    In my country, there's only two local online sellers who sell this set and it sold less than 10. I myself only bought the forestman & peasants minifigs . The other castle itself doesnt really interest me, neither the barding which looks like a mini skirt. The sandgreen peasant is the best thing from the set. Beside , if they really aim the nostalgic fans, with that kind of price tag, these people could go for 80s or 90s big sets instead.

    Im in South east Asia and there are few local sellers that sells this GWP set at reasonable price and they have quite plenty instock. I dont know where they got it ( They're lego store employee perhaps?) . I bought 3 myself.

    Great build. I prefer this kind of scaling than something like Medieval blacksmith set.

    Me aswell, but from 1998-2007. I bought Castle siege and some of the other Crown knights sets but skipped most of the later Kingdom sets from 2010-2014 which I dont really dig.

    Speaking of different factory... What about dark red print on some of the forestmen torso? Some of them is dark red , some is normal red... I suppose they're produced in different factory aswell?

    Thanks for the info Speaking of quality compare to the newer one, the only thing I noticed from the older cmf is that the legs feels more loose as if its been played alot. I do have cops from series 1 having a broken left hand, the only cmf I have with broken part.

    ...and they can actually gives us King and queen instead of just queen. Off course they didnt, it just the queen. Saying we can easily swap the head is just an excuse , because if they give us a pirate torso in Castle sets we should be ok too because they can use that "just swap the torso" excuse?

    20-30 for me. My max would be something like the old poster where the forestmen is attacking black monarch castle.

    Yes, I really dig those castle/fantasy CMF, even the newly created faction like Bear/grim knight . That also proof they're not ignoring or forgetting those factions completely. Perhaps if the current/recent castle stuff sells well , they will consider to expand it and add those factions :) The current reboot does looks promosing since its directly based on the 80s sets unlike sets from 2000-2014.

    6090 also my personal fav, followed by 6086. Not big fan of this new lion castle design though, but its still good overall. That would be awesome but sadly Lego keeps rebooting castle theme instead of expanding it. The 70s-90s are the best ones.

    My personal favs : 1. Dragon knights 2. Forestmen/Dark forest 3. Royal knights 4. Black knights 5. Lion/Axe Crusaders 6. Wolfpack 7. Fright knights 8. Crown knights 9. Anything else that isnt listed above

    Oh I actually bought this set just for the hoodlum tile & hat and sold the rest lol. The deer insignia is too cool

    The more recent mention of Robin Hood would be in the first Lego movie where Vitruvius refers the forestman cmf as Robin Hood.

    Im in Asia and I remember the Dragon knight wizard is called Merlin in the catalog instead of Majisto, and I had no idea until years later that he's called Majisto in other places

    This is why I dont buy the 3 in 1 cAstle. Lack of themed accessories / unique parts . Brick build animal & flag in Creator sets just doesnt do it for me. If they want everything to be brickbuild, then why not the minifigs aswell... It feels gimmicky.

    Sorry I dont mean the whole minifigs being on another sets but rather the head, torsos or printed legs being used on another sets

    I noticed that aswell. Is it the first time a torso from CMF being included on a set?

    There has been various castle/fantasy minifigs on CMF throughout the years but I'd prefer battlepack so we could get 5 different minifigs in one batch instead of having to wait another year for another new CMF. Im glad they decided to revive the Forestman theme with this GWP and also on the new Lion castle set. The CMF also recently includes Troubadour minifig which could easily fit in this theme. Few years ago there's also Wolfpack CMF , and I hope they'd bring back this faction aswell.

    Btw, 2 of my 40567 boxes has double seal tape on each side, is that normal? cause I never really pay attention to it before, or its actually common thing in lego boxes...

    Maybe its region thing? Mine is 1002 and Im on Asia.
