OMG I just Googled it and saw that the game was meant to be announced. I honestly thought it was cancelled it had been so long since the leak. YAY.

No, it's not. No playset can ever be as detailed or complete as a D2C. And it also means that lots of stuff is missing. I still want a D2C minifig style portion of Hogwarts and I'm entitled to that want. And judging by the reaction to the previous D2C, lots of others would like one too.

I wonder if we could ever get a Hogwarts D2C playset. While I appreciate the beauty of the Hogwarts D2C and I do own it, I regret buying it and I cam never love it because it's just neither here nor there for me. I was expecting a D2C playset with a large portion of the castle. And when I found out it would be microscale I expected it to be a full model of the castle to display. I really hope the theme sticks around for a few years so we might get a D2C with Gryffindor Tower and the staircase.

I don't either but hey it will be free! And Diagon Alley was cute.

Shrieking Shack and Honeydukes are a given. Would they do any of the pubs though?

They better release it during the pre-order for DA so the same mess doesn't happen that did with the UCS Hogwarts (I had to buy someone the Camper to get it).

No I have this on my bookshelf haha. Interestingly the search and find one has Grawp, Diagon Alley and the battle of Hogwarts in it, but they're just artistic interpretations.

Come on and show the pictures. I revisited 2019's thread and apparently the pictures came out on April 25th with the Expecto set leaking a few days before.

The only trouble with stickers is that they've already started peeling off my Kwik-e-Mart which is only like 6 years old.

Aw these look amazing! I couldn't work out what that black thing above the Hogwarts drawing and frog card was but I see it's based on a picture from the film. I LOVE the horses - remember Harry plays with them in movie 1 then picks them back up at the beginning of movie 7 so they are definitely iconic. I also am iffy on the letter box - it's a nice detail but I don't want it there always. I might order a spare door to keep plain. I hope Vernon isn't black-haired in the figs - seems like an odd choice. It looks like he will have new printing for his tache, and Dudley and Petunia will have generic faces. I'm just excited to get them both! Not sure how I feel about the car being included again.

While this new iteration of HP is incredible (I've even seen many non-fans comment on the quality/car put into it) and this year is shaping up to be the best one yet IMO, it seems that there are always going to be disappointments - Seamus, Krum and now Lavender. It just makes me worried for the Dursleys, the Weasleys and Tonks. Like a few people have mentioned before, some priorities seem very mismanaged with this series - new patronus moulds, various versions of non-major characters, new prints for very minor characters like the Knight Bus guys over over making iconic and fan-favourite characters (who probably won't appear again) recognisable.

No need for the pointed tone. It doesn't look bad to me - reminds me of the early 2000s Hermione.

Does anyone know if Rey's face has an alternative face? Perhaps if it has a smile it might be less awful.

I so hope they re-make the games with all new designs and TT's improvements! I have a feeling they will.

HBP is my favourite movie (after 1 and 2) and the Lavender-Hermione-Ron love rivalry and Draco's characterisation are some of my favourite aspects of it. I so hope we'll get Draco's iconic black suit, and I really hope Lavender has her hair with a bow style.
