I don’t know what the general consensus is, but I’m convinced that all this from promo and Mandr is just an elaborate April fools.

A flash minifig “leaked” honestly it’s always hard to tell if these are real or just April fools pranks. In this particular case I’m hoping that it’s just a prank, cause I’ll be really disappointed if they just reused the JL flash cowl. On the other hand, lego probably would just reuse that one.

It’s so weird. At this point I’ve come to accept it as just Lego’s way of doing Batman and it doesn’t bother me anymore. Heck I think even funko does the same thing (though I think they have a valid reason). But I do wonder what Lego’s actual reason for it is. Cause they can clearly do black pupils on dark grey (like both Heath joker minifigs). So it feels like they do it cause it’s the way they’ve always done it and it just stuck.

Now that we have all this info on the batcave, its about time we get some info on the flash set

I genuinely cannot fathom that this is going to be a $500 Keaton batcave with neither the batwing or Batmobile. This is just bizarre to me. It’s gotta include some Schumacher figs right? RIGHT? Getting Riddler, twoface bane poison ivy and Mr. Freeze would be a dream come true and frankly it’s the only way this set would be worth while to me. They could have the bat boat from returns and the Batmobile from forever. But if they limit it to JUST Keaton and even IF it included flash movie figs like supergirl and dark flash, I cannot image how lego is going flesh out an empty batcave. I’ll reserve my judgement until I actually see it, but $500 is a lot of money and I wanna get a lot of good and interesting figs for that kinda cash lol.

Dope thank you! Definitely looks so much better than the last few leaks. The shaping is pretty substantially different from the type 3 cowl. I like it! Even though I think the type 2 would be more accurate for the Keaton fig, this doesn’t bother me at all if they include it

I think one thing for sure, the fig will be comic based since the book isn’t specific to marvel studios. I bet it’ll be an iron man / cap variant. edit: I take it back, it’ll definitely be a spider-man variant. Hopefully one of his armors or superior suit.

New marvel visual dictionary! It’s been a long time coming. Wonder who the fig is? Stan Lee would make the most sense, but I’m not sure if there are still legal ramifications about doing that.

This works really well! Really really wanna see the flash set. A shame I was fooled by that fake before, I had expected and hoped that it would’ve been leaked by now. Its surprising to me that this set was supposed to come out last summer (I think) and we still don’t have any info on it. So late in the game I’d be satisfied just knowing what minifigs we are getting. If any leakers are listening please give us somethin 🙏

Honestly confused by this. Seems to imply that they won’t be ditching the old cowls (overall) just yet. Also a little disappointing (though not surprising) that they are using this generic Batman face for Keaton. Probably will be used for the flash set too even though he’s far older lol.

Can’t lie, I do not think this looks great. It’s the type 3 cowl but with a chinstrap and huge white eyes. Might just be this particular photo though, I’ll reserve my judgement for official pics. But just as important, the torso on this figure is actually the suit from Batman Returns. So I believe this to be the figure we are getting in the 1992 poly bag. Sweet. Yeah it really does look bulbous. Yeaaaah. The short ears are very inaccurate to Keatons batman. Oh well, I hope they also give the flash a new cowl mold too

I definitely expect this to be in the flash set. I imagine it will basically be the type 2 cowl but with the white eyes. VERY VERY HYPED!! But to your point about it being a bit more animated…it makes me realize that lego will likely just use this cowl on all Batman minifigs moving forward, for better or worse. Hopefully this one size fits all looks great!

Same, but imagine lego makes him in B&W lol. Still would be cool though The possibility that it could be AoU is haunting. I just really want that WS cap! I’m also hoping deep down that the Cap Shield will include his costume from the first avenger. That’ll basically complete all the major figs I’ve been wanting from the marvel theme.

Finally a new dark saber mold. Makes sense that the hilt is the same, cause it’d be a little hard to make a square shaped one in Lego. Also arm printed bo Karan is a major win. Easy purchase

Just chatted with Lego Support about the temple of doom and they copy / pasted their “official” response lol. I asked why the set is mentioned on their set descriptions and he said that it needs to be fixed and he’ll report it to the lego team. Definitely canceled.

I think no matter what happens people will be disappointed in the selection of minifigs or rather the omission of minifigs. The best thing about cmf’s are just how detailed they are and the new parts we can get from them. Sam Wilson cap is honestly one of my favorite figs, simply because of how much effort they put into him: new wings, new hair, dual molded arms and legs, leg printing etc. just an incredible fig. Which makes me super hyped to see how they do figs like Moonknight. 1 thing I’d be willing to bet money on is that Kate/Hawkeye will include the new bow piece from the avatar set.

Same! If he was included, I think the chance of him having a helmet would be pretty good since the cmf series get a higher budget. fingers crossed 🤞

I still believe we’ll get some from S2 in the CMF. Lest we forget getting gamora in the last one when her episode hasn’t even debuted yet. So for this season Marvel might’ve planned an earlier release but then moved it back.
