  1. Thanks! I'm glad you like them. Bet. This one's complicated, because they're split between Legends and a completely new Alternate continuity, so bear with me: Legends Robert I'sha - Human Jedi Master from the planet of Beech, I'sha leads the forces of the 27th Expeditionary Corps during the Clone Wars. Chiseller Iminos - Human Jedi Master from Naboo, she leads the 75th Ranger Battalion (a division of the 27th Corps), and is close friends with I'sha. Eneg Brak - Kel Dor Jedi Master and I'sha's former teacher. During the Clone Wars, he's taken on a new apprentice, Alaxi Troi, whom he trains using the harshest teacher there is: experience. Moira Ishtari - CIS scientist in charge of a experimental weapons unit. She specializes in bio-weaponry and cybernetics, which included upgrading several individual battle droids of various classes with cortosis alloys, to serve as her personal protection. A high priority target of Republic Intelligence. Mudhorn Company (I actually wrote a series pitch for them) Brian Lewis - A grizzled heavy gunner and a lieutenant in the Rebel Alliance’s Special Forces. Takes on any challenge with a grin, knowing that he and his team can escape any situation. Married to Carlita Lewis. Stevin Ragao - Longtime friend of Brian Lewis and his wife, Carlita, Ragao is the close-quarters combat and urban warfare specialist of the squad. Experienced in squad-based combat tactics, he is the mentor of a special group of commandos within the company (Kusky, Lipao, Prowl, Denosco, Rilde). Carlita Lewis - A marksman for the Rebellion, Carlita (Lita for short) is one of the best shots in Mudhorn Company. An expert in reconnaissance, she gathers intel not just for Mudhorn Company’s engagements, but at times for the Alliance as a whole. An invaluable member of the team, and third-in-command of the core Pathfinders. Christopher Kusky - A streetwise jock, a daring getaway driver, and a rebel without a cause. These are the words to describe Chris Kusky. His careless attitude and unfading smirk in the face of danger will get him killed if left unchecked. Lieutenant Ragao sees a great Pathfinder in him, but will the cocky private live to fulfill his potential? Chianne Lipao - Orphaned at a young age, and having undergone a childhood trauma which left her speechless, Chianne is like a daughter to Ragao. Actions speak louder than words, and the often-violent life of a Pathfinder requires unrelenting tenacity in the face of danger. An expert saboteur and demolitionist, her bite is worse than her bark. Scott Prowl - The son of a Naboo Royal Pilot, Scott Prowl has been groomed for the duties of a soldier at a young age. Nothing but a pointman and footsoldier, Prowl is the tip of the Rebellion’s spear, charging headlong into the fire of battlefronts across the galaxy. Rinwell Denosco - The technical genius, combat engineer, and communications expert of the unit, Rinwell Denosco can rig explosives with Lipao, run reconnaissance probes with Carlita, and he’s handy with a DH-17. Often overlooked but never to be underestimated, Denosco is yet another irreplaceable member of Mudhorn Company’s Pathfinders. Rina Rilde - An Imperial scout trooper abandoned and left for dead by her comrades, Specialist Rina Rilde will find new purpose with her Rebel family. A remarkable sniper and explosives expert, Rina often provides overwatch on field missions and backs up Carlita Lewis. Alternate Continuity In a world where I wrote the Star Wars Sequels, Luke's daughter would be the main character. Before you burn me at the stake, she's Ben's twin sister, and the two of them would share the trilogy together. I actually change some things about Ben from what little I do know of the character: Ben Skywalker - Not an OC, but his AU characterization would put him along the lines of TCW Anakin or early-Legends Luke, bold and confident, at times even cocky. One of the best students in the academy at current, though he isn't without equals. In spite of his antics, Ben is an honest hearted and down-to-Earth kid with a bright future in front of him. Laura Skywalker - A rather quiet and studious young woman, who'd much rather prefer to spend her time in the temple library than out battling...we'll get to that shortly. She'd be closely mentored by Luke in this trilogy, as by this time, he's become wiser and more mature, more like Obi-Wan than the man we last saw in Return of the Jedi. Part of Laura's arc involves stepping outside of her comfort zone and recognizing when a Jedi's path must lead them to action. As for the villains, they're a new faction called The Revenant, led by: Alastair Celeste AKA The Ghost - A Force sensitive who appears to have rather intimate knowledge of galactic secrets, The Ghost's primary