Hey do any of you guys who didn't buy a full box of cmfs have advice for feeling. Im only missing fred at this stage and while shop staff don't mind me feeling them im still under time constraints and out of the 3 times I've been in store I still haven't found fred Any tips

Does anyone else plan on using the phonograph for Lupins DaDa classroom. Between Bogart Snape 3rd year neville lupin and the phonograph, they all help recreate the bogart scene or you could choose harry and a dementor in place of neville and snape Also I think the release of a durmstrang ship is inevitable at this stage but I also think the second task will end up coming with it which will allow for a higher minifig count. I think if the set is 100 there will be at least 2 sidebuilds representing the stands for the crowd/where the triwizard contestants dive and the second build is some mermaid ruins where the hostages are chained up. I dont see them making the ship at the same scale as one from the pirates of the Caribbean series to be honest. Maybe a bit smaller but still bigger than the lego flying dutchman from spongebob A minifig lineup could include Harry Ron Hermione Krum Karkaroff (photographers face might be used) 2 mer people Rita Skeeter (if lockhart was done well in a set then I think she can to The last 2 (to bring the count to 10) could be any of the following Neville (unlikely since 3rd year could potentially work) Random Durmstrang student Fleur (sleeping Gabrielle already exists) Cedric

Its already been discussed here before we've seen a lot of love for Chamber of secrets through the privet drive set, the cmf series, the tom riddle figure and now even the diagon alley is very heavily CoS based. But it was mostly overlooked back in 2018 with only 2 sets iirc. I wondering do you guys think another film will get this same treatment next year and if so which one do you think it will be

Also does that look like a printed piece at knockturn alley or is it a sticker. I don't remember seeing a sticker for knockturn Alley so does that mean there's another sticker sheet

The Harry on the box has the reversible face covered in soot. Does that mean its the same Harry with 2 different torsos or something similar

I honestly don't think Rita skeeter will be included in DA. The advent calendar teases at the durmstramg ship and as others have mentioned here, they might make a durmstrang/second task set within the next two years. She and Karkaroff would probably belong there instead of places they don't appear in. I think the torso is the photographer and that most minifigures in this set will be based on the DA visit in CoS with nods to the other movies like hbp Fred and George and Olivander and Harry in their PS outfits. I think 15-20 minifigures would be a good guess for this set. And I think its a good thing that gringotts is separate because that means that set at €100 will also have an additional 8-10 minifigures when it does come out. I personally just converted the new potions classroom to a facade of a library/study area. Didnt even require heavy modding. Just replaced one table with the accessory pack bookshelf and cleared off the other table only leaving a quill and the daily prophecy. Works well enough and you dont end up with duplicate classrooms

Hey, I hope this can be asked in this forum and it isnt off topic but anyone explain how the points for Lego VIP work. I was considering buying diagon alley off the Lego website. I know that sometimes there is double points but how many points would you get from buying diagon alley, a $400 set? And what can that be used for

After seeing the Slytherin robes and uniform in both the AT and the battle pack does anyone else think it would've been cool to have have a inquisitorial squad badge print on at least one of them. I know they're both based off of HBP but the battle pack draco didnt have to be. I love the map though and I plan on using it to recreate the scene where the umbridge, filch and the Slytherin surround the room of requirement when I get it

I actually think nagini in Godric's Hollow will happen just for an excuse to have another creature set. Deathly Hallows have next to no creatures within the 2 movies except nagini and the iron belly and the iron belly seems likely to appear in diagon alley leaving next year creature-less. If next year is similar to this and we get roughly 7 sets in two waves. They'd probably want some form of brick built creature that isnt a skeletal basilisk. Although maybe they'll skip a creature next wave and just have the doe patronus or something in a €20 set with harry Ron and the locket (maybe a tent build)

I know it may not mean anything but does the fact that he mentions all of these names but doesn't mention ginny make anyone else think she may not be in DA or the calendar. We may only get one of her this year (the burrow)

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but does anyone think cmf harry can be used for army building for the flight of the seven potters. I'm not 100% certain but it looks similar to his clothes in that scene and it would explain why the main trio are year 2 while this is just an extra harry.

Haven't given my opinion yet so just thought I'd share a few thoughts. RoR: Love the details on such a tiny set. The clockwork death eater and educational decrees were a nice surprise as were all the unique torsos. Gives us somewhere to place our second umbridge. I'm glad it can be attached on the interior as it stops the layout from being too long and acts as a separating wall. 10/10 Umbridge encounter: I actually loved how Grawp turned out. I was worried they wouldnt be able to do his hair right but they pulled it off. The tree build will go perfectly with the rest of the forbidden forest. 7/10 Privet Drive: Huge improvement on the original and as I never got Dobby in the cmf I'm glad to get him here. While we already got the car, at we can now display 2 scenes with it now. Love how the interior and the dursleys turned out. Wouldve loved pyjama harry but I understand they already used him in the cmf. 8/10 Astronomy tower: Absolutely delighted with how this turned out. Especially thrilled with the inclusion of the viaduct entrance. All the rooms look great. I don't really consider this set to have a potions classroom like others were saying it looks more like a party room. I'm probably gonna stick Fenrir and Bellatrix in this set as I don't want the Burrow under attack. 10/10 Also with the inclusion of the viaduct entrance, does this change your design of the LLC Hogwarts in any way @Bugbot20082 ? The burrow: Pleasantly suprised as I was setting myself up for disappointment. Love the inclusion of all the included weasleys' bedrooms. It's now the biggest set in the wave which is odd as it's not a Hogwarts piece, so I wonder if our biggest set of next wave is going to be a Hogwarts expansion or something else. 9/10 Hedwig: Not terrible. I like the clockwork feature but unless someone gets me this as a gift, I don't see myself picking this up. The exclusive Harry isnt amazing to me so I can go without him

It makes sense that there would be a MoM set for 50 as it would shorten the gap in price spent on the 2 movies. For Hbp we have two sets worth 200 altogether but for ootp we have a €20 RoR a €30 grasp set and a €30 advent calendar. The MoM for roughly €50-60 would mean Ootp would have €130-140 which is a lot fairer sounding

The pins sound like a its modular as for play features they could have the moving hat on weasley wizard wheezes, Diagon alleys moving wall at the leaky cauldron and if the dragon is included, a feature that breaks the roof of gringotts. Also the rabbit patronus could be used for the rabbit on the weasley sign in a white colour
