I’m a big D2C fan, but Lego needs to stop making $500+ sets if that means the actual affordable sets are just mega crap. Like bruh what are you doing???

I remember when Lego messed up the Infinity/multiverse saga branding, and I said that that was a proof that the Lego Marvel team are not actual fans and that will be reflected in the products… OUCH. I didnt expect the products they produce to be this bad… first the buildable Ant-Man, now the Marvels set… just ouch

To all of us who complained about Lego Marvel in 2021 and 2022 At least the fig selections were good and we even got repeats of the main villains We were spoiled, and we didnt even realize it

If Lego continues skipping characters, this would mean No Leader, no Red Hulk, no probably many team members of Thunderbolts… etc Wow

Notice how on the box in this wave, we don’t get Cosmo or Kraglin or Gamora, who are the main characters of the movie, because we aren’t getting them in the sets?? So… Cassie?? I know I’m being annoying but I need to tell myself that buildable Ant-Man is not the only Quantumania set…

Never, in fact we don't even get that many toy boxes where a character drawn on the box is not eventually turned into a product

Facts. Toy boxes are a form of advertisement for the products. Lego could have just edited Cassie out and included only Ant-Man and Wasp. Including Cassie was a conscious decision. My belief is still that minifig rendition or not, Lego won't just print a character on a box and be like “just kidding, we’re not actually making them”. Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Tbh that’s just generally a 2023 thing. None of the 2023 sets have the minifig renditions on their boxes. I just think there’s hope because we’ve never seen a character on a box who does not eventually get released as a fig

Still I don't think there has ever been an instance where a character is on the box and Lego doesn’t make a fig of them. Call me optimistic, but I feel like there can still be another set with Cassie, Kang, and MODOK

Folks there def is another set, lego never includes a character on the box unless there’s an official minifig of them... And they included Cassie

It’s prob gonna be a larger version of that Ant-Man and the Wasp SDCC bust
