  1. Review time! Stealth Hunter: A nicely built little scene, I love the look of the guys face as he controls that arm. Its not my favourite, but who can resist something with a name like the Torture-O-Matic? :-D Lt.Veers: I love thew black, hellish look to this, and the fact we get another Exo-Force man as a chambered member! Are they spammers those mecha drivers or something? :-D I love your backstory to, bought land from the devil! THE-FORCE: I love the idea, though its kinda hard to see, that is very painful though, hold onto your dear lives! X-O Sir Nadroj: A very well built and beautiful creation, I love the oil soaked member. Great work, though sorry, I won;t be voting for it as I understand it is partly "There Will Be Blood" based (great film btw ;-) ) and I like to see other original ideas. Still wonderful though, you are a gifted builder, more so than me for sure. darthperson8: I like your multi layered entry, and the idea is rather clever, but I'm sorry, I can't see the great details through that blur, maybe you can edit your post with better pics for us? :-) HopelessMagic: I love the look of your multilayered vig, simply great building here, especially that awesome chandelier, great work! Lego-Freak: Haha! :-D Scorpions, simple, yet wonderful! steelharbringerofdeath: Wow! Gruesome man! And I love it, heads ON *skull* PSP Guy: Wow! Thats wacky! I laughed at the Rap torture! :-D LegoLyons: I love this, especially since you included that rarest of all greats: a female villain. Sadistic too! hewkii9 This is great, I love your hilarious explanation and multiple tortures! Slyowl: Of course, what else but pirates? But its well built and well done! iamded Holy cow! AARRGH! Its brilliant! We are fighting with swords! He's hanging for a wedgie! Chains, lovely chains and spikes! I may vote for this! Chains! *wub* jayber1974 A nice little vig, I'd sure hate to be that bad kid right now! paksu: Currently iamded's chief rival for my vote. Its hilarious, extremely clever and all round awesome! hollisbrick Haha! Jellie morpher, that alone makes me laugh! voxel: Oooh! Creepy and well built, I like it a lot, great use of the Mr.Freeze head too! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  2. Great entries everyone, I was afraid this comp was dyong when POW! They all came in. They are all so diverse and creative, great job, I wish you all luck against my Crossdressing Lightning Babe! :-P Seriously, brilliant designs and ideas there, I'll do a review (meaning my thoughts, not a literal review :-) ) on all of them tomorrow, I'm tired right now.. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  3. :-D , you are being sucked into post-apoc I know it! :-D This is brilliant, a perfect, adorable yet entirely appropriate machine. I love the additional skellie head and grass too. The construction is clever, great job, plain hilarious! :-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  4. Sorry TheBrickster, I didn't see this comment: No, I am not familiar with that movie, but I have heard you mention it several times. Maybe I should check it out one day, it sounds rather intriguing. I like your choice in sigfigs, Adventurers is my favourite them that I never got to collect much. I guess I have different Batsuits, but I don't think that counts... I actually think this moc is the best example of fleshie and yellow mixing I have seen. The exotic atmosphere and other timely mood establishes a sure way of harmless mixing (one so good I only notice it now infact). Unlike other mocs which seem awkward by having them mixed in plain settings, the feeling of Casablanca and other classics embodied in this I think really help it, that you would get such diverse customers. I don't mind mixing much, when its effective, its often quite humourous with JT and Indy faceoffs, and even a funny, yet thought provoking racism vignette I saw once. I agree the outside could be more detailed, but I still love the style you've given it. It sure is a fine creation, I enjoyed seeing it again, thanks to the person who brought it back up *sweet* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  5. Great new look to the airplane crash there TheBrickster, it looks a lot more wrecked now and I love the monkey and vines all over *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  6. I think he meant, your moc is great, but as a joke, a giant robot is probably a bad sniper due to his rather obvious appearance ;-) Ah of course, that was my plan all along! And I think you did get the line right. I think now I actually like this one better than the supernova rebuild, it looks a lot better proportioned I think *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  7. Dwarfs Mining! Now i'm off to build! :'-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  8. :-D , simply ingenious, the most wacky steampunk creation yet! :-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  9. Woohoo! X-D So sorry about the late reply LuxorV, I'm hopeless aren't I? :-$ I love this recreation, simply splendid, the gun is a fantastic design, and the beefier look and enclosed cockpit are simply brilliant! The bronze fingers are cool too, and the feet, and all round tougher design make it a much more imposing mech. I'll add my voice to the "Don't like the blocky back" crowd, but I understand where you see things. All in all, a Great job! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  10. Sorry TheBrickster, I should have commented on this a while ago :-$ I really like this moc, you have done a great job capturing not just the set, but the mood and spirit of the Playmobil version. I must say that they both look great. Though you've used BURPs on both sides, I actually don't mind, it works quite well and doesn't distract from the rest of the excitement. It would be great to see this in your jungle scene. The only improvements I could think of would be some more foliage on the rocks, particularly the brown one, though I understand you have a shortage of those no? All in all, a great little scene, I like that you've adapted a scene from one collection to another *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  11. I agree, the elves should have a more magical build type, and dwarves, hopefully going to be continued, should have more steampunk. I love that the trolls are plain pycho, I'm glad that TLC is giving us different styles for the factions. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  12. I honestly laughed in my seat seeing this, that is pure genius The Penguin! :-D Alfred, who would have thought? Very nice action shots too, I especially love the Matrix style spin shot with Alfred swinging the broom around! :-D Spectacular work! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  13. Yes, it must have been in another thread :-$ . It was the Clone trooper leg piece, I think it would work. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  14. Oh I agree, no monsters please, though monsters in secondary roles like the dragons and trolls are fine by me! *sweet* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  15. I agree (I thought you were thinking of the LOTR wraiths too ;-) ), and it would be a simple, but fantastic fig. Imagine them in a whole army! 8-
  16. Thanks for that great interview guys, its good to know about our resident moc freak :-D That is a LOT of Lego there SirNadroj, how do you afford it all? Nice answers too, and a funny joke at the end *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  17. Thats my problem too, except I haven't the money for it all! :-D Yes, I meant as baddies, I forgot to mention that :-$ . I agree with you too, a nightmarish Black and silver faction would be great, perhaps with some other colours. I love your ideas though, especially the "only the eyes showing" one, they would look awesome and might not be totally human... To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  18. Simply amazing, a great combo of action and setting, I love those medieval houses and your landscaping as always is fantastic! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  19. Very nice with the parts used, very clever idea with the katanas and scythes, I'd be terrified of that if I were a lot smaller! :-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  20. Wow! Yoda's really into this, moving away from SW Yoda? X-D Anyway, I'm all for another midget theme for baddies, but ultimately a second human faction is what I want with a black and gold colour scheme! :'-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  21. Very cool, and evil Hinckley, great job, I look forward to your entry! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  22. Um, guys, it doesn't have to be a rapid fast thing to be fun, just cool down, stop bickering, and enjoy. Anyway, my APC is still in planning stages, but I have decided to go ahead with a wheeled version, as opposed to a tracked one. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  23. A very cute little building, I love the idea of a crammed one inbetween. The colours are very effective and though I think it could use more detail, it fits in surprisingly well. Good job. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  24. None taken my friend *sweet* , that is one exciting battle, I love the poses, I never knew the penguins could be so deadly! :-D Great work! Thankyou, you've done an excellent job, that is a lot of penguins, is there another part of the battle coming? To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  25. Maybe the leader could be an entirely different creature, and MF that is unique, a member of a race long extinct blah blah. You get my point, he could be the Lizard man or black clad viper or who knows what, but he'd be a unique fig in that he would have no ties to any of the factions by species. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