mission is to make both the New Republic and the Imperial Remnant pay for the sins of their past. And not for obvious things like the destruction of Alderaan, but for the truth behind what happened to the Bothans who died for the DSII plans, the Jedi's role in driving the Geonosians to extinction (awesome flamethrowers be damned), etc. Of course, in actuality, all of these "secrets" are clever half-truths and misdirects that are simply meant to sow the seeds of chaos amongst a fragile alliance. He also enthralls Ben to his side (not a true turn, but rather powerful manipulation), in an attempt to throw Luke and his family off balance, seeing as they're the only real threat to his plans. Which, BTW, Mara Jade would be in this from start to finish. True action mom material if you ask me. And lastly... (No Spoiler tags so between the arrows is white text for those interested) > Calia-Katan Fett (Kryze?) - The daughter of Bo-Katan and Clone Commander Cody (it's a long story, written before either Bad Batch Season 2 or Mando Season 2). She's also super dead, sadly. Killed by Moff Gideon, using the Darksaber no less. If anyone would like to read her rather short life story, PM me and I'll send you the fanfic. As to "why Fett?" I always figured that clones would take Jango's clan name if given the choice (Cut Lequane notwithstanding, though, as a deserter, probably wouldn't want to be associated with Jango anyway, for safety reasons) but I do realize Kryze makes more sense. <
  2. Definitely well thought out. Do you have any pictures? @CloneCommando99 and @Mandalorianknight here are a few of mine I suppose: ThunderRacer - I suppose this counts as a sigfig, it's basically who kid-me wanted to be if I was a superhero. Real name omitted for privacy, he has the abilities of super speed and weather manipulation. A tad OP, but the villains of my verses tend to be vastly overpowered as well. He is limited to Earth-based natural phenomenon, however. Fastball - AKA Kenton Antonio Drake II, a Philadelphia native who took inspiration for his costume from the Phillies. Flight, enhanced strength and durability are his abilities. Best friends with ThunderRacer and... Statica - AKA Teresa Mae Williams. Has the ability to generate static electricity from her fingertips. Sonic Eagle - AKA Aleah Coulson. Private investigator by day, eagle-eyed vigilante by night. Has enhanced eyesight, heightened senses, flight, and a sonic scream. Cosmic Sentinel - Real Name Classified. An astronaut who is the first agent assigned to Project: First Contact. Stationed on the top secret Lunar Launchpad, he is equipped with a state-of-the-art exospheric apparatus, which includes a recycled oxygen system, jet-boots, and is charged by solar energy. He is also equipped with a ray gun. Villains include: Doctor Meteor - Doctor Kirk Cantori. A former meteorologist with the ability to manipulate the weather, which includes replicating the storms found on other planets. Chronal - Time Traveling expert who is from another reality. Though his plans usually create problems for our heroes, he has been known to aid them at times by manipulating events in their favor. Living Flame - Roderick Jones. A bookie who had a rather unfortunate run-in with the local mob, who set him ablaze. Fortunately (or unfortunately?) the fire never went out, and Jones became the inextinguishable Living Flame. Power Outage - Kathleen Bolton. Marathon runner who gained the abilities of enhanced speed and electrokinesis. Soundwarp - A disgraced disc jockey, Brian Fischer controls sonic waves by means of a special helmet. These waves can amplified by several circular emitters attached to his costume. The Ring - A corporate saboteur, Christopher Bellemonte has a special tech ring that creates forcefields and fires energy blasts. (No constructs sadly) Carlton Windfyre - A powerful businessman in charge of the city's organized crime, Windfyre hides his face behind a foil mask and singular glass eye (Sakaaran head from 2014). Doesn't promote his powers, but is secretly pyrokinetic. Let me know if you guys want the rundown on my fan-characters (Star Wars, DC, etc)
  3. I don't really have a SigFig, I made one like 15 years ago and abandoned the concept. I'm usually more of a background character in my stories, but I did have a Rogues Gallery of minifigs when I was younger. Mostly Star Wars figures, but here we go Secret Soldier (AT-ST Driver) Masked Gungan (Gungan Warrior) The Mandalorian (Death Watch Soldier - this was in like 2012) The Crook (a Lego City criminal, AKA Gold Tooth) I do have minifigures made based on story concepts of mine, would those count? As in, the story itself isn't a Lego thing, but I've made Lego of the characters, if that makes sense.
