  1. Something tells me that if the new battle packs are blister packs, they would no longer be exclusive to lego stores. I hope they are not exclusives, that would be terrible! That is unfortunate.
  2. I hope this is the case, as it would make amassing armies cheaper.
  3. I've just finished building my Mandalorian Forge set & I'm very pleased with it indeed. The overall look is nice & it was a lovely little build, although some of the stickers were quite tricky to apply. I replaced all of the blue Technic pins with Light Bluish Grey versions of course. The Paz Vizsla & The Armourer minifigs are absolutely gorgeous! The Din Djarin with Jet Pack has been needed for a long time. Also the addition of a spare 1x1 control panel & two Thermal Detonators are very welcome.
  4. I would love this Battle Pack, I could create expand my Clone army massively! A brilliant selection, but an updated Droideka would be most appreciated. These are all amazing. I would really like the Ahsoka's ETA-2 set most of all. Yes!! This sent a shiver down my spine! I'm currently re-watching TCW in chronological order this time, just starting Season 7. "Victory and Death" had a big impact on me the first time I watched it.
  5. Yay, I've just ordered a Bo-Katan's Mandalorian Starfighter (75316) set & the Armourer’s Mandalorian Forge (75319) set from Smyths Toys. There's so many great minifigs in these sets, but I'm looking forward to displaying the Bo-Katan minifig the most. Bo-Katan Kryze is one of my favourite SW characters. I love TCW & The Mandalorian! It will be nice to have a Mando minifig with a Jet Pack too. I can see myself collecting a small Mandalorian Loyalist army in the near future, ha ha.
  6. I think the rumour of the new AT-ST set in the 2022 wave very is interesting, but I probably won't be buying one. I've not long built a new & sealed 2016 AT-ST (75153), where I pre-ordered replacements for all the Technic parts that were brightly coloured with Dark Bluish Grey / Light Bluish Grey (as appropriate). I also modded the model to perfection with parts from my collection. I'm very happy with it indeed, it looks great next to my AT-AT (75288) on display! I also have an AT-ST Raider (75254). The UCS version of Luke's Landspeeder will be very cool & long overdue IMO, but it's not for me. I much prefer System scale sets for my collection. I can't wait to see the rest of the 2022 Hoth wave though.
  7. This really made me laugh! Brilliant, I look forward to seeing this MOC wave. Hoth is one of my favourite SW battles too.
  8. I like this set idea, a Shield Generator would be perfect. This would be a must have set to go alongside the rumoured 2022 Snowtrooper BP.
  9. Very nice indeed.
  10. Thanks guys. I watched the Jang YouTube review of the set, he stated the blue technic parts detract from the overall look. So I did a couple of Bricklink orders to replace all of the blue, tan & yellow technic pieces. That's exactly where I'm at.
  11. The fact that I have a huge gap in my Imperial Army ground vehicle collection has been bothering me, having an AT-AT (75288) & two Trexler Marauders (75311). I have therefore just ordered a sealed Rogue One AT-ST Walker (75153) from Bricklink. I already have an AT-ST Raider (75254), but I must have the Imperial version. I think they are very similar builds so both AT-ST versions will look great together on display too. I finished building my Bad Batch Shuttle a few days ago. It looks absolutely wonderful & I really enjoyed building it, but of course the inevitable modding has already begun. The interior definitely requires some improvement next, Gonky needs some space! The minifigs are gorgeous, especially Tech. I really wish an Omega minifig had been included. Although the speeder bikes are nice, they will probably be broken down & used for parts. lol.
  12. I completely agree. The build was very nice & it looks great, with plenty of scope for mini mods too. I've already removed the stud shooters on the front, replacing them with Dark Bluish Grey 2 x 1 Curved Slopes. I need to do something about the stud shooters on the back too, but I don't know what yet. I have another Trexler Marauder & a Bad Batch Shuttle awaiting building too. I'm trying to hold out until Christmas before buying the Moff Gideon's Light Cruiser set, lol.
  13. I've just finished building one of my Trexler Marauders. It was a very nice build & I think it looks great. The Mortar Trooper is lovely & the new Greef Karga minifig is so much better than the previous version.
  14. Hmm, I think that may well be the case for the moment. I can't find it listed anywhere else either. Ha ha!
  15. Yay, I've just ordered a Bad Batch Shuttle & two Trexler Marauder sets from Amazon, which will arrive tomorrow! It feels like I've been waiting for these to be released for ages, lol.
  16. I'm just getting into the concept of swapping minifig parts. I totally agree, that face would look perfect on the Imperial Officer (Captain / Commandant / Commander) (SW0582). I have a favourite Bricklink seller with one of these available right now. My Imperial Army would have a good range of ranks with this & my current Imperial Officer (Major / Colonel / Commodore) (SW0877) & Imperial Recruitment Officer (Chief / Navy Captain) (SW0913) minifigs. I would absolutely adore a Imperial Navy Officer (Lieutenant / Security, Stormtrooper Captain) (SW0774) minifig, but it's really quite expensive!
  17. I'd never considered swapping heads & body parts, but that's a great idea! I definitely think I've been thinking in a far too purist manner, lol. I'll bet your Mandalorian army looks very impressive. Way cool, I love the Tie Advanced!
  18. Exactly, also the Imperial Recruitment Officer's face has a completely different look to my other Imperial Officer (SW0877). That's a nice version of Anakin Skywalker. I'm planning on starting to buy some of these as they look very good & I have a bit of a Mandalorian collection going on already.
  19. I would absolutely love an Endor Bunker MBS set! A definite buy for me if one were ever to be released.
  20. I plan to buy two Imperial Troop Transport sets & a Bad Batch Shuttle set as soon as released. I may also buy the Duel on Mandalore set straight away too, as the Darth Maul minifig looks really nice.
  21. I placed a Bricklink order for a couple of minifigs today. An Ugnaught (Dark Blue Overalls) (SW0710), as I'm starting to doubt TLG are going to release a Kuiil minifig any time soon & this will suffice for my Mandalorian displays. Imperial Recruitment Officer (Chief / Navy Captain) (SW0913). My Imperial forces are impressive now, so I need a lower ranked Officer too & this will do nicely. I look forward to seeing pics of your physical build. Anything special?
  22. Very nice, that was a lucky find. Fab, the Mos Eisley Cantina set is very nice indeed. Well done, for purchasing the set at a bargain price. I was sent a free First Order General (Admiral) (SW0715) minifig with my last Bricklink minifig haul. I don't own, or plan to buy any Sequel Trilogy themed sets, therefore this minifig is quite useless to me. I'm wondering if I were to buy a Imperial Officer's Cap (Item No: 16497pb03) to replace the First Order Officer's Cap, would I be comfortable using the minifig as a background character in an Imperial display.
  23. Yes, I think that's the best way to go.
  24. Yes indeed, it is most definitely time!
