I think what makes Gosling different to a lot of the other people discussed is they mainly had well recieved popular but not popcorn-y films. Goslings most recent streak has been leading or Co-leading of a string big populist blockbusters which is a different kind of louder success than everyone else mentioned here.

I like this idea because I like Series 1 the most, it'd never happen though. Maybe they'd do like modern revamps where they're all reinterperated but even still i doubt it. As has been said series 20 was a green brick guy with a tile that said 20, I think series 30 will be a normal series or another costume party series with like one figure that loosely or not will be the representation of the milestone

I suppose but it's worth noting with Space and Animals that it might be a format LEGO is trying to make with 1 licenced, 1 normal and one themed being a pattern they're growing fond of. If there is a themed I don't think it will be remakes because everyone aways assumes there's gonna be a remakes theme and there never is. If they were gonna do it they'd have held off the 2 in 29 until then

Yeah, Creator does both amazingly and you need both to paint a full picture. Same, really shocked by this one. Thought the castle waw a downgrade but this is unquestionably an upgrade, perfect set, definitely don't regret missing the last one now

Yes, but this is unrelated to that goal I find it interesting how Despite them trying to do big marketing pushes for the show internationally at the start of both of the most recent eras the show really was only able to break into international markets (In the modern era, PBS and other public broadcasters loved Tom Baker episodes in the 70s, 80s) in viewers and slowly building up a retail presence in the one period where LEGO Dimensions was happening which allowed all those new parts which were a no-no with ideas at the time.