  4. I really want a new A-Wing... It's one of the few ships that would actually benefit from LEGO's recent downsizing, and I hope a new one would finally get the nose split right (only 2013 has ever come close). As for minifigures, getting yet another Green Leader would be meh, maybe a deep cut like Sila Kott, or even L'ulo. Other than that, Rebel Commando, and a new Crix Madine would be fire.
  5. Same. I love the NX-01 and company (and Porthos is best boy) Borg Cube, D7 battlecruiser, Klingon Bird of Prey, Romulan Warbird, Cardassian Galor-class, not to mention the Xindi ships...if Lego wasn't concerned over a competitor for Star Wars, they could make bank with a fully fleshed out Star Trek line. Away teams, Shuttlecraft, Dioramas, aliens galore, and uniforms that change with the seasons, the possibilities are endless.
  6. Green Lanterns are depicted as practically being Red Shirts...even though they really shouldn't be. Power rings are the most powerful weapons in the universe, limited only by the user's imagination and willpower. On paper, GLs should be <title card>, but instead, they get torn through like tissue paper. However, the GLC has battled Kryptonians, Warzoons, the Reach, the Manhunters, and a host of other super powerful hostile species. And won. 50 Viltrumites against just the A-League lanterns is a fight the Viltrumites would lose. Add in all members, and Do you mean hybrids? Or just random alien allies? If you mean the latter, then its a wash. Numbers advantage or no, they're of no consequence in this fight. If it's the former, iirc, hybrids are more powerful than the pure-bloods (I might be wrong), or that could just be Mark. If this refers to what I think it does, that's missing key context. They needed another powerful weapon in order to be able to strike through the planet's core. It isn't just something any random Viltrumite can do.
  7. Since we are getting the Enterprise and a shuttlecraft, here are my (heavily reigned in) wishes for more Trek: Prices are based off the Enterprise D U.S.S. Defiant ($149.99): Late Seasons/First Contact Uniforms. Captain Benjamin Sisko, Major Kira Nerys, Lt. Commander Worf, Lt. Commander Jadzia Dax, Doctor Julian Bashir, Chief Miles O'Brien, Ensign Nog, Jake Sisko, Odo, Quark, Garak. U.S.S. Rio Grande ($49.99 or GWP): Lieutenant Ezri Dax Starfleet Officer Pack ($29.99): Transporter room, comes with phaser pistols, tricorders, and 2 type 3 phaser rifles. All uniforms are the early-DS9/Voyager/Generations style, with nondescript features for maximum customization. 2x Engineering/Security Officers (Human Male, Bolian), 1 Science Officer (Vulcan Female), 1 Command Officer (Andorian). U.S.S. Voyager ($299.99): Captain Kathryn Janeway, Commander Chakotay, Lt. Commander Tuvok, Lieutenant Tom Paris, Lieutenant B'Elanna Torres, Ensign Harry Kim, The Doctor, Kes, Seven of Nine, Neelix. And, until we can get the OG Enterprise: U.S.S. Galileo ($79.99): Captain James T. Kirk, Commander Spock, Doctor Leonard McCoy, Lieutenant Nyota Uhura, 2x Red Shirts. In all their 60s glory.
  8. More recognizable is debatable, but I agree it makes more sense and is more versatile. Or worse, just one.
  9. I know it's a forgone conclusion, but do you all think we'll get the color-blocked uniforms of the early seasons, or the sweater-style/DS9/Voyager uniforms? And will Beverly have her lab coat? I'm also kinda hoping we get a more affordable "crewman" pack, as those torsos will be hell to get on the secondary market. For TOS, I'm content with using plain Red/Blue/Yellow torsos, but the TNG and later uniforms are much harder to replicate. At least it's not the Mirror Universe.
