  1. Wow it's beautiful!! How does the pistons connect to the main body?
  2. Same as me. I'm afraid it will be very complicate and expensive. How are you planning to build it? I haven't find any instruction yet
  3. Which changes have you made? Aren't you interested in the shark mech walker as well?
  4. Wow that's a really nice model! It would be awesome to recreate even the hammerhead dropship from the videogame
  5. That's a great idea! I'd like to use this tecnique to make the striped stickers on the mecha crab claw and the sides of the head
  6. Little update from my collection: i completed the shark boat and the clam drone with all the stickers and the details, i made some progress in my ninjago city and i modified the mecha crab to make it movie accurate. Hope you enjoy!
  7. Oh boy it's amazing! If i had more space i would add this model to my diorama
  8. I mean is the district part of a bigger plan? Is It finished?
  9. Interesting, what diorama is this? I spot some pieces from the ninjago city set. Looks like a ninjago district after a garmadon's attack
  10. It's hard to tell. Some of these are official lego sets (like the jelly sub or the manta ray bomber) with some changes. The others are custom builds. The price depends on the seller you find. For example i spent around 180/200 € to build my mecha crab and i was lucky to find most of the parts from a single seller. As you can see, sand blue is the dominant color in these models and find certain pieces of that color in certain quantities may be difficult but nothing that can't be accomplished if you really want to build these amazings mocs
  11. Splendid! The only one you miss is the shark mech walker. The original lego set is very nice in my opinion. Even better if you make some changes to make it more clean as i did. A great substitute untill we get the instruction of the movie model from our mentor
  12. Beautifull! Will it be able to stand on its own legs? I noticed that the rear pistons are not connected to the main body and i wonder if it will be able to support its own weight
  13. Very nice! The mecha crab is just too cool, definetely my favourite shark army vehicle. I hope one day I'll be able to build the movie size shark mech but im afraid it will be very complicate and expensive.
  14. Yeah very effective, i like It. Now my next plan is to build the shark boat and the clam robot and the beach with the sea from which the shark army emerges
  15. Where did you get the small arrow sticker on the claw of the little crab next to the "13" sticker? I want to put it all along the claw of the mecha crab just like the movie model
  16. Oh yes of course! Nice job by the way. Pretty complicate build isn't it? I read that you made some substitution. Wich modifications have you made?
  17. First you have to choose the right paint because acrylic paints containing acetone or alcohol may ruins legos. I found a spray polish suitable for models and i applied a couple of coats of paint (just one in the interlocking pin because its a moving part and i didn't want to create more friction by thickening it with the paint). Its important to apply the paint with more precision on the edges of the piece because in those parts the original color may shine through. Thats it. Are you planning to build the mighty mecha crab?
  18. It was the only option available to make it like the real model since that piece does not exist in the yellow color. I usually dont like to paint my models but im still satisfied with the result
  19. I painted the claw with a modeling enamel. Nice and easy. What was your guess?
