  1. Those are decent prizes, compared to BL!
  2. Great work as always , but i have 2 questions What is a cheesemaphone? It sounds like a megaphone made from cheese... What do the light blue plates in the floor represent?
  3. ''Bangelijk'' means cool in Belgium i believe
  4. Wow, excellent work guys! I think i'll use these one day or another
  5. Hahaha, very funny, using the castle things as beach items is excellent!
  6. Wow i like it, the colors work pretty well and the shape of the ship is very well captured! Looking forward to the finished result of this beauty. Welcome to eurobricks!
  7. Ah it's just one day.... And it's nicer to end it on friday, so we can vote over the weekend!
  8. Get moving on that ASAP! I'm stretching the finish to next friday, as it seems some poeple need a little more time...lazy megablocks. SO THE NEW CLOSING DATE IS MAY 9th!! Good luck to you late builders!
  9. Thanks for all the kind words! The photo's just don't do it justice, IRL it isn't too high or short, i soo want a big lense camera and a decent set up space Also the side picture is a bit from above, that might make it look higer... And yes Phred, the round part from the prefab hull would be underwater indeed, but when the ship is empty it would look like this. Thanks for putting her in the index, that saved me a lot of paperwork again.
  10. I saw this on BS, excellent work indeed! Especially the shape of the cheek and around the eyes is verw well done!
  11. I will answer this question in 4 weeks, with pics and all!
  12. This is great, i have internet on the plane! Landing in 1hr and 20 minutes on!!
  13. Ok, i've just now booked a flight and will be there around 14.30!!
  14. Does this mean you are stealing an entry at Legoworld en we can finally vote tomorrow?
  15. Apart from some images not working, as mentioned, it looks great!
  16. Wow this is great work, i love that there's movement in it. The building and scenery is done very nicely as well! Watching the movie it isn't to hard to see the boot bashing around on the waves.. I was thinking of making some apparatus to move my ships on the waves, with the waves actually moving, so this is very inspiring!
  17. Nice work Hinckley, i absolutely the landscaping and the foliage on the building!
  18. It looks cool , but i can't see many big changes. Perhaps you can point out to us what you've modded?
  19. Thanks for your nice words! The ladders were first used on my frigate Le Requin, and i find the ystand out nice that way. No inverted slopes, correct, i've put some detail shots of that in the BS folder The tumblehome is very real, i don't do in illusions Thanks again matey! Thank you Boney, it is many years indeed and it s**ks i don't have any pictures of my early day ships Building details in the BS folder, if you'd like to borrow some
  20. Ha some more great entries, i will commment on all later! Couldn't resist building one myself, but i'll pass on the prize ofcourse.. 5 days left to build people, get moving!!
  21. Thanks for your nice comment and pointing out that misspelling, perhaps one of our mods can change the title for me? The French got their megablocks kicked by everybody at sea, but they have the prettyest ships IMO
  22. Thanks Phred, you're entitled to borrow my ideas! It has 5 midsections, if that is what you mean.... On a total count...i have no idea
  23. Hahaha, great, i love all the cool mocs in there! But me landing on Ras's spearholder thingy? You thought you killed me, but it takes more then a tiny spear to kill me! Now it is time to take some revenge..muhahahaha
  24. Thanks for the comment! Those are MOC cannons, what do you find weir about them?
  25. 46b Ahoy matey's! Some of you might have already seen this ship in EB pirates ,but here is a full presentation of her. Her master, Admiral Bewier, will be leading us around today, enjoy! The design was loosely based on the French ship le Protecteur: A full view from the side: From the front: And the stern: The figurehead: More pictures in the BS folder , . Feedback and comments appreciated!
