Also, to continue from a previous point made a little bit ago, that other female mercenary character who is the only character missing from these sets is apparently called Nina and is played by Philippine Velge. We've already discussed the unlikely extra set 76971, but maybe there'll be a polybag for this wave? We've gotten one for each new film wave so far, and if i recall i dont remember ever seeing any polybag leaks for FK/Dominion. Maybe she could be in one of these?

Yeah, unfortunately i gotta agree with that, i wish we could've gotten just one more set of the Lab and D-rex, but it is what it is, maybe next year we can get one? If not D-rex will be alongside the Scorpius Rex 🤣

Good point, we didnt really get a boat dock either which i think is an important location in the movie. Though, Lego has skipped other things in the past before, like Lockwood for his own house 🤣 Ah, cheers! Probably will be the first to die like Dinobricks said lol

Those are 4 good points from you guys, i hope it is just a set kept super under wraps from leaks that we'll get later, otherwise i think it would've been better to have that buildable aquilops be a brick built to scale version of D-rex as it is an important part of the movie, but i guess time will tell, still loving what we did get from it! 😁 looking forward to reading everyone elses thoughts! And also, no baby Ptera or Stego, soo.. maybe anniversary sets next year?? Haha, fingers crossed!

All the sets are now leaked with good quality, man they look awesome!! 😁🥳 I am liking what i'm seeing, i love the variety of Characters and how good the prints they all got. Velociraptor mold is now changed to static like Atrociraptor, which is fine, but the loss of articulation is unfortunate, also im not sure why their heads are pointing down a bit haha. I also love that we are getting more terrain and properly playset builds, still heaps of vehicles but structures are much better! And that mayan Quetz temple looks absolutely fantastic!!! 😁 7 new molds from: New Velocirapor body, Aquilops, Titanosaurus Head and Tail, Spinosaurus Head, body and Tail. And also an absense of D-rex? That is super strange, maybe there is still one more set? I am honestly shocked if not because that should be one of the main plot points, really strange. What do you guys think?

Thats what happened with the Dominion wave, they only shower certain sets and had three reveal dates. First was the JP Diorama, Trike and Pyro set. Then they revealed the bulk of the wave, except for 1 set, the Giga, which ended up being found in store before it was actually announced if i remember correctly 🤣 theres also that polybag but i cant remember when that was 🤣

Yeah, based on that mini D-rex, Goji Centre's design seems to be the closest, just needs to have a bit more of a bulbous xenomorph-ish head, more like a beluga whale lol🤣 I still believe D-rex will be brickbuilt, but i have thought about how they could mold it, and like you say they could use the rex body and legs, with maybe a new tail, a new head, new arms, and those extra smaller arms might just be molded together with either under the head mold, or 1 attached to each front arm. But the problem with that is it would already take a lot of new molds, and the rex body i dont believe will be big enough anyways, so it'll end up looking awkward and weird, and we've seen that before with Therizinosaurus for example. So i just think its more likely and probably better to just have a brickbuilt D-rex. But time will tell

I also prefer molds, they are much more unique and feel like creatures, rather than the brick built ones which still have their benefits of course, but i think its a high probability that D-rex will face that treatment Haha, well, dont suppose the Mosas ever beached themselves? 🤣 Actually it was first reported on alongside the rest of the sets from before we even had set names for last years Chaos Theory wave if i remember correctly. It came from Fateful on insta, with 9 sets for 2025, of which we now have 76967, 76968 and 76969. The other six we have some info on already 76970-72,73,74,75,76. So its safe to say it'll be a great year for us all! 😁 Hopefully these sets look nice, looking forward to them!

Just the D-rex, Lego will have to do a D-rex because it is a main part of this film, the main two options for how it is created are either specially molded, or more likely brickbuilt. And I personally believe because of its size, and the fact that the door is now open because of brick built Mosa, that the D-rex will be brick built too. They might do mainly brick built with a new head etc, but if they molded it, it would be downsized. If thats the case then i'd also be a little annoyed that the budget went into creating molds for D-rex instead of a Mosa, but that last part is just my gripe. I see what you mean, it is quite chunky lol, but im not sure if Lego would make another mold when they love to reuse pieces, maybe if we can get a new smaller mold of one standing that could be nice! Hasnt been revealed by Mattel yet, but an account on instagram expedientes_jurasicos_official has a good track record from what i've seen, and his info lines up with info i've seen in other places, so i do feel quite confident to trust this. He has a post you can see 'Wild Roars' on the first picture, the second picture is human packs

I disagree, i dont think it will be any scarier than the other carnivores, its still a creature, just a mutated one. The question i wonder is if it'll be brickbuilt like the mosa this year, or molded as it is the main antagonist, from what i've seen anyways. Also, i've seen a rumoured Mattel human pack listing for Dr Henry Loomis with a Juvenile Pteranodon, if this is true, i believe this will be a scene that appears in the film as generally Mattel doesnt make many human figures, but if they do they relate to scenes from the movies, anyways, we got a small pterosaur mold earlier this year, i wonder if it'll be reused here?

We have some new pictures of non-Lego JWR Merchandise, including a mini D-rex so it is confirmed to have that body, which i dont actually mind too much, and more importantly, i believe the first product for our Aquilops, which is named 'Dolores'

Also, stbricks.col on instagram has the set early, looks to be a LAN Member, and he has a video with the box and the picture of Rexy in JP has been swapped to what looks like a Rex skull from JWFK Lockwood Manor

Sweet, im interested to see the movies explanation of whats going on, perhaps the introduction of Dinos into the world has negative impacts on the environment and atmosphere causing some airbourne spores/infectants which cause some sort of heart disease in us? That sounded better in my head but you know what i mean haha

Cheers. I think i heard the largest species are the most resilient, and they need that as they have the highest tolerance immune systems from air, sea and land (Quetz, Mosa, Titano). Obtaining their genetic material will help find a cure for heart disease? Could be wrong, i dont know for sure if thats what they are trying to cure. The Delgado family if i recall correctly
