  1. Yay! My first entry, I have to say this contest is a LOT more fun than I thought it would be, thanks guys! My licensed entry: Theme: Batman Name: Alfred and Ace Pieces: 27 Price: $6 Aud Boxart, I'm pretty happy, considering it was done with Paint: Includes Alfred with glass tray and letter, Grandfather clock (entrance to the Batcave), rare gold platter with chicken leg, and Ace the Bathound. Pieces, all 27 used. I actually painted my police dog black for this, and I'm really happy how the grandfather clock came out. I really enjoyed this, I think I might make a topic devoted to a whole slew of Bat impulses! X-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  2. Well Dwarfs Mining is in Tasmania, I'd expect the rest soon ;-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  3. Wow! What a clever idea and fantastic creation! Good work Stauder, this is excellent, thanks for sharing, I especially like the collapsed roof and eroded tree stump *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  4. Wow! A wonderful wacky creation there Hinckley, I love the backstory, almost better than the moc! *y* The mech is wonderful, brilliantly designed and constructed, and very sleek. Plus its the best post system ever! My one criticism is that the cockpit is looking down a tad much, maybe if the evil Jocko bots were in seats a bit more horizontal it wouldn't matter. Either way its far better than anything I could even think of imagining of dreaming to make, so its a win for me! *sweet* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  5. I'm excited to see what the volcano base is, please be an over-the-top one like in You Only Live Twice! :'-) To the Bricksignal!
  6. An extremely clever tank design that is adorable and prety much perfect! Great job! To the Bricksignal! >:-)

SirNadroj: I would SO buy several of this! A female mf and wonderful piratey extras is a win in my book! There you go, fantastic entries everybody, I can't wait to enter mine! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  9. Hot DAMN that looks good! X-O Great display there DJ Force, and I just love those mods, variety of minifigs and extensions there! Simply marvellous *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  10. Unified hope I guess, maybe TLc is holding it back till we would bust and buy as much as we can? X-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  11. Agreed, that is lovely! *wub* And Athos, those are fantastic James Bond posters, I'm a big 007 fan, especially of Goldfinger *y* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  12. :-D , I takes me a long time to upload and post them! Thankyou LuxorV, I'm glad you liked the Cropduster, I agree the set was almost perfect so I'm glad I didn't let it down. Killer Croc's speedboat was also a fun reinvention, I'm glad you liked the swerve jets, they make it look a bit more interesting too. Thanks. Hey I agree! Batman like SW centers around vehicles a lot, so why not some sweet minis? Great idea LuxorV! Yes, I like the scene in the comic but I agree its set in a rather anticlimactic setting. Glad you liked the feet though! Have you read the comic? Thanks! I will! Scarily enough I have plans already for part 4,5,6 and 7 :-D Thankyou ricecracker, I'm glad someone else takes a long time for mocing! Thanks for you words on my minis and Black Mask, I think the tuxedo torso looks pretty accurate. Thankyou, and regarding Brainbox, I wish I knew..... Thankyou very much The Penguin, I'm overjoyed that you liked my creations that much! X-O I'm glad you liked Shadow Batman too, and I was happy to include you in the bottom, I remembered you have long purple legs too ;-)
  13. Thankyou PaulC! And that is one magnificent tank! *wub* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  14. Hello again friends, and welcome to another Bat Moc'sN'Mods Treat. If you can't tell by now, I'm a Batgeek, and this time I finally came over my fear of making a comic based vig. This one's in honour of Brainbox, who hasn't been seen in a while, I miss ya buddy! :'-( Here are links to Part 1 and Part 2. Today I have: 2 Mods 2 Mini vehicles 2 Custom Figs 2 Comic Based vigs 1 Creation and a sad scene. Okay, here we go, as usual the Batmods are up first: Part 1 - The Mods: Killer Croc's speedboat: Reinvented to be sleeker, faster and deadlier. FF missiles removed and replaced by swerve jets, and the cockpit is more enclosed for a smaller and more nimble machine. Though it seems like a strange one to mod, I am very happy with it, it is a lot better proportioned and cooler now I think. Front shot. Scarecrow's Cropduster: (Full credit to Brainbox for the better controls and partial design) Better controls and gear stick added, wing wires put in, guns removed, tail dragger added and bomb bay filled in. I am also extremely happy with this one, the wire worked better than I thought, and the gearstick and dragger I think add that nice touch. Other mods Here. Part 2 - The Minis: Mini Batboat: A mini version of the sleek Batboat, I'm not entirely happy with it but I think I did okay. Still, I like how the trans cones came out, the Batboat was really hard, so go easy ;-) Mini Batwing: I am REALLY happy with this, I'm keepinf it together, it may look like a simple design, but it took me over an hour to get perfect :-$ The shape is based off the normal depictions really, mostly the animated series and Lego product version, the comics being pretty the same most of the time: Stand shot, Front shot and top shot. Part 3 - The Customs: Black Mask: I haven't read much Black Mask at all, but I do love how he looks in this wiki picture. So I based him off that using the appropriate Black skellie head and tuxedo torso: Shadow Batman: A fig I'll keep like that, for those wonderful BTAS and comic scenes where Batsy appears as a supernatural silhouette in the darkness. I used plasticine to fill in the mouth, the hole looked weird and I think it works well: Hastily rushed poorly lit night shot. Other customs Here. Part 