I hope shops that aren't present in the d2c will still be represented in some way like a kiosk or cart for florean fortescues ice cream like the way they had a random hat stand in the last diagon alley. May be over ambitious but for $400 some random small builds included would be nice

Stonewars did say they know what's in it back in February (mentioned several exclusive minifigures). Just that they didnt want to spoil it this early. So I'd say this info was available just not mentioned yet

If this is legit and 971 pieces is the astronomy tower, that would make it the largest piece count out of the Hogwarts expansions which makes me hopefully that it will be taller than the staircase tower. Also if 797 is privet drive that's a massive improvement from the old on so I hope it looks more like privet drive this time around Where was this info originally found?

So if PoA hermione is in the d2c, does that mean the gray pants PoA Harry was legit. If so that's kinda early for a leak since it's due to come out August

The draco robed remind me of the ferret scene in GoF as he did wear those robes. I'm still hoping for a black suit in the AT because it feels more fitting to be honest. A lot of people talked about wanting a draco with a ferret in a cmf and he does wear those robes in that scene so it could still be something else. I know its early though so that may lead to scepticism

While we know the scene to happen in the training grounds in the movies/books LEGO looks like they were trying to make that set look like the entrance to the paved courtyard/ the quad. Just with its location next to the staircase tower seems to be how they wanted it to connect and seeing as they made the micro scale Hogwarts with the hopes of being somewhat accurate appearance wise, they may make the viaduct to finish off the three main buildings from the d2c

Fudge in a cmf would be a wasted slot I find so the MoM makes more sense. But if there are no more extra sets he could be in diagon alley like the leaky cauldron scene in PoA

Does anyone think they might use the cmf budget for certain aspects of the d2c. More specifically books for flourish and blotts. We've gotten a few of them since 2018 such as the charms book and the new potions book in the cmf. But the monster book of monsters specifically as it is a new mould. They could get the most out of the mould by including it in diagon alley. I could be quite wrong though and they could want to keep the piece exclusive to the cmf. I just hope if they do flourish and blotts it's not like the modular library they did with fakes books on the shelf only.

It could be hinting at both a Lucius and a Draco in the cmf. As they said father son relationship I feel like it would refer to both father and son, and the malfoys as they care about family and status while not the most traditional father son dynamic exists between them

It just occurred to me that since all the characters are going through redesign for this new (2018-202X) wave, if they ever were to make the Harry Potter games again like Skywalker saga. Would they make it from the ground up including all the new designs for characters, moulds, Hogwarts' new colour palette (grey roofs) etc. I'm sorry if this sort of post doesn't belong here but I've heard a few other people mention remaking the game on this forum already so I thought it might be okay.

I personally thought they were gonna use a meaner looking face like the 2011 Goyle face. Just cos he's big D and all that

A little off topic to the new leaks but does anyone know any cheap methods of finding minifigures from cmf series 1 online. Want to hunt down a handful before the new wave comes out

Only other people in that set are harry and hermione (Fifth years) who may have bigger legs than luna but unlikely. If her legs are big in this set I hope her astronomy tower variant is big legs too for consistency's sake. If Luna had mid legs in the Slug club set, I'll probably swap some Ron with black mid legs with big legs since Ron is said to be taller than the others in the books (like Ron's yule ball figure)

While those counts are lower yes, but I was considering the fact that most of those are single buildings/micro. As Diagon alley will likely have more buildings than say the Disney castle or the ghostbuster HQ. And then Hogwarts and the helicarrier are micro so they're bound to come with less figures that a minifigure scale set. So while 20 may be slightly unrealistic it wouldnt be completely bizarre to imagine a number between 15-20. It is a licensed set yet but the unlicensed sets that had more also cost less so the fact that this one costs 100 more could mean at least 15

So who do people think the possible minifigure line up could include in this diagon alley set. As a 400 dollar set there should be roughly 20 figures with the trio probably taking up 3 spots at least. We may also see some weasleys appear in this set for the wizard wheezes and lockharts book signing in flourish and blotts. We may get another hagrid and maybe lucius and draco as well. What do you guys think will fill the remainder slots

I feel like the common room will take up 2 floors due to the emphasis on how large the astronomy tower is supposed to be and we only know it to have slug horns office, astronomy classroom and the ravenclaw common room so to make it taller I'd say they'd add the dorms. Regarding the cmf I love how they all look so far and Lego definitely seem to be favouring CoS with the privet drive set, the Tom riddle minifigure and now a sprout (who most prominently appeared in CoS) a moaning myrtle (who I'll definitely be sticking in the prefects bathroom), and a Dumbledore based on CoS. I kinda hope tonks doesnt come in the cmf because then they'd have less possible characters for a ministry of magic set. Not saying that that set is confirmed at all but I think it would be a good idea to fill the last 7 seven slots with characters who dont belong anywhere in particular. I'd say we'll get Ron and hermione and maybe another Harry like series one. A Lockhart or pompfrey could definitely do as well. So could Sirius to avoid having a death scene in a ministry of magic set (that could instead have a harry(possessed face) Ginny, bellatrix (using new mould) tonks, gambon's Dumbledore who's very absent in this wave) and maybe Voldemort to have a batch of 6 like the quidditch pitch.

Except she's specified as white in the prisoner of askaban when they're trying to move buckbeak before his execution. Its says "Hermione's white face"

Itaria says Harry Potter cmf may be delayed until 2021 so the fantastic beasts characters from the upcoming movie can be included.
