  1. I think my signature should be okay, but just in case... Cut a few spaces.
  2. Nice tutorials WhiteWolf. I wonder when C3POwen will get around to updating this tutorial. He hasn't been around in over a week. Does the lg_colour.inc downloadable file here contain the correct colours for all the original brick colours?
  3. King Leo's Castle is Lego's fairy tale castle. Kind of interesting to look at from afar, but...just not the kind of castle that you really want for your knights. Okay, there are definitely some good points, but the number of guards in it is seriously disappointing. I actually think those two bulls may defeat King Leo for good.
  4. Once again, sorry people. Couldn't login for the past few days. I hope it won't happen again. By the way, I don't recall agreeing to attack them the second time, but I suppose with my absence you had to do something. "Great! I have tools in my wheeled trunk. We can chop down a tree and toss it across. Whoa, ho, ho! No touching my tools. Hands off!" I approach a tree that looks like it will do. I swing furiously... "Darn this won't work! Why didn't any of the rest of you bring any tools?!?...And no, you still may not use mine!"
  5. Sorry, just looking for a confirmation here: over the next two battle rounds, we won't actually be able to do any damage to these blokes, will we? Wouldn't it be better to get off the bridge now and then attack again when we are able to? "Daxus! You are such a theif! Not that I wouldn't be if I were as quick. But seriously, instead of slashing him well and killing him off completely, you instead snatch his purse. If I can recall well this isn't the first time you've done that either."
  6. Wow, this topic has too many posts too quickly. Shocking discovery. It doesn't restore you to youth, but it keeps you as young as you are. Evidently, he must have found it just in time.
  7. I hate to repeat what others have already said, but wow! That horse statue is awesome! The whole scene is quite good though.
  8. That's what I figured, but I wasn't sure...the other two's specials are also quite frightening... I attack Raider A from the back row.
  9. Well, I have been feeling like I haven't been contributing to EB with any actual projects , at least not recently as I'm still working on my LGEO renderings of the Classic Castle and Pirate themes. So, I decided that I will post pictures of a MOC I made quite a while back. I used just about all the LEGO pieces I have on this MOC. It's nothing special, especially compared to the works of the great MOCers we have here, but it is at least something yo make me feel that I am contributing at least a little to EB's "Themes" group. Almost all the pictures got lost when my hard drive crashed a while back, but I'll post what I still have. Disappointingly, the first picture was the only picture I recovered that actually has the minifigs, but...what can I do?
  10. I think I've finally properly understood what you've been trying to say, Aanchir. Ít's very true, a zoo theme does not leave a whole lot of room for story-telling in a normal kid's mind, for the most part.
  11. Thank you. Although, in truth, he really rather evil. ;p

  12. OOC: Sorry guys, I haven't been around for a while. So, we got ourselves into another fight have we? I hope you didn't take my absence and, since Poison Ivy has also been absent, assumed that Monk Pretzel and Alisha were engaging in any hanky-panky business. "We need to rescue those hostages. We can't afford to waste time standing around 'Polishing our swords' (or golden arrows, in Benji's case); people are in danger." "Yes, it is wise to not polish one's sword too much. It can unpurify one's self, if you know what I mean, turning your hands to scarlet, whether the scarlet is blood or sins is up to you to decide. As for me, I'm glad I do not wield a sword." "Somehow, I'm not so sure that this is a good idea. Why are you so eager to stay in the back?" I whisper to the others: "Now we have two possible traitors who may turn against us. How the devil did we manage to get so many untrustworthy folks on our team? You should have listened to my advice, you know." Despite my inner misgivings, I lurch forward and attempt to attack the Man-at-Arms from the back row, but the bridge is too small, and in the hustle and bustle I am pushed over the side into the water below. As if the water were a trampoline, I bounce right back out of it. "Are you sure there isn't another way around this river? We could cut a tree down and throw it across to walk over, although somebody may have to carry me." If that's not a possibility, I lunge forward and attack the Man-at-Arms from the back row. OOC: Is this okay with you all, or do you think Monk Pretzel would be more of a hindrance than a help trying to attack him?
  13. I did a fair bit of drawing in the past. I'll see if I can scan any of my old works. I do painting every once in a while these days too. Here is one I worked on:
  14. I've played drums, bass, acoustic guitar, and electric guitar live. Have tried my hand at recording and producing a bit, but I'm still quite a newbie. Wrote a number of songs as well and I like to think that I can sing.
  15. When I was a kid I would always play that the blue baseplates, were shallow water and the rest of the floor was the deep water. I never had many green bricks at all, so actually building a landscape would have been well-nigh impossible.
  16. In Eubric we call it gold because of the colour. Don't know how we got this twisted logic. The gold we have in Eubric has nothing to do with the element of gold. Besides, Monk Pretzel is a alchemist who has tried his hand at creating gold from other metals. We do not yet know whether he has been successful. However, it should be added, that if he really is human then it is not altogether impossible that he has discovered the secret of eternal youth. Although, perhaps, he discovered it a little late on.
  17. SES's cannon system is the best in my opinion of all the pirate ships, besides some of the smaller ones. The cannons on turntables and able to slide along the floor just seems more practical as far as Lego is concerned.
  18. Rubbish. There's nothing nostalgic about it. The old ones just look a whole lot better. You may be right about the colour though, but just black is not bad. Brown may be nice, but not necessary.
  19. Seriously I was joking. Monk Pretzel was saying it sarcastically. Even so, at Eubric rusting gold is very possible.
  20. "Cleric Wulf. Damn! I always forget that bastard!" I shout. Catching myself, I glance about nervously then whisper, "You don't think he heard me, do you?" OOC: I think that is what Flare meant originally Poison Ivy. Monk Pretzel was just twisting his words.
  21. I don't know if they have an official statement regarding this. Any hunting may not go over well with TLG, if they are that intent on avoiding any controversy/conflicts.
  22. I meant both, kind of. Visually they should be okay, though, in my opinion. It would be a real pain if the bardings don't work.
  23. Granted for a lot of "professional" MOCers the baseplates look simple and almost an insult to intelligence, but for those of us who don't have a whole lot pieces, especially not many green or brown ones, those baseplates can be a lifesaver, believe it or not. I think, for the most part, kids would prefer to just have the baseplates than to have to create a whole landscape. TLG doesn't still produce those ridiculously small trees, do they? Perhaps they should come up with a bigger coniferous tree.
  24. "So, you admit to having 'taken' Alisha?!? I mean, I never really believed it until you confessed it. It cannot be. The party leader has fallen to the dark side and now he invites his fellow darkies to join us as well. What does he want to do? Destroy us all? "Also, what does he mean by 'stupid clerics'. Obviously he is not referring to me and there is not another cleric here, much less two of them as he has indicated."
  25. OOC: Yes. IC: Would you also accept the other smiling gold coin in exchange for the ones you picked up?" Suddenly, I realize that Daxus got his coins from the floor. Where there is five there must be more. Immediately, I dig around frantically, lifting every handkerchief and blowing away all particles of dust to make sure I don't miss anything in my search. "There's got to be some more gold somewhere," I mutter.
