  1. Another clue! This time the quote is hinting at molly. The Burrow is almost a definite now
  2. My thoughts on Luna: so happy she uses a consistent head print with her 2 other CMF counterparts, like that she also has the same hair. I do so love the fact she has a new torso print as well to provide some variety from cho’s. Don’t like how she has normal legs, I hope this is a mistake on the leakers side, it’s no worry since I have a couple spare, but her CMF series 1 variant based on HBP has mid, which makes no sense for her to be taller in OOTP. Overall though, love her. I’m disappointed with bellatrix. Hair is great as always, torso is marvelous. No dress print sucks so much. I own the 2010/11 bellatrix however so this isn’t much of an issue, but would have liked a newer style bellatrix dress. Also very disappointed in the head usage. We know from Cedric last year that Lego don’t like to reuse head prints for their set counterparts but this is unfortunate, especially since the CMF head print is very good. Luckily it’ll be easy to get duplicates to swap the head out here. So the only real issue with this bellatrix is the dress. However it should pair nicely with the 2010/11 version I have. fenrir greyback is another one of the few 2010/11 figs I have, and I have to say I’m pleasantly delighted with this new one. Face print is brilliant, torso is great, and the multi purpose hux legs allow the figure to stray from being bland by giving him leg print. Overall a great gig, and because he doesn’t look drastically dissimilar from the previous version, the two can almost go hand in hand and act as multiple variants of the same character in different costume let’s say (yes I know they’re supposed to be the same version). Overall love this figure.
  3. I’ve given him a bit of a talk, it’s a shame really, the figures WILL leak or if they don’t, we’ll see them when the sets come out- he just wants this little bit of ‘fame’ ?
  4. I also kind of hope we get a boys bathroom in the astronomy tower so that Harry and Draco can duel- the version of Harry would’nt be hard to make- requiring the regular jumper and black legs with the new head and hair. It’s the Draco variant which would be difficult since he wears a shirt and slytherin tie. Would be nice to get that variant in the CMF seeing as we’ll likely get the black suit Draco in the astronomy tower- though some may see bathroom Draco as a wasted spot, but I certainly would love it!
  5. The reason I look at leaks is because, whilst I can’t help it haha, it also gives an idea of prices and thus a substantial amount of time to save up
  6. Well I mean it’s irrelevant, the hair used for the centaurs ISNT the orc hair so let’s not talk about the production of it- however it does look brilliant and dare I say more accurate in my opinion- I’ll definitely be swapping the hair out for the orc hair and using the black dumbledore hair for some dances with wolves customs!
  7. As much as I absolutely adore the CMF series 2 dumbledore- it has pretty much rendered the great hall dumbledore useless ?, I remember back in February 2018 when we saw it for the first time being blown away at how accurate the dumbledore was. Now seeing this new version, it’s hard to see the great hall version as accurate anymore as the new one blows it out of proportion
  8. I don’t actually mind having lots of the same variant of a character, if there’s like, multiple movies or scene that variant appears in, I prefer to have more, so like, I’ll want 2 of that CMF series 2 dumbledore, because he appears in 2 movies looking like that, in the same sense, I own 2 pajama harry’s because he also appears in his pajamas in chamber of secrets when talking to dobby. yeah I’m a greedy pig
  9. Nice! I reckon we will see something like that in the coming years.
  10. It’s okay bro, I appreciate your work. I think it looks really good and id be excited to buy the sets if they ended up like this :)
  11. If it is Lockhart, and there’s no cape, it could be the dueling club variant of him
  12. Oh damn- then I retract everything I said, sorry guys ?
  13. Sorry guys, I meant I saw it on Instagram aha, I have literally 0 inside source myself or whatever- I just thought I’d say since a leaker put it on insta - but they’re probably not too reliable the account is called ‘brickleaks’ Again, no idea if they’re reliable, just interesting
  14. So apparently the four sets are from films/ years 1-4 with each film getting a set, if that’s the case I hope for: year 1: D2C dragon alley or the forbidden corridor year 2: the chamber of secrets year 3: the shrieking shack or hogsmeade year 4: the second task
  15. So I used some of my GCSE money to FINALLY buy the whole wave. Gotta say, the best builds for me had to be the clocktower, hagrids hut and the graveyard duel. The knight bus wasn’t that fun as it was repetitive, but luckily didn’t take too long. I found the beauxbaton carriage boring to build, and the horntail was fun to build, however the tent was bland. The dementor attack was very lovely to build. Waiting on my advent calendar, should come in a few days.
  16. Yeah yeah, that’s perfect, I laid out the foundations on the two baseplates on LDD, and some of the buildings were looking a little miniscule, namely the flourish and blotts and quality quidditch supplies, it wasn’t TOO detrimental but I reckon maybe a 16x32 baseplate as well as the two 32x32 would do the trick
  17. Considering a modular costs £135, and that’s on 32x32 baseplate, multiply by 2,and it’s £270,that’s a decent price, as well let’s take the detectives office for example, thats 2262 pieces, multiply by 2, 4524 pieces, minus let’s say 1000 just because there’s that long path, that would take up a lot of building space, 3524 pieces for a D2C diagon alley at £270, which is not small at all. and yes they would very much likely make it a larger version of the GWP, hence why I said on the two baseplates, as the GWP was built on a plate, I think I’d already said that they’d most likely make a larger GWP here: ^
  18. I don’t pretend to be an expert, but I like to think I know the kind of thing Lego would do. Realistically, and very most likely, here’s what Lego will/ would do: big D2C diagon alley, on 2 32x32 baseplates, creating a 64x 32 plan and a separate set for the dragon with a roller coaster track like build, that forms a loop, with rock structure builds attatched, no exterior.
  19. I just hope we get a D2C diagon alley next year, based across the franchise, a scaled up version of the promo
  20. There’s a really awesome account on instagram, called @harrypotterlegos and they have posted a picture with what Viktor krum looks like with the old 2005 head- And it is SO much better, and in my opinion actually still holds up and blends in well with the new faces
  21. Good one ? but yes I agree, very low priority, a quidditch krum at some point would be interesting tho, perhaps in a CMF
  22. Lego could even make the quidditch World Cup attack as set, 2 death eaters, casual harry year 4, and another fig, a good way to army build death eaters from year 4
  23. I hope they do dumbledores hair in black someday, trying to make a custom ‘wind in his hair’ from Damces with wolves. It’s perfect for him.
  24. Star Wars sets= good quality sets, terrible prices marvel sets= bad quality sets, decent prices Harry Potter sets= amazing quality sets, amazing prices Harry Potter sets are probably doing the best
  25. Thing is, it’s not even bad if Lego remakes some of the sets (yes, it is bad on the wallet) but, a set like the great hall can be remade, but instead be based on POA or COS, and other hogwarts remade sets could have different interiors , so in that sense, it’s technically NOT being remade but instead just a new set. Same goes for the hogwarts express. We got a POA variant, but it could be remade but based on PS or COS or HBP etc
