But that was in 2011 Lego has changed a lot since then.

I don't think that any of the shops will have a second row of windows but no solid floor. I just can't see Lego doing that. I have not seen Lego do anything like that and I think of all the places where they might do it a huge D2C would be the least likely.

Just wondering because the shops and the road would be about 2 and 1/2 inches each I don't think Minifigures would be able to fit easily..
