That pic makes me like the figure even more. The bronze shading is quite nice on it.

Hi @Robert8, thank you for again bringing us these amazing custom minifigure series. Had a busy day today, but it always makes me so happy to see these show up every few months. As always, I greatly enjoy every figure in the series. I want to take a moment to highlight a couple that stand out for me: Date Night Girl: Adorable, I love seeing these two together . They are perfect for a city display, they are a must have. Your characters have so much personality. Nesting Doll: Perfectly executed. I love the designs. This has been an idea I've wanted to see for a long time, thanks for including it! Goo Monster: The attention to detail is great! The ribcage inside, the bright color, and printed microfigures. It reminds me of your Giant from Series O, another of my favorites. Sandman: This is one I didn't expect to show up! Lovely! The gradient effect is really cool, and I like how you included the cloud. Steampunk Robot: Absolutely. Marvelous. These steampunk figures you make are truly incredible. At the end, we should make a pic of the whole lineup! AI Soldier: Interesting concept, and I think you executed it well! There are figures scattered throughout these series I never would have thought of. Gaul: Probably one of the best this wave. I adore every part of it, so great job! He caught me off guard how much I like this figure. It stands out. Gangsta: Wow, really creative! Hmm, I think the primary red color could be more vibrant. But there's already so much on him, I dunno if it would look good. That's just my take. Dinosaur Lad: I'm surprised how much I like this one. Btw, have you ever read Xenozoic Tales or played the arcade? There's a lot of fun concepts in that series for MOCs, figure designs, or both. Overall, a great series. Even with few spots left, I am glad that many of these concepts made it in. I even get a chance to learn about stuff I didn't know prior. Thank you for putting so much effort into your designs. Everyone here would be honored to have them in their collection. I sincerely look forward to seeing the conclusion in May, as bittersweet it will be!

That globe looks awesome!

@Karalora I have enjoyed reading your comments about each series! Thanks for doing it. Also, @Robert8, your info about the process on making your series is fascinating. Thanks for including all these extra details!

This is funny timing, because Series O is the series that inspired me to join Eurobricks! I don’t use the forum for much else than to view these amazing and creative minifigs.

I thought the Cosplayer was sooo creative the first time I saw this series. It makes so much sense - how do you distinguish a person going to a convention versus the regular ‘minifig wearing a costume’? Well, Unikitty is canon to Lego, so it makes perfect sense. Good work with this one. Many ideas seem obvious, like the Groom and Mountie, but this idea reminds me of how much creativity goes into these series.

Series L is home to one of my favorites all series considered, the Saloon Bartender. Partly because I have this ongoing belief that if I were born 150 years, I’d have been one. But nevertheless, this minifig would be a must have for a Western style display. Also @Robert8, thanks for collecting your missed ideas! After series Z, I was actually going to read through all 100 pages and try to find the missing ideas. But it looks like now I don’t have to

Oh yeah. This series has remained my favorite all throughout. Easily the one I like the most; I always come back to this one. Every single figure I like and would not change anything. If I could choose one of these series to get made, this would be the one, and I would soon go bankrupt cause I’d need duplicates of every one. Phenomenal work. This is your Ideas at the best.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 23. Rumors and discussion
ToaIruini replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Because they’ve been doing one regular series a year, this makes me think they will continue, and this series will be something like Series 18 - a celebration series that isn’t a completely diverse lineup like usual. What exactly that is we’ll have to see but a regular series seems unlikely to me. -
Hell yeah, Series K is easily my favorite of the whole bunch.
-
For me, Series E is where I started really liking these designs. This one and the next few series are all fantastic in my mind, with tons of great figs.
-
It’s getting close to 100 pages, and I’m glad Greek mythology is helping us get there. I don’t know if it means anything, but I find it very special this has gone on not only for years but for 100 pages.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 22. Rumors and discussion

I think it depends on the individual store. Because most places I have gone they let me feel the packets. -
@Karalora I’ve really enjoyed reading these comments so far, and taking a trip back to the early waves. It’s a lot of fun. Btw, even if you are not a fan of City minifigs, it is easy to appreciate how the ideas in these series are all very cool and likeable compared to cmf city figs. Also, if you are telling which if these ideas have shown up in actual series, would the HipHop Girl from series 20 count for series B’s Rapper Girl?

Omg @Robert8, what an amazing series! These series are really going out with a bang! I love all of them. Wild West Lady: I love it, great idea! I just wish the hairpiece contrasted more in color. Does that hairpiece come in black? Combined Mecha: WOAH, nostalgia. You executed this perfectly, thanks for including it! I love the colors and the great part usage, even the face print, the small details. Sultan: I love the small details on this one, and the colors work surprisingly well. I don’t have a use for Sultan but would probably pick up a few. Parade Dancer: now this one is seriously impressive - out of the whole series, this one I’d like to hold in my hand the most. I can envision it being a sight to behold in real life, the headless and sparkles stand out. Great work on this one. Comedian: great job taking a straightforward idea and turning it into something real interesting. Steampunk Lady: That skirt and torso print are beautiful, and I would love to have that compass (many of them). Golem: this makes me miss Power Miners. Thanks for including this one, I think I’ve talked about power miners in the past so seeing this one was a nice surprise. I love it. Olympian Archer: This fig is great, I’d love another Winged Warrior style fig, like from Series 15. But really, all of them are amazing and well done. I always have so much fun looking through them. You’re making it really hard to end this in May . I hope you have a great new year, and I hope you like reading my comments.

Merry Christmas @Robert8 and thank you for continuing to share your ideas for cmfs! I look forward to seeing these every couple months. Hmm, this time it looks like a figure based off Jafar, and the second one is a siren? They both look very cool so far.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 22. Rumors and discussion

It could be a manufacturing error. Although it may be coincidence that this leaker obtained a defect fig, it might be worrying about the potential of more mishaps. Well wait to see once we get them ourselves, if all figures are like this and if errors are more frequent this set. -
And we certainly want all of them!!

All of these figures look more detailed than I initially thought It’s odd for the birdwatcher to have an unprinted torso yet also have detail on the legs and arms. I like the figure overall. Moon warrior looks much better in person. -

That idea has potential for great toros print as well, maybe even dual molded legs. -

I’m having trouble understanding the alien’s face print. I get it’s supposed to be a beak, but it’s not working for me I just don’t see it. The classic space torso is nice for those who like those but for me it takes away from a potentially great torso print that could help define the figure. The weapon is lazy too, after how many series we have to get this gun and a stud? Not impressed with this figure. I like this series overall and might share more thoughts later. I’m oddly let down by this alien. -

Even given the lack of City figures, the Bird Watcher was a must-needed cmf and the Paralympic athlete is a fun and welcome addition. The main problem with the city figs in the past is that they have been redundant and not needed, such as the firefighter and rocket scientist. I have sincerely missed when this kind of stimulating discussion happened every 4 months in the early days of cmf. -

This series is looking very promising so far! I’m glad there don’t seem to be too many redundant city figures apart from the costumes - it’s looking to have a decent selection of historical, fantasy, and sci fi -

My number one hope for this series is the return to 16 figures.
