GM Note: Actually, it wasn't. That's like saying that if in a Quest battle, a Sorcerer used their special on an enemy first turn in the battle order, then the enemy is only stunned for that round. Not true. (as for as I know) Davy Jones had the new claw piece, leg/claw color, and beard. When new, detailed, special molds come out like that, they usually are produced in China, such as Superman's Hair from the new Super Heroes set. TLG probably found it cheaper to create the whole fig in China instead of the Head and Hat in ABS Plastic and the rest of the fig in China.

GM Note: I assumed that that also counted as attacking physically, but I guess that could still work. I accidently rolled for Alf every turn, and can honestly say neither of you got that. If another GM wants to take over the battle for the time being, be my guest, since I'm a bit busy today.
