Saw people saying online that Brick clicker and Minecraft goat said the flash set hasn’t been cancelled, just pushed back. This is a bunch of baloney right? I couldn’t find Minecraft goat or brick clicker saying anything like that. Plus why would they push off the set?

I never comment on Disney stuff but I actually really like the Peter Pan set. Might be my favorite classic Disney movie and this build looks fantastic. Makes me feel like I’m a kid back in Disney world on the ride!

If you remove the first half of the movie, then I think it’s fantastic and I loved it. But overall, 5.5/10 maybe a 6. Young Barry made me want to leave the theater in the beginning. Still wish we had sets. A flash branded Batmobile / batwing with flash and supergirl would sell 10x better than the 89 sets imo.

In the exact same boat. MCU feels bloated and barely minimal effort now. And considering that Daredevil is my favorite marvel series (or maybe even piece of marvel media period) I am so scared to see what they do with the new series. I’m already turned off by the fact they aren’t bringing back foggy or Karen. Overall, I’m hoping they finish out the infinity saga with some films/sets we’ve never gotten and then move onto more comic based sets. The bunny is a fun inclusion lol. The cap torso is the one from the quinjet, the head however I cannot identify. I also thought it looked like the solo head at first. But I wanna know if it includes his mask with head from the quinjet. If not, I will definitely pass on this set.

According to the legoleak subreddit mod, the list is fake. There are some similarities, but different overall.

The important difference between Batgirl and Aquaman / Flash isn’t even the budget but rather the fact that Batgirl was a HBO/Max release only. This is why they were able to cancel the film and still get money out of it. If this was a theatrical release that was filmed and canceled they wouldn’t have gotten anything back. At the end of the day they knew figured the tax cut would bring more money in than the film. The same absolutely cannot be said about the Flash or Aquaman films.

To me the theme was dead anyway, once we got word that it would only be keaton sets this year. It just sucks being a Lego dc fan. I hope that Gunn will make some great films for DC, but given that lego marvel has been slacking big time, I don’t know how much we might really get. In general, it feels like lego doesn’t care for the superheroes theme that much anymore.

I wonder if a potential toy license for lego includes Venom and the rest of the Sony verse. And Lego probably doesn’t want pay a higher premium for a license they might not use that much. But let’s be real, they could totally make many many sets for the spider-verse movies, enough to make multiple waves for a few years.

Just saw an image that was zoomed in a lot more, the cap looks like it’s the one from the quinjet (blue belt). I might actually pick this one up, since I didn’t get the quinjet and it’d be nice to get the mark 85 with the new helmet.

Absolutely. I think this is somewhat evidenced too by lego opting not to make quantumania sets. Must’ve projected that sales would be too minimal to even try and I wouldn’t be surprised if this happens with other marvel movies that come out in the future. To be perfectly honest, at this particular point in time there’s no upcoming mcu project that I’m excited for. With NWH finally getting a set with the spideys, the only thing left that I’d like to see are some sets based off phase 1 & 2 movies that we haven’t gotten. After that, I’d be fine if they switched over to just comic adaptations for sets. Also to throw it in here, I find it hilarious that the $90 iron man armory is $58 on Amazon and has been that way for a while now, and they still don’t seem well.

It’s so weird, at the start of this year I was so hyped for “ DC “ sets. The flash set and then the return of the theme via falcon fan. But dang, we just got Keaton. I’m 100% coping the Batmobile though to complete the line-up. If we follow the same pattern next year of doing sets based off legacy dc films I really really hope we get more Dark Knight trilogy stuff. Specifically, I want the Bat because it’s my favorite Batman vehicle. Also would be nice to get Ra’s and an updated bane.

The no way home set looks incredible to me, I wasn’t expecting it to look so displayable! Electro looks awesome but they did drop the ball on doc ock, and especially goblin. The lack of both leg and arm printing on goblin makes him look SO WEIRD. Heck even the lack of arm printing on the spideys is a bit disappointing. also wasn’t/ isn’t there supposed to be alternate heads? Weird they’re not in the photos.

Bro I wish it was. But since it’s reported to include Batman and joker again, I wonder if they’ll be any different. Considering the Batwing vs Joker scene, joker wears the same suit as in the Batmobile set, except with a hat. If it doesn’t have an exclusive fig, I’m not sure the $35 price tag will get us a detailed enough batwing to justify getting the set. I will say that I love the Batmobile design though. With 2 exceptions: the gear on the side to open the guns looks terrible, and the fact that the cockpit still doesn’t slide open sucks.

I gotta see it again, but I’m honestly in the same boat of not thinking it was great. I liked the ending of the movie and I liked the emotional parts like rockets backstory but I felt like those moments were crowded out by a really obnoxious and loud film. To me it was like they were constantly trying to maintain people’s attention by yelling every second they could lol. It doesn’t hold a candle to the first guardians film, but I enjoyed where the characters ended up. Ultimately I’d describe the movie as a film made largely for a TikTok generation. BUT I need to see it again, so my opinion is subject to change.

Wow the shield looks surprisingly really good. This is their best one imo. But I don’t see a figure… which is either a good thing for some or a bad thing.

I don’t know why but I thought the Yavin set was going to be like $100. It’s crazy that this is $160. Sometimes I forget just how much the Star Wars brand costs. I’ll bricklink Celebration Luke asap though, I always thought the yellow jacket was the coolest look he had and I was bummed as a kid that the lego one had the medal permanently printed. Hyped for that. As for the swamp speeder, wow. Captain Vaughn hardly stands out at all. It sucks lego continues to use the visors and antennas of old. They could easily come out with a new pack similar to Ninjago and just include a bunch of different styles. Include some visors with antennas etc. Obviously the worst part is that the visor lacks the printing detail.