4 - The Vigs: Death of the Joker: (Credit goes to BB1 (Brainbox) for the SFX lettering, despite the fact I my vigs are obviously better :-P ) Based on This scene (yes that is my toes holding the book open :-D ) in the non-canon Dark Knight Returns where, after being paralysed by Batman in the Tunnel of Love to end his murder spree, the Joker plays one last "joke" on Batman by twisting his broken spine further, killing himself laughing all the way. This is so the police will think Batman murdered him and start a manhunt against the Dark Knight: I would of made the "Krak" light grey but it was used up in my Interactive Apocalypse, but I think it turned out fine. That is Batman bleeding btw. For the Joker's cracked neck I though it would look cool to literally have it barely attached, so I stuck it on with putty like this: Another shot and Another Shot again. The Long Halloween is Over: Based on This scene (yes that is my foot again :-D ) at the end of my favourite graphic novel The Long Halloween, where the newly created tragic villain Two-Face has resorted to killing mob boss Carmine Falcone to end his reign of terror in Gotham. The once district attorney declares the Long Halloween over, but shows he still has good in him by handing himself over to the police. This scene is a maxi-vig: Another shot. I know Gordon has glasses and browny hair in this, but that was the best fleshie head i had and I'm pretty happy with it: Another shot, and a Comic Shot. Other vigs Here. Part 5 - The Creation: Here it is, the Sleek Batboat: I love the Bat Hovercraft in the Killer Croc set, but I wanted to have a more classic sleek Batboat that was small, nimble and submersible: I'm really happy how it turned out, I wanted it to fit in with the other sets so I left some studs showing, and I'm happy with the sleek design and size: This is my first successful attempt at a new Batboat, my other attempts proved failures, and this time I remembered the propeller :-D : Batman fits in perfectly, I have yet to put in controls but the cockpit is so unviewable I don't think I'll bother, I'm happy with how he fits in though, that was the hardest part, he still manages to sit up fairly good: Comparison shot with the Bat Hovercraft, I love the differences between the two, in size, design and usefulness: Last part, Part 6 - Missing you Brainbox: While the rest of EB chats happily away, Batbrick sadly misses Brainbox and hopes he returns :'-( ....... Please come back Brainbox! Hope you enjoyed, comments appreciated, thanks! Oh, and the Batgallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=295368 To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  15. What the heck? There was no resent there, he said sorry! *wacko* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  16. This is the problem with this right now, people just want to talk ranks. How about this then, EN members can submit a creation in this thread, and Stauder and I will judge who can move up to the temporary special position of General! Note: This is not a competition with voting or anything, I just want to see some more mocs from you guys and think this might be a good way to do it! *sweet* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  17. Very cool and creepy, I love the inclusion of a random alpha team head :-D To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  18. I don't know, I reckon there might be a different theme replacing it, like Pirates! *wub* But who knows how long this could go for? Sorry, but I would rather have other great themes on hold so this theme can be totally finished and satisfying, then the same for themes after that, so we don't end up with more one-year aquaraiders. I really hope this goes into a fourth year... That said I agree with Vader, the Dwarves are rather neglected, hopefully they get more spotlight as a "filler" faction like the Humans are this year. To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  19. Fantastic work as always LuxorV, you've done a superb job, I'll definitely use some of these, thanks! :'-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  20. I bought this set yesterday, I was extremely happy with it and the price in Tas I am very happy with! There are simply so many new useful pieces and figs in it, and the mine itself is great too! It is easily in my top three favourite sets! *wub* To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  21. Very nice creations Sir Nadroj! My apologies for missing this :-$ :'-( I love that robot, you've done a great job of making him steampunk and flexible, and that bi-penny is a charm! *wub* The barrel organ is fantastic, as Exo said you have a gift for sneaking in great pieces. Excellent job overall, I wish you luck in the contest! To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  22. Wow! Thats purely amazing, fantastic work, I simply could not fault it if I tried! I love all the gold, and the mfs are a charm, the design of the legs and arms is ingenious, simply astounding! X-O To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  23. I agree, I like this one a lot more, its well built, and the engine looks a lot more cohesive. I love the use of the archer helm too, though I dislike the pith helmet smoke, I don't think it looks right. Maybe you could use ice creams like Dr.S's steamhorse, that looked good. I love the way you've done the bins though, and I actually like that torso, great job, I wish you luck! :-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
  24. Wow! This thing is crazy! I love it! A mobile steampunk dwarf still, who would of thought? But therein lies the genius ;-) I'll comment further when I read into it further, but for now I'll say, what a terrific design! The looser treads look great, and the overall design is lovely and almost faultless. Love the front too! I'll read the backstory and comment further as said before, but for now, I'm tired, and this lovely moc is a great way to close the night :'-) To the Bricksignal! >:-)
