This list would indicate there’s a 76421 as well (420 being the black lake). one of those not mentioned above will be the AC and I wonder if there’ll be a D2C this year? I suppose the Dots could cover some of the missing numbers. pity if there’s no €20 set as Lego has done those really well in the HP theme

Yeah, I don’t get this “we don’t need” another CMF that seems to be everywhere. Yeah we do, there’s loads of figs they could give us that we probably won’t get elsewhere. Epilogue Ron, and Hermione. (And Draco, Scorpius, Rose…) Karkharof (I can’t see them redoing the ship any time soon and there aren’t a million figs they could include anyway so I think it’s unlikely) Youngledore and Young Grindlewald from DH. Dean Thomas (unless they add him in a Quidditch set but I’d rather Quidditch players in one of those) They could add in a Death Eater. We have Lilly and James and we have a Sirius from the time of their death (wanted poster outfit in the AC) so it would be nice to get Lupin from that era too. Zacharias Smith and Ernie McMillan. named quidditch players. Harry from the end of PS before his jumper is ripped would be an easy one for them. Barty Crouch Sr 2nd Task Fleur and Cedric. Bloody Barron and Fat Friar. Peeves! (Although we probably never will get him) and that’s just off the top of my head. We need a 3rd CMF!

Delighted to get Rita! Great use of a book figure like Percy this year. Hopefully epilogue Ron and Hermione can come in the advent calendar

Diggle and Crockford were the unnamed witch and wizard in the accessory pack I think, or rather the closest we’ll get to them.

What LotR stuff is out there is all pretty high quality stuff. But look how often someone like the Noble Collection makes new Middle-earth stuff compared to Wizarding World stuff. It’s just night and day. There are franchises with current cinema releases that would kill to have a piece of the Potter machine

All you have to do is compare how much merch currently on sale exists for both Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. LotR is a much much smaller niche than Harry Potter when it comes to merch and it always has been. I think it attracts an older audience in general (of course there are kids that are into it) that doesn’t buy as much merch and is more likely to buy bigger more expensive one off items. WB owns both franchises and treats them very differently for a reason.

Room of Requirement the minifigs are great although it’s a pity to lose out on Goyle and Ron. Great to get a new House Ghost but I don’t know how they’re going to shoe horn in BB and FF now. The banners would have been ideal. Delighted to finally have Harry in his BoH outfit. The Fiendfyre snake is great. Way better than I imagined. The build is far too open, a common fault with the 2021 style of Hogwarts. Lots of great parts and pieces but it’s difficult to do the room Justice at this size. There could have been a few more Easter eggs though and the vanishing cabinet is sorely missed. Sad to see them go back to the old broom style. I liked the new ones. Diadem needs updating. brilliant to see the pixie come back. Black Lake. Clearly a remake of the 2005 set. The above water portion is a bit too small though. minifigs are superb but the two champions and loved ones are disappointing. At least we have a sleeping Gabrielle from a few years back. the shark head is cool. Mermaid and Grindylow are awesome but it would have been nice to get a second of each or at least the Grindylow. The boat is random and a waste. House Banners the builds are a bit of a step down from Moments imo. I hate anything lenticular. But some great bits and pieces and minifigs. Quidditch jumpers are great but it looks like we will never get a 2018 style Ravenclaw easily. Gryffindor. Love the chessboard print. Not going to complain about another Harry but please stop including Neville. Think it’s the weakest of the 4. Hufflepuff. Cedric as the Q player is understandable. Susan Bones and Hannah Abbott we’ve gotten before but Hufflepuff torsos are always nice to get. A pity there was no cardigan like the other 3. The cup is oversized and could do with some printing. Love the portrait of Newt. Ravenclaw. Luna with her Spectraspecs AGAIN. Like Neville she’s been done to death. Pity Cho’s alternate face wasn’t her asleep to die in with black lake. Wasted opportunity there. Michael Corner is the highlight. Great to get a new character and a cardigan print. A new book is always welcome too. Another Pixie! Up to 4 now! Slytherin. At least both BZ figs this wave are different. Pansy the highlight, again she has a cardigan which is great for variety. Draco in robes a bit of waste. Neville, Draco, Cedric, Luna, and Cho. Please. No more in Hogwarts robes! Nice to get the locket again.

They’re absolutely quidditch jumpers. Same as the ones you can buy in the studio tour and very visible in the movies. Harry and Ron are wearing there’s at breakfast when Harry pretends to put Felix Felicis in his pumpkin juice.

Yeah, 6167 definitely sounds more microscale. Can’t see there being 20 mini figures with a piece County that high either. Wouldn’t be confident of the entire fellowship either. Knowing LEGO it will be microscale plus a single mini fig of Figwit 😅

Cedric came after DA I’m pretty sure. I really hope they release it. I’ve got full teams for three houses! Ravenclaw is always the forgotten house.

I think you can expect a lot of redos in terms of minifigs if this theme comes back. They’re not going to take into account what people may or may not have from 10 years ago when making new figs! Even if the 9 are in Rivendell you can expect to see then again in smaller sets if they make those!

The chess set is marked as “sold out” on the Lego website. It was “temporarily out of stock” yesterday. Does that mean it’s gone for good or will they get more back?
