  1. I wouldn't think that's true, especially if the only source is that people said it on IG. I guess we'd know for sure when the third movie comes out if they decide to make sets or not. I think they just didn't sell well enough to make more than the two they did.
  2. I feel compelled to say there are plenty of Instagram DM generators online for making fake images and that website doesn't seem to exist in any fashion.
  3. Do they not fight a Death Eater in there like they do in the book? I could swear they go up there when they are looking for the Diadem. I can't remember how it is in the game but I remember the Hufflepuff one is accurate to it's pottermore description even though it's never seen in a book/movie so I imagine the Ravenclaw one was accurate too.
  4. x3 Didn't think anyone had been too bad but maybe Gollum falling on a pile of Lego bricks was a bit graphic. On topic, if there was a singular part of a set you were most curious to see how they've handled it, what would it be? Not necessarily the most interested in but the hardest to visualise maybe. I think I'm really curious how Grawp will look because of the description we've had and the size of the set.
  5. Sonic, Mario, Minecraft Dungeons and (if you count it) Lego City Undercover. I could definitely see a set based off the video game being a thing eventually. I believe it's going to be based on the 14th Century Goblin Rebellion but that's just a guess. Also glad I'm not the only one in favour of keeping CC as far from canon as possible
  6. By far the most evil thing Voldemort had done.
  7. I hadn't really thought about it but if the greenhouse is connected and not just a loose build then it would surely be the end of the line of Hogwarts connected sets. The room of requirement is supposed to connect too right? Maybe at the back of the Great hall where there are still connector bricks.
  8. Whilst we are on the topic of video games, I wonder if there's any chance of a set or two based off the new Harry Potter game that is being worked on. The Old Republic and Minecraft Dungeons got sets in somewhat similar scenarios (an existing theme and a new game)
  9. I definitely get the same confusion in English. People normally mean "next weekend" to be 7 days from the closest weekend but I always felt "next" should mean the closest one :p This could mean we don't get leaks till early next week but I hope I'm wrong.
  10. I feel like one of these wouldn't look too bad to create the impression of it hanging from their feet.
  11. I was going to suggest it could refer to Tonks winking at Harry as they all walk passed him to the kitchen when they first arrive there.
  12. If there was a gap in the buildings for Knockturn alley and then B&B connected sideways to the back of one of the other buildings with pins it could still work as an actual street look. I don't normally make MOC's but I would be inclined to build the buildings onto base plates if they didn't already have them.
  13. Just came here to say the same. I wonder how that will display. Kind of makes me feel like it will be a bunch of seperate buildings like the 2011 one but he also said before it has pins. I just don't see how B&B that is supposed to be in an entirely different street would fit into that.
  14. Do Lego do a face with a grey walrus moustache? I forgot Slughorn doesn't have one in the movies and I'm considering replacing his head but my knowledge of Lego faces is pretty minimal? Edit: looks like the J. Jonah Jameson one is pretty much the only applicable one but he always looks miffed. Nvm
  15. Might want to remove the quote from your post too since it shows the original content. I really like the MOC too. It's the sort of style I'd imagined as far as being a big connected street. I think that's really crucial for the official set to have.
  16. I might be in the minority but I'd quite like it to be a long set with shallower buildings and "just enough" interior size to create more of an entire alley feel. Having said that, literally as I typed this I realised that shallow roofs might not look great and a massive overhang wouldn't look great either.
  17. Nowl there are two of them!
  18. No James or Lily figures it's kind of shocking to me. I never really followed the pre 2018 releases of Lego HP so I guess I'd just assumed they'd been done without question.
  19. I really like it! If the D2C was a whole bunch of buildings with that style of interior and then slightly bigger interiors for the major shops, I'd be really happy.
  20. Oh, my bad. I forgot they actually show it in the movie. Yeah, that would work then.
  21. I was thinking that but it doesn't really fit the store since that's him looking pretty rough after being prisoner of the Death Eaters for a couple months
  22. If they change the Olivander figure at all, I'd like to see the coat continue onto the leg printing (though I guess that might look weird from the back)
  23. I don't have the polybag or the D2C castle but I have the rest. I'll bricklink the figures from the castle at some point when spending £40 on minifigures doesn't seem like a bad idea. How exclusive do you think the magical treasury figure will be? I don't care about slightly different prints but if they never do that character again I'll be a bit annoyed to miss it.
  24. I can only speak for myself but I would never buy a DA D2C that didn't even include Gringott's. It's surely the most instantly recognisable building in the alley and is there from the very start. It would be like making a London Architecture set and leaving out Big Ben. WWW could maybe be ommited on the justification of it not being there for the first four years but I still wouldn't be happy to buy it seperately. A £350 set should be sold complete.
