The wall with the writing was directly inspired by your yellow bounty hunters build actually. I really liked the thin, sideways plates look and the rapid color shifts it allowed.

Thanks! I was mainly inspired by the ID9 seeker droids that the inquisitors use in the Rebels cartoon, so that might have contributed to the cartoonish look of my "map droid."

The interior of the ship is so spacious and looks actually livable for the crew. Impressive while maintaining what looks like good overall structure of the build.

Thanks! Yeah, definitely not the most iconic ship haha. I didn’t remember it either. Came across it on a list of clone wars ships and decided to make it.

I am a big fan of the colors and the way they pair with the scenery. The balance between symmetry and asymmetry is just right. Also thanks for introducing me to this clone wars artwork.

The droid is programmed to wander around the planet on foot, and information from its visual sensors and coordinates is used to construct a map. The high amount of computing power necessary to accomplish this requires the droid's head to be extraordinarily large. Each map droid's intellect is thus significantly hindered from the lack of space, despite its immense brain. The map droid passes by a Pasaana outpost as it wanders aimlessly.

Your floor accents are always so nice. the arrows and thin white square etc

very nice. really like the overall shaping of the rocks with the interspersed dark green grassy areas

did not realize this ship would also have such a good interior. love the droids within this scene and in the ship. The subtle angles of the ship and the engines to me are its strongest features. really like the clean design of it overall with the exposed areas showing through toward the front. and i didnt even mention the bridge, which is great even in its own right and makes me wonder if you will take it somewhere in a future build.

love the statue and arches, perfectly integrated into the terrain, with the steps dividing the scene very nicely

perfect use of the yelling Rogue One rebel head, and the wires add a lot to the detail

Thanks for the praise and the criticism. As I worked on each wall in an iterative process, each one became my favorite and then least favorite and then fav again until it was hard to tell what the actual best angle of the thing was haha. I will take a pic at your suggested angle and try to get the lighting right. I am a photo novice still for sure (and still a fairly new builder at that). I just use an iPhone and put my subject on a black poster board in my back yard when I notice enough clouds to prevent shadows. I will definitely be continuously trying to improve my pics and will invest in a light box at some point soon.

I love the simultaneous flatness and depth of this.

Thank you! I tried to add as much detail as I could to each wall while keeping things relatively clean, so I’m glad the detail came through! Thanks! This is my first “building” build I’ve done, so I wanted to go unique with the concept to make up for my unpolished skills so far.
