  1. If it isn't too much bother, I've a few questions. 1. How did they accomplish the Horntail spitting fire? 2. We know the main head is from the Occamy, but does it have a new piece for the bottom jaw? 3. How many studs wide is the Knight Bus? Thanks.
  2. Well, I don't know how it'll be done, but they'll need to figure something out for the Twin Core Connection in the new Graveyard set, it would be extremely disappointing if we never got anything to represent it.
  3. I highly doubt LEGO would make 2 cheap Dementor sets, at least not back-to-back. Maybe in a few years, but certainly not anytime soon.
  4. The last sentence of the description for the Hut mentions "Hagrid's hund Fang." Well, I'm taking that with a grain of salt, as the dragon will apparently it be 34 cm (or 13 in.) wide, and I doubt they'll be able to achieve that width with wings as small as those; it likely uses the wing pieces from Elves, as those look very similar to the thestral wings. They probably just got mixed up when writing the description.
  5. I think that is actually quite likely. The theme is a bestseller and has remained very iconic despite the inactivity, plus some of the most demanded sets in the line fit into the remake category. If they did do an anniversary line, I imagine the sets (and classic minifigures) would be something like: The Sorting Hat (Casual Blue Sweater Ron) - $15 Slytherin (Quidditch Harry Potter) - $20 Forbidden Corridor (Severus Snape) -$40 Shrieking Shack (Albus Dumbledore) -$50 Chamber of Secrets (Hermione Granger) -$90 Again, this list is fully hypothetical, but I do think there's a fairly good chance.
  6. They are probably the wing pieces from the Elves dragons.
  7. Well, I think it's possible that they might include more Yule figures in the Advent Calendar, so there's a chance they might actually use the torso for Neville. Just a thought.
  8. IF you look closely at the right hip and leg of the Yule Ron, there seems to be a fabric piece in between the torso and legs.
  9. We also have to remember that, if the Occamy head didn't mork, LEGO could have easily used the Ninjago Golden Dragon head or a brickbuilt head. So, it'll probably work just fine.
  10. No, the newest picture has them with the correct faces.
  11. They also do unique parts, as, at the same time the brown Moody hair started showing up, so did a dark blue variant of the Series 12 Wizard's hat, and a light tan version of the Mariachi guitar.. That's confirms that these stations can have exclusive parts, and this Moody hair is likely one of them.
  12. Well, they do existing prints in new colors, but yeah, nothing entirely new.
  13. Glad to get a new dual-sided face for Maxime, she looks great! Kinda would've preferred for Fleur or Krum to get a new face instead, but Maxime looks so great that I can't complain! (BTW, I'm planning on using the new Elsa face for Fleur, but does anyone have any suggestions for a better face for Krum? Thanks.)
  14. So, a figure of Ernie Prang just leaked, with a new torso and face and using the LBM bald cap with white hair. I think it looks great, and it just makes me more interested in what they'll do with Stan Shunpike!
  15. I could see her being in the Advent Calendar as an exclusive, or maybe in the unknown $15 August set (which I predict will be of the World Cup riot, which would be a good place to fit her in.) It is odd, I will admit.
  16. Okay, I'm loving these new figures. The Harry is everything I'd hoped for and more. I hadn't even thought of them using last year's hairpiece with the new face, but it looks fantastic, and the torso is perfect, not to mention the super-useful grey mid-legs. Ron is admittedly a bit underwhelming, though I mainly think that because we can't see the finer details of his design yet, so all I can see is the hairpiece, which isn't great for PoA, but l get why they chose to keep the Solo hairpiece exclusive to the CMF, as it makes that variant more exclusive and, y'know, collectable. Oh, and the tan mid-legs are great. Hermione has to be one of my favorites from this lineup so far, she looks incredible. The hairpiece is perfect for the finale of PoA, as is the torso, and I love the application of the Time Turner (though I hope that at some point we get it printed on a 1x1 tile as well). The face is a reprint, but I don't care, it looks so cute! Not perfect for Emma Watson, but no design ever has been, and this face still works better than, say, the CMF version. Not to mention that the face is super uncommon, so most won't have it anyway. Dumbledore looks so great. I wasn't expecting to see the double-molded cap/hair combo outside of the CMF, so this is quite a nice surprise. The torso and dress are both exquisite, and my only (minor) complaint is that they're using a Richard Harris face for a Michael Gambon variant, but that doesn't really matter. I love the new torso designs we're getting for the champions, both for the first task and the Yule Ball. I really like the face they used for Cedric (I honestly think it fits better than the print from the CMF), but Fleur and Krum are a different story. They aren't atrocious (I mean, this isn't LEGO Marvel), but they aren't that good either. The costumes overweight these issues for me though. Overall, these figures give me such hope for the new sets, all of which I plan to pick up on day one. My only fear of the minifigs we haven't seen yet is that Madam Maxime, only because I fear her arms will look way too short. Still though, I have continuously high hopes for this line.
  17. Okay, THAT would make it worth it. Otherwise, this'll just be a set I pick up for the minifigures, which had better be great to justify the bloated size of the set. (I mean, we're already getting a good size Graveyard from Hidden Side that looks similar to the one in Little Hangleton, so I have low expectations for the builds if we don't get a good Riddle house.)
  18. Darn. Not really sure what the $15 could be then. Maybe a set for the lake task or the World Cup riot? Also, kinda disappointing that this outright confirms for certain that we aren't getting a new Shrieking Shack for a good few years.
  19. Great MOC, but I'm hoping the Graveyard is the unknown $15 set, rather than the $55 one, as all we really need for the scene is Harry, Voldy, Wormtail, the statue that held Harry, Tom Riddle's tomb, and a cauldron. Again, this is a great design, I just hope LEGO themselves don't go this route.
  20. That sounds like the clock from the Winter Village Train Station.
  21. Well, Krum's uniform did come in the 2005 Durmstrang Ship.
  22. Does anyone know part count for any of the sets? I know that Expecto Patronum has 121, but I'd love to know about the others if any information exists.
  23. Hoping the hut' s bigger than that MOC, or else Hagrid won't be able to fit through the doors!
