Lego only made new faces for what lego considered to be the most important characters
-
I wasn’t saying that it was happening or that i thought it was happening. Personally I agree with you. I was just providing the information for @The Pearson
-
Right now if my information is correct, there will be a total of seven sets for the wizarding world theme this year along with a advent calender. The five coming out in June are: 75945- Expecto Patronum- €20 75946- Triwizard Challenge- €30/35 ($35) 75947- Hagrid’s Hut: Buckbeak Rescue-€60/65 ($50) 75948- Hogwarts Clocktower- €90/100 ($90). The Knightbus( listed on the last 2 pages of this forma as a confidential set. In August we are getting 2 additional sets that at this time are labeled as confidential. At this time one of them is assumed to be the Grave Yard which was previously rumored on instagram. The advent calendar is suppose to come out in September for €40 At this time the only other information we know is that there is going to be a new buckbeak in the Hadgrids hut which is inspired by the design from Prisoner of Azkaban onward, the hogwarts clock tower contains the scene from the yule ball, and that both Fleur and Harry in their yule ball robes/outfits. There is great controversy in this form about what figures we will be getting so their is no need to list them again because we don't know what is true. All this information should be taken with a grain of salt though however seems to be all confirmed.

That's really awesome then. It now makes sense (to me ) why the sets were going to be released in July. It was so the waves could be spaced out.
-
Wait are the 2 confidential sets coming out in August?
-
That's what it was. I forgot all about that.
-
Thanks. I din't think that hogwatrs express was an exclusive because usually exclusives stay available at one retailer.
-
Not to be be disrespectful but I don't think you do. here is the link. https://www.walmart.com/ip/LEGO-Harry-Potter-TM-Hogwarts-Express-75955/793845666
-
In America it was the quiditch match that was exclusive to target
-
I didn't know about the UK. In america it wasn't an exclusive
-
No it's not. The hogwarts express is also at Walmart.
-
Thanks for clarifying and answering my question. I would love to get that version of Hagrid as it would fit the scene that lego was going for really well.
-
While that is a valid point, the express wasn't an exclusive and it seems like he exclusive sets usually get rumored around the time of the other sets in that wave ( like the January 2019 Ninjago sets) or group ( the star wars 20th aniversery sets). You have a good point about the information. However they could at some point don the road do dumbledore's office as the tower in the great hall was more for storage and didn't contain a proper version of his office. Also Lego isn't necessarily going to stick to the same scale for all the sets in this wave (not to say that I think that list was true by any means). Is that what he wore when he became care of magical creatures teacher? Sorry it's been a while since I have seen the movies
-
Okay thanks for telling me. This is very confusing then as I would think that the unknown sets would have been mentioned when the first rumors started for this wave.
-
We know that one of the sets listed as confidential is the Knight bus. My best guess is that the other two are fantastic beast sets, which would make sense considering that there were a total of seven sets last year for the wizarding world with the to FB ones being the last to be revealed ( if memory serves me correctly that is) or that they are apart of another theme. Hopefully they are apart of this theme though and include the graveyard or other sections of hogwarts.

This list is wrong about the Hagrid hut. It is suppose to be $50
-
thanks. Personly I can’t wait to see how the new brick built horntail compares to the original. The new Knight Bus only having two figures is a little disappointing, although it makes perfect sense considering that every other character who would be in the scene (assuming that the set is just of the bus) appear in another set of this wave that seems to be inexpensive. It will be also nice to get a new mold for buck beak considering it’s been around 14 years since the last one and a new mold for Sirius’ Animagus form since the standard dog mold doesn’t cut it.

If you don’t mind me asking, how do you shoot some one a message? Forgive me I am new to this site.

How can I find the information about these sets?

That was the overall point I was trying to make. I really hope that LEGO makes a poster for Avengers Endgame Same here. I really hope the compound,or what ever the $100 set is, will be primarily location based. -

You’re forgetting that the majority of LEGO sets are made for kids and teens. People who the products aren’t made for are not being taken for granted since we truly don’t count in LEGO’s decisions. Printing cost a lot of money and LEGO would rather be able to make more sets than ale the sets appeal to adults who quite frankly shouldn’t be buying toys. Toys are meant to be played with, not displayed. -

Not are only. I imagine that there are probably 1-2 sets that LEGO hasn’t anouced yet as it would spoil something. Kind of like how they did for Cival War. -

Yeah but The only figure of nebula wearing that outfit was the Milano set from Guardians 2. Since the one from that set was fine, LEGO probably won’t update the printing if they were to put that variant in an Endgame set. That in turn would cause more AFOLs to whine -

Personally I think that in the new pictures we got for mark 85 the arms look much better. To me the first picture that leaked seem to have extra lighting this making the arms contrast to much with the gold and red of the torso and legs. In the new pictures the arms actually look darker and closer to the gold on the body. However the lighting is also different.
