  1. I see what both of you mean. I think that the plain gold arms do have a classic comic book fill to them however I do think that in comparison to the infinity war mark 50 armor and other Iron man suits that the arms are a bit of an eyesore.
  2. It’s a fake. You can tell by looking at the torso and legs. In actual figures the Printing on the torso goes down onto the legs with the printing usually lining up.
  3. Exactly. Thanks. Personally I agree that the Iron man suits look just as fantastic without arm printing and think that although inaccurate the invincible Iron man helmet works fine for the mark 1 since it still recognizable and has detailed mask printing. I am also just happy that we are getting more Iron man suits and that they are ones that were seen/worn in past movies which is something that I never would’ve thought that LEGO would do.
  4. What @THELEGOBATMAN was probably trying to say is that LEGO puts more of a budget into the sets for their movies because they need to be more appealing to sell to children unlike marvel or star wars since they are more popular and easier to sell. Therefore it is better to compare to the other licensed themes where most of the figures don’t get arm printing. It isn’t yet a norm for figures to have so I don’t know why you were expecting them to. While the people on here may respect your opinion, which I do, LEGO does not because they again don’t make these sets for you. The three Iron man suits still look good and is already generous for giving suits from past movies. You shouldn’t judge them until you have them in hand. As the old saying goes “beggers can’t be choosers” meaning that if you buy the sets or figures online than you don’t have footing to complain about quality and therefore it would be advisable to not buy them.
  5. Exactly. Some people make no since. The iron man armors ar already detailed and look great
  6. But LEGO being lazy is just your opinion. Legos core audience are children who more than likely don’t look for those things in their figures. Since kids don’t care about arm printing Lego isn’t going to put it onto all figures because it cause it means more money that they would be spending per set. This would mean that they couldn’t make as many sets which means that they would loose out on money since some kids don’t like Marvel and would prefer to get sets from other themes. LEGO therefore does things to keep their market buying their products and shouldn’t be called lazy because they don’t do what you want. You aren’t the one keeping LEGO afloat. If you don’t like the lack of arm printing then don’t by the sets.
  7. Yes it is a matter of perspective. However it is unfair to call Lego lazy due to not performing to your level of expectations when you aren’t the audience that they are making these products for.
  8. Arm printing is not a given. Plus the figures look good with out it.
  9. Other things I want to point out are: Battle of the Assembled Avengers- How are they going to do a set that is to take place on Titian and New York from Avengers 1? As to are knowledge it isn’t going to be a building like the Sanctum Sanctorum, has which was easier to split up two different different places, and therefore might come out ( if it is real) as a very messy set. Also 8+ figures are a lot to put into one set and LEGO usually only gives 4-5 for sets at a $100 price point. Quinjet: It’s hard to think that it will be bigger than the original as it was also $70 (which this one is rumored to be). However the color choice does seem accurate considering a lot of the Avengers space vehicles (especially in the cartoons) are red, white and black. Again there are to many listed figures. Also why would Captain Marvel be the same figure but with more printing than the one in her solo set. FYI “those monsters” seen in Antman And the Wasp are called Water Bears. War Machine Destroyer: Is this suppose to be a set that you are suppose to buy with the Ironman Armor Lab since this also has part of a lab in it? These two sets seem like the most legit of the group except for the outrider bigfig which seems unlikely since LEGO doesn’t release 3 bigfigs In one wave.
  10. Yeah it’s just LEGO has never released two different bigfigs of the same character in the same wave before. Even in the AoU sets hulk was the same in both sets that he came in.
  11. Yeah they have to be fake because I am positive that they wouldn’t create two different versions of the Hulk for one wave. Also I don’t think that the QR suits would be spread out into all the sets since (from what we’ve seen so far) they appear to be all the same and therefore wouldn’t have the same collectible gimmick that the infinity stones have.
  12. The purpose of toys and other merchandise is to promote and advertise what is coming out, be it movies, plays, books, tv shows, etc. The Lego sets for Avengers Endgame and Spiderman Far From Home would have to be out before their respective movies release in order to promote it. They are just releasing the Endgame sets so close to the movie as away to keep away spoilers for as long as possible.
