Does anyone else feel aprehensive at all about spending so much money on Minis Tirith as a nearly completely white set? I've wanted this set for over 10 years now. But now i'm getting worried. I bought the Star Wars republic Gunship in round 2012 (which is mostly white) and while that used to be my favourite set, it's near completely yellowed (this set never, ever even got sunlight and lived in a mostly dark room) to the point I can't even look at it anymore. Combine this with the fact that i've been rebuilding sets i've built and taken apart over the last 10 years and have been finding the last decade of LEGO bricks has very short lasting clutch power that rebuilding the LEGO treehouse the other day, pieces were literally falling off each other while I was trying to build. Not sure if this is just my experience, but just wondering if other people have had these same experiences and whether the yellowing and brick quality affects your desire to purchase this set? I really want it, but hoping some other peoples thoughts might help me to feel more confident in either my decision to purchase or not to purchase when it's released! Cheers!

Does anyone know if 76452 Quality Quidditch Supplies & Ice Cream Parlour is a LEGO exclusive or whether it will be with other retailers anytime soon? The previous two segments of Diagon Alley were are Kmart in Australia, much cheaper, but can't seem to find this one anywhere else! Anyone in the know?

Is anyone else dissapointed that the main tower is built basically in modular cubes like the 2021 line? I hate that line so much! I love building these large models from the ground up and seeing it come together. Something like Avengers tower which was just built from the ground up was awesome. Hate building these little cubes and then just combining them together. Just doesn't feel satisfying! Was so excited about this set until I came across this detail. Maybe someone who already has it might be able to convince me it's not as bad as the 2021 line?

Does anyone else feel a sense of de ja vu with this current "most accurate hogwarts ever"? I was building Flying Lesson and the Levitation Class set today and as I was building all those little slide out rooms and the external walls that contained them, I started to feel the exact problem I had with the 2021 itteration of Hogwarts. It feel like building the same thing over and over again. And it's starts to not feel fun. Feels like they've again painted themselves into a corner with "boxes" again! Really takes away from the excitement and wonder of what you're currently building when it's the same model over and over! I am just very glad they've put a little more effort into the external details, so at least they look pretty good on the outside. Funny thing is, it's not just the boxes, Flying Lesson feels exactly like Sirius Escape from the last series. It's that set you buy with no interesting minifigures, that you simply bought as a part of the castle that you built because you had to, not because you want to! Lol. I haven't been on here for a while, can anyone sum up the general consensus on how people feel about these current sets? Wondering if i'm on the same page as others or if y'all are loving it? I think it looks good, just not "enjoying" the build too much!

Do we know where the Hogwarts Castle Flying Lesson set fits into the whole "most detailed castle ever"? Trying to find it and haven't found anything yet.

I was waiting for a 20% off on the lonely mountain, but they sold out so fast everywhere that I ended up having to pay 20% over rrp.

They did have the Moaning Myrtle in the Dark Bluish Gray and White from the 2022 advent calendar. I think that one is perfect. Light grey might be a bit too light, I think.

While this set looks amazing, there's no instructions for it yet are there? I couldn't bear the idea of stopping and starting a video through a several hour build.

I find the proportions are the things that feels off to me! With short legs and huge hair, it feels like there's 30% minifigure below the waist and 70% above. Just makes if look really oddly proportioned. Don't think it would look as bad if it didn't have such a "tall" hairpiece.

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what the best MOC is that I can build with two copies of Eldorado. And yes, i'm and Emmet, so I need to follow instructions. Lol. I've been looking at eldorado extension 1 and 2 by howell4bricks on rebrickable and wondering if anyone has an opinion on which one they think is better or if there's any other alternatives that people can suggest? I suppose if the set is just Bag End without any further Hobbiton, they could do something similiar to the UCS Millennium Falcon and Collectors Edition Hogwarts Express and have both sets of minifigures you'd expect from both Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Realistically to have it be both, all you would really need is The Hobbit figures and the an Old Bilbo and Frodo to turn it from a one movie set to an either or set. Personally I already have all the dwarfs, so i'm not too invested either way. But seems like the easiest route for LEGO to take to cover all bases at a relatively low additional cost. I just hope it's a beautiful looking set. I still haven't got Barad-Dur as I can't justify paying full price for that set without a bloody good GWP coming with it! Find GWP's a bit lacking in excitement this year, especially at Christmas.

How do shops have these 2 months early? It's insane! Probably wint be in Aus for 3 months! Hope i can get just 5. Im not greedy! :-D

Anyone think double points and a Majisto's Workshop are a good deal on Barad-Dur or do you think I can wait and do better? Not in a rush. Just want to get it on the best deal possible! :-D
