader which we have never had a Lego City grader before, a crawler crane is definitely due with a wrecking ball, a larger steam roller would be lovely as well as a stand alone tower crane too. We are due a heavy haulage truck in the style of 60440, 60445 and 60408.

I could definitely see an upgraded version of 2009s articulated dump truck in a similar style of 60471 with the connection between the cab and interior. Lavaland I feel will have a few little rides something similar to the crazy frog ride that jumps. I feel we are due a Lego City diesel shunter and I think the port freight train would be a great opportunity to do it. I do have a feeling that the steam train will be based off a classic American Wild West one. The Pizzeria I reckon will be a similar size to the ice cream parlour we got a few years ago, but with a pizza oven.

We still need to see Cream The Rabbit, Big The Cat and Vector The Crocodile. I really would like to see a Dr Eggman Train similar to the one from Sonic Mania. As well as Chaos Gardens. -
Do you think we are likely to get an upgraded version of 7760 in a future City set?
-
I’m also wondering which rides we will get in the Lava Land Amusement Park or which vehicles come with the pizzeria. Could we get a tuk tuk style pizza delivery truck? Time will tell

I’m assuming it is a comparison of tires. I can’t see them realising another low bed dump truck this year. It’ll either be 7631 but 3x bigger or 4202 but 2x bigger. With the connection between the cab and interior from 60471, I feel it’ll go down that route but with a dump truck, which is why I think it’ll be based off a Volvo articulated 6 wheeler dump truck. Parts of me are also wondering, could the shipping container also have a trailer for the tractor to pull? I doubt it but you never know!

So an update from itavix_bricks on Instagram. 60511 Retro Steam Train should be looking similar to 910044 but smaller. 60480 Yellow Backhoe Loader has two minifigures and uses smaller tires. 60494 Dump Truck and Front Loader are two separate vehicles about $50 size and the set includes a small office building in a shipping container. It also has a sign saying construction underway with a figure on it. I am hoping the Dump Truck is based on the Volvo Articulated 6 wheel dump truck as one of those would fit into the Lego City Construction line of recent years.

I’d like to see more dogs

I’d like to see a Lego City Shopping Mall, Waterpark and a fast food restaurant with a drive through Although we are getting a pizzeria and an amusement
-
Could the steam train have a smart brick?
-
I’m hoping for a 4-6-2 locomotive for the steam train and I’m predicting a diesel shunter for the Port Freight train
-

I’m sure there is more than one set for the 2026 summer wave -
8 wide trains on a six wide track would work, a stud above the wheels
