I think the May release date is meant solely for the Thor sets. The text in the Doctor Strange set just says, "Enter the Multiverse,"

Has a Lego set ever had a codename that matches a previous one but with the number #2 at the end? For example, 76205 and 76205-2 There's an account on Twitter claiming there's a second Doctor Strange set and presented the codename of said set as 76205-2.

I'm not sure how reliable @news_funko is on Twitter, but they're claiming LEGO is making a set for Moon Knight.

I may not be too bothered by her exclusion in the set, but I totally understand why you and others would be disappointed. That's completely reasonable.

I totally agree with your first statement. If she's going to be advertised on the box, she should be included in the set. But that's not all you've been saying. You're arguing she's the "most important character" in a movie that hasn't been released yet. When you say, "she's on the box, twice" after stating "she's the most important character in the movie," the impression you're giving is that she's the most important character because she appears on the box twice. That's probably not what you meant, but that's what Quicksilver838 is arguing against. I know there have been leaks. I don't know if they're true. I try to avoid them as much as possible, and I'm pretty sure most of the people in this thread haven't read the leaks either, so from the perspective of someone who has actively tried to avoid spoilers, Doctor Strange clearly seems to be the most important character. His name is in the title, and it features characters who were prominent in his 2016 solo film (i.e. Wong, Mordo, Rachel). Clearly Scarlet Witch is an important character in the film (otherwise Marvel wouldn't have announced Elizabeth Olsen alongside Benedict two years ago at SDCC), but this is what you were here to talk about when you proceeded to claim who was and was not the most important character of the film. Again, I think she should have been in the set, but seeing as how we just got a relatively similar version of her a few months ago, I don't mind her absence. If it's really a concern, I recommend Bricklink-ing a couple of dark red arms and swapping them out with her dual-molded ones.

Sure. She should be in the set due to her significant role in the film, but that's different than suggesting she should be included because of minor costume changes (easily fixed by swapping out her arms with single-molded dark red).

Sure, but aside from long sleeves, there doesn't seem to be any substantial differences from her CMF Minifigure. Some minor changes, yes, but I don't know if that warrants a new Minifigure.

I agree; I'm not too bothered by her absence because I already have her from the CMF, and her costume's not so different to require a remake. But I also recognize that because the CMFs are random, not everyone has her, and not everyone's going to be feeling around the packs or purchasing them from Bricklink. Otherwise, I'm not bothered by her absence.

One way they could've altered Scarlet Witch for her inclusion was to add a hood piece. Have her tiara be printed on and have her wear a red hood. Then, add her hairpiece from the CMF, but have the tiara be high enough up so the physical mold covers it up. Similar to Kylo Ren where he has the mask printed on and as a separate mold. Also, a new face print to appear more fierce (at least on one side) would make for a nice addition as well.

Glad to be getting Wong after I was disappointed with the yellow jacket from the Spider-Man set. Doctor Strange looks great (happy they recycled the cloak and not the printing). Nice to see Marvel finally utilizing the medium legs with America. Giant monsters are great! I'd much rather get sets akin to the Great Protector or Arishem than another mech or car chase.

Code names for Marvel Legends Thor Love and Thunder characters leaked. Necro, Cracked, Pew Pew, Visor, Helm, Biceps, and Sabaton. This could be an indication of who pops up in the upcoming Lego sets.

If we're to assume Marvel's Disney Plus Day presentation was in chronological order, then I wouldn't expect season two of What If...? to release until 2023. If we do get a second Marvel CMF next year, likely shows would include Hawkeye, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and Ms. Marvel, with the possibility of characters from Secret Invasion, I Am Groot, and the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.

X-Men '97 and Spider-Man: Freshman Year seems the most likely to get sets. X-Men because it finally gives Lego a medium to base sets off Wolverine and others. Spider-Man because . . . well, it's Spider-Man.

I know Sony's planning a Spider-Woman movie, but I'm not sure if Lego would make sets on it. Lego has made Minifigures for Amazing Spider-Man 2, but they completely skipped on sets for both Venom films. Maybe we'll get a comic Spider-Woman to coincide with the film, but I don't know.

Agatha Harkness Disney+ series is supposedly in development according to Deadline. It'll probably be a while, but we may get her.

Sorry, I meant two or three possibilities. I wouldn't expect a $30 dollar set to have seven Minifigures.

There was a concept art leak a while ago for Doctor Strange, so other than the four mentioned Minifigures, I think we could likely have two or three others.

With all the nostalgia CMF with Sesame Street, Looney Tunes, and the upcoming Muppets series, I'm curious if they'd do a Hanna-Barbera CMF (Flintstones, Yogi Bear, Scooby-Doo, Jetsons). Also, wasn't there an article from a while back that suggested Lego could sell Marvel and Star Wars characters as standalone Minifigures? With this recent Cmf, I'm guessing Star Wars would be next.

Barnes and Noble will list them under Store Availability, and Kohl's also has luck with Minifigures.
