  1. Congratiulations guys, well deserved wins!
  2. Happy Birthday Buddy! -----------------------H ---------------------a --------------------v -------------------e ----------------a -------------g ------------r ----------e ---------a --------t ----d --a y With lots o Lego, Belgian beer and friends!
  3. Wow! Amazing work Jordan, looks very realistic. Only thing i don't like is those clone heads, they freak me out.
  4. It floats way better then i had expected. It's all bricks, even the bottom is some sort of large plate. If they added some glue they propably would come back dry. Thanks for sharing!
  5. Well the avatar and the signature are a very personal thing, so can't help you there.
  6. Well it depends on the amount of bills and speeding tickets i need to pay. But it's somewhere between 100 - 300 euro's a month. I make sure i keep money to do other things i like as well.
  7. It does catch my eye that they don't have shako's? Why is that? When i see your topics you are working on quite a nice port.
  8. That's a nice start on an army Captain. Do you plan to expand it?
  9. Only when you drive at the speed limit....
  10. Well one collects stamps, the other coins, we build with Lego. Everybody what he or she likes ey? Have you never visited the Victory Joey? I'd be going 2 times a year if i was living that close I think it will be a great source of inspiration to you.
  11. Yeah but i couldn't find it.
  12. Hahaha, i received a BL order like that once, and yes i was very annoyed!
  13. Your stern cabin hangs over the hull way too much and is far too big. I hope you will add tumblehome, the straight walls really don't cut it. You should watch out she doesn't get too narrow on top though. Good luck on her!
  14. Stop spamming my thread, or you will need to take a break.
  15. Yeah that looks fantastic! Will save you some slopes as well
  16. Noooo, mine will be sunk in minutes..
  17. True, the captain at the time didn't like her very much though. Admiral Witte de With gave her back after a few months. This wasn't in the 19th century though.
  18. You could make the lowest gundeck walls straight, the you will have a 2 studs wider deck on top and the shape will look more ship like i think. An LDD shot of that would be nice.
  19. We had warships for that Joey, this is a cargo ship.
  20. Progress has been slow, mostly due to the nice weather and other things that needed atention. But yes, there has been progress. I have been making some small stuff, here you see one of the 3 bilge pumps i designed: I have made some 17th century figures, thanks to Mijasper for the legs design. And the first guns are at their final position, in the master gunner's room: As you can see i'm using the new colour barrels in the old brown carriages. All of 'm will be engraved soon. So it's not much this time, but i hope you like it.
  21. Any updates buddy? Is she ready to be sunk by the French yet?
  22. Slopes out will work, 2 decks is definitly possible on the prefabs. 3 decks is another story Joey. I don't want to be negative about your project, i'm just giving my opinion here.
  23. Not in the early days my friend, we kicked everybodies butt untill around 1720.
  24. 73a It was the year 1746, and the islanders were getting tired o the British colonizing them. As the good fisherman they were, they started to train sharks to help them kick the red's megablocks. Below you see a caption of such an event. Needless to say is that the red's lost this one. This build gave me a chance to have a try at some realistic looking water. I'm quite pleased with it, hope you like it too.
