I would be super disappointed... there are so many better things like Gringotts, more Hogwarts extensions (Bell towers), Ministry of Magic... those would add much more value/ play freatures than a bridge or a full kings cross station since we already have the plattform (at least in my opinion)

Hey everyone, Just yesterday I bought the Lego Harry Potter Diagon Alley Set in a Lego Shop in Vienna for 400€ and was super excited to start building today. After opening it I unfortuantely found out that one of the 4 base plates is badly damaged. I was about to write an email to Customer Service but apparently they take 10 days just to read the mail, so I don't wanna know how long it will takes to actually receive a new plate. From your expereince, is it easier to call the store and ask for their help? Or can I return the entire set and require a completely new one? Unfortunately I had already opened the first 3 plastic boxes when I discovered the damages on one of the base plates, so I don't know if that is an option. Especially since the store is 2 hours away from my home and I would have to drive there again... BR Axxe

Thx found it. I‘m new to all this leaks and rumors things but is this legitimately a serious leak? For me it looks just like any minifig that someone put together from different parts and then took a low quality picture... not to offend anyone, I just think my nephew could have build this and taken a picture to post on instagram... how fo you know it is a serious leak?

Not sure if I‘m stupid but when I enter #legoleaks in hashtag lookup I see nothing about harry potter, just a bunch of lego super mario, star wars, ... can you tell me how posted it so I can look for that persons‘ ig account??

I‘m pretty sure Lego will not stop releasing new sets as long as it keeps selling so well. As mentioned before, the theme is very appealing to children (both boys & girls) and adults. From an economic perspective, I think Lego will just keep „inventing“/ remaking sets until demand drops. That doesn’t always mean that the quality drops. Just looking at the Great Hall sets since 2001, the look and details have improved with every new set. And since the books are still very prominent there will always be kids of a new generation that know the theme but don’t own any of the existing sets and therefore would buy the remakes.

May I ask about which IG leak you are talking?? 🤔

Heyhey, first time writing here after following the discussion for months. I am super looking foward for the new sets, although I‘m a bit disappointed that the new big Hogwartsset includes the Great Hall again... I personally would have prefered if most of these 1.1 k parts were used for the CoS itself... but let’s see what they come up with. Also curious to see how the toilette and forbidden corridor will connect to the set since the hall (and stair case tower?) will be on an elevated level. Another thing I was thinking about: In the promobricks video, the guy says that there are „at least“ 4 anniversary sets, so maybe there will be more in the second wave too? I was surprised that there will be golden minifigs of our trio, but also Voldemort. So why not also include one of Dumbledore (and Hagrid?). Anyways, cant wait to see the first pics 😬