  10. @Mandalorianknight You're both wrong. Tanalorr belongs to the Syndicate. It belongs to Blacktron. This pic is needlessly hard.
  11. Slightly disappointed by the Enterprise-D, the Galaxy-class isn't my cup of tea, but the TNG crew is pretty iconic so it's all good. Hopefully this leads to more stuff, as was mentioned getting the other important crew members, maybe some alien species too.
  12. Enough 501st already. They are overrated. Though I concur, getting the named clones (both Phases) would be nice. *coughDenalhackMixercoughRedeyecoughcough*
  13. I can get behind this. After all... He is Black and Yellow.
  14. Facts, nothing beats the 1701-dash-nothing. I hope we get the OG crew, and a Klingon or Gorn for good measure.
  15. LEGO...the Final Frontier. Can't wait!
  16. To be fair, I was being cheeky to your "convoluted" statement. It's not "convoluted" for Blacktron to be a pre-existing society, it's arguably more convoluted to make them an offshoot of the Federation, with rogue admirals, secret fleets, and the like. Both are equally valid ideas. Humans as in "humans from Earth, but the bad guys". Of course all "alien" races and the like will still be invariably human, that's a non-argument. The star bases being provided by a separate faction is quite the reach, and doesn't make sense within the scope of the themes, where each faction has considerable differences in their technology. Yes, Blacktron II may have stolen technology from M-Tron, but the original Blacktron tech is far different than anything the Federation offers or has offered since (including all 3 Space Police, Ice Planet, Futuron, and Unitron). Including things like the CMF Evil Mech, which is leagues more advanced than the robots of the Federation, and even those created by the Zotaxians. Blacktron is a mysterious faction that closely resembles our Earth-born heroes. It's true origins should always remain a mystery. "Humans but not" are a staple in sci-fi, from Vulcans to Kryptonians, this is an easy explanation for their classic appearance, it doesn't mean they have to be from Earth. I don't think LEGO ever intended that to be the case. As for conquest=exploration, think Prime Continuity Starfleet vs Terran Empire. That's the difference between The Federation and Blacktron, two separate societal paths. Also, exploring space is considerably easier than exploring the deep ocean, at least with our current technology. At the end of the day, you can enjoy Blacktron however you'd like, (Imagination) but it's not "convoluted" to assume that the mysterious space faction is indeed, mysterious.
  17. Spy. Which fits as a Blacktron predecessor tbh. Because Blacktron has better technology, hidden star bases, multispecies agents (Rench, CMF Bounty Hunter), and it has a certain mystique that simply being "humans but evil" tarnishes. Human-like as in, idk Romulan or whatever. Space is massive, parallel evolution and whatnot. I think it's an interesting what if to the idea of if humanity still valued conquest and colonization over coexistence and noble exploration. Blacktron is a dark mirror to the Federation, the perfect enemy in a way. Some of us prefer complex storytelling is all. Yes. I'm going off the movies, but I do know there are differences between the miniseries and the actual show. Jessica is just a national treasure, period. My headcanon on the Space colors, I guess (screw the canon ) Color is equal parts personal choice and official mission specialty, meaning that some color roles may change from ship to ship. In the story I'm working on, it's as follows: Yellow - Command Staff, Blue - Science Officers, White - Pilots, Red - Operations, Black - Tactical, Pink - Communications, Purple - Medical, Orange - Long-Range Recon Patrol, Green - Engineering. I know Brown should be Nursery/Medical, but there are no babies on this voyage, so they're my Hazard-Ops Officer. For Futuron: Yellow - Command/Pilots/Navigation, Blue - Science/Medical/Communications, Red - Operations/Engineering, Black - Tactical/LRRP
  18. The robins don't exist afaik, Hal and Jessica both attend school together, and Supes, Bats, and John Stewart are the JLA/Adults. The canon is there is no canon, not like we know it, anyway. It's just for fun. TBH, they feel like generic space marines/air force/security forces to me. Good for a personal theory, but I prefer the idea that Blacktron is just another human-like civilization that's been on the galactic scale far longer than Earth has.
