_________ Actually Dreamworks "substudio" is actually Aardman Animations, who only made films with Dreamworks for a short time, and are actually a separate business! :-P But in all seriousness, I too have enjoyed several Dreamworks movies, but Pixar is perfection in my book *wub* Batbrick Away! >:-)

__________ Yes I understand, but just because its aimed at kids and is a cartoon (actually a digital animation :-P ) doesn't mean that it doesn't matter if it aint good. My favourite cartoon of alltime was Batman: The Animated Series, that was aimed at kids, yet it managed to have superb stories and excellent writing anyway. And that was on a low budget. Shrek 3 had who knows how many millions of dollars, yet not a decent script in sight. Directors should pride themselves in the fact they can make a great story for kids, but no, instead they just think that as long as it has movie references no one will understand five years down the track, and horrible slapstick, then its fine |-/ Batbrick Away! >:-)

Thats funny, the batmobile for me is only 8 studs wide and easily fits on my road. The Batboat being a hovercraft is the right size, and the Batwing is actually meant to be a two-seater and as such is smaller, not larger. And i don't see whats wrong with the sets, the batwing is an excellent, sturdy construction, batcave is a thorough, great adaptation from the comics and animated series, Arkham is dark and includes many awesome features, and the batmobile is a very sleek design. But I agree, the minifigs are the best, my favourite so far is Mr.Freeze! *wub* Batbrick Away! >:-)

Yeah, I always see Pixar films in cinemas, I can't wait for Wall-E, it looks like a very original and interesting concept. I liked Cars, but it was under par with the rest of Pixar's films, but what do people see wrong with The Incredibles? That was a great homage of superheroes with an excellent plot and excellent villain! :'-) But yeah, if anyone wants to see that quality out of dreamworks, then you better start wanting more shrek right away :-X Batbrick Away! >:-)

I think that there must be another set to put alongside these, none of them even seem to be that big. The Tumbler is the biggest bat-vehicle of this bunch, but seems to be going up against a mere ice-cream van. In my opinion I think that there may be another Arkham asylum or Batcave sized set soon! :'-) Batbrick Away! >:-)

I dislike Shrek immensely because Dreamworks think he has a right to be in every part of our live through advertising >:-( I am getting sick of seeing Shrek plush toys, yogurts and such! The third movie in particular was bad :-X I have a large problem with dreamworks in general actually. Problem one: Sequels galore! Shrek 2, Shrek 3, Shrek 4, Shrek 5, puss in Boots, Madagascar 2, Madagascar 3 and the proposed Shark Tale 2 and Over the Hedge 2 :-X Problem two: Humour I hate references as the basis of comedies! HATE! >:-( Grow some wit will you dreamworks! Problem three: Quality Who cares about quality when we can have quantity by churning out crap after crap! Problem four: Marketing Still looking for an ogre free zone! |-/ Overall I think that the marketing team of Dreamworks are a bunch of mindless jerks who'll be the first against the wall when the revolution comes!