  19. Well yes, but these direct enemies also exist alongside the exploratory entity of the era. Blacktron exists alongside Classic Space/Futuron, which led to the formation of the Space Police, LoM and MM are basically the same theme (human-wise), just with more security personnel (again, something like the MACOs from Star Trek: Enterprise) In the canon I'm working on, the two branches of Lego's space fleet, while separate, continuously evolve into their respective counterparts as threats arise. Also, a lot of the antagonist factions operate in the same general time period, terrorizing different regions of space. Except for Blacktron. Blacktron is forever. I didn't know Spyrius was a villain faction. I made them a CIA/MI6 analog in my universe. And this is probably unintentional, but I like that the shuttle silhouette of the mission patch just so happens to look like the Galaxy Explorer. And every other space shuttle for that matter, but I thought that's a neat little bonus. Because he was barely in the show. That's why. And he could barely talk. We can't have silent minidolls now, can we?
  20. Yes, that's the current idea. The Buggoids (Arthropod Ascendency) are one of many hostile alien factions active during the Galaxy Explorer's maiden voyage. Eventually, Galaxy Squad is dismantled and slowly replaced by more of a paramilitary faction (Space Police). Mars Mission is hard to place, considering the uniforms, but I've figured that it's after Alien Conquest and Life on Mars, and is active alongside the modern space program. The parallel evolution of LEGO's Military and Space Programs is complicated, but basically I would say it goes Alien Defense Unit, Mars Mission (hence it's plethora of combat vehicles), Galaxy Squad, Space Police I, II, and III. Then space would be Project Artemis, Life on Mars, Modern, Classic, Futuron. That is wrong on so many levels. Glad everyone liked my Space Theory. We'll finally get that comic book Daily Planet! And the Watchtower. And the Hall of Justice. Sadly, they'll probably all cost $1000+
  21. So that means that the Black Falcons are the French? Interesting theory. I'd argue the Wolf Pack/Dragon Knights don't really evolve into anything, the criminal element just kind of exists. The major castle factions changing into "modern" empires makes a lot of sense though. Time for my theory: Modern Space (2024) is the prequel to Classic Space/Futuron. City: Space is the early days of LEGO's space exploration program, before the creation of the Galaxy Explorer, which allowed them to journey beyond the Sol System. The aliens we see inhabit the asteroid belt, or some distant moon. Basically how Star Trek goes TOS -> TNG -> ENT, we have Classic -> Futuron -> Modern. Alien Conquest is prior to all these, and is the inspiration behind Earth's rapid advancement in space travel technology (though humans have grown considerably more diplomatic since then)
  22. And now, somehow, LEGO hates the "normal" fans because we're getting so many clone sets? Ironic. Clone Wars is incredibly popular and most of these figures/sets are simply long overdue. We'll be back to your regularly scheduled AT-ATs and TIE Fighters soon enough. I'm even looking forward to a new Snowspeeder! The Mandalorian set being somehow roped into being "just another clone set" is hilarious to me. Kelleran Beq is the star/reason for the set's being and we all know it. No one looks at that set and goes "501st Battle Pack V4". Imagine the outrage if this was 2008/2009, when legitimately half of the line was Clone Wars sets. It's been a while since clone fans ate this good, let them have this. I second the Gelagrub Patrol request. That might at least be somewhat worth the price tag. (that and a few decent sized vehicles)
  23. The Turbo Tank is obviously a midi-scale set. $150 for the UT-AT is... And on the one hand, finally the 327th! For $40... LEGO Star Wars must not want my money, because there's no way in hell I'm supporting that extortion. It had better be a damn good set for $40. Lastly, to all ye who are complaining about the clones, you're just as bad as the clone bros, just in reverse. Skeletor Away! I'm not buying the fact that the Turbo Tank is a system scale set for $50. Miss me with that. I think it's more likely that it's midi-scale. If there are figures, likely a 4+ set.
  24. At long last, we get the UT-AT. Commander Bacara would require a new molded helmet if we get him, and I hope we get backpacks for the Marines if we get them. That covers the "new clone commander" rumor and additional Jedi rumor. Nothing too exciting with Ki-Adi-Mundi, but makes sense. For no ROTS Anniversary, we're still getting a decent amount of ROTS sets.
