Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Two
JackJonespaw replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
As there is no way to prove this, that is why I think that. But, as soon as a crumb of fact is placed, I'm sure I'll change my mind, or at least think harder about this. I may need to read over Cinderella's "plays" again. I'm never said that it was too much for me, I just don't want to get stabbed in the middle of the night because of one of these plans! And I'm sure that you and everyone else agrees with me. Or do you want to get killed? Look at what I said above. [...] [...] [...] [...] All right, after reviewing the plays, I suppose that there is a crumb, maybe even more than a crumb of truth in it about this "Mara Jade". (I didn't use quotes there because he/she is fake, but because it is a nickname.) But, by reading over them, I think I might have an idea of who some people are... -
Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Two
JackJonespaw replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, Red does have five votes against her already, but she might be a role character, or something. I, for one, think that this "Mara Jade" character is a bunch of junk made by Cinderella. (But not really surprising.) And all of these scenarios? Isn't that just giving the scum ideas on how to go about things? I would say it would be wise to cut down with the scenarios. But I guess we can't go back now. -
This is just great! I really like the small trees in front of the wizard, and the house is nice, too! I like the spiderweb!

EB Star Wars Forum Blog Interview: Clone O' Patra
JackJonespaw replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I love reading these interview. They're great! I, too, can't wait for a new review. -
That's what I thought. This is a great idea. I'm excited to see more!

Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Two
JackJonespaw replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The thought has crossed my mind a few times. Is this really his excuse for you to not vote for him? What?!?!?! That's no defense! It is a bit odd that he'll act like some kind of cute cat (which we all know he's not) just for someone to remove a vote. It seems pretty desperate. -
Mafia School: A Bedtime Story

Wow... Didn't see that coming...Great night, everyone! I'm just glad I'm still alive! -
You could try doing some SNOT-ing on it, or using some round bricks.

w.i.p. moc destroyed while moving to new apartment
JackJonespaw replied to Surduk's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This looks very cool! It's too bad that it was destroyed, because those white walls are breathtaking! I guess now it could be an ancient Laboratory? -
Nice micro ships! I feel that the Y-Wing's front part is too wide, though. It looks too bulky and awkward compared to the rest of the ship.

New York Toy Fair Coverage Part Five: Super Heroes
JackJonespaw replied to Aanchir's topic in LEGO Licensed
Nice review! I was glad to see some nice up-close pictures of the sets that I'm not going to get. -
Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day Two
JackJonespaw replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
How is this possible? Pinocchio was banished, and Mr. Bear and the Big Bad Wolf were both killed, and they were all good guys? This is getting a bit frightening. I don't know who will be next. -
The small catalogs that came in sets. The small "battle packs" for every theme. Most of all, when you could by a pack for a particular theme, i.e. Castle, with a horse, some spears, swords, etc.

How are the winners decided? I looked at the rules, but I didn't see anything about voting.

Architecture Contest: Florence Cathedral
JackJonespaw replied to riversarl's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This looks very, very nice. Good job of shrinking this building down into micro scale! -
This looks fantastic! I really like the curved roof. Nice detailing all over!
-
Very nice! I'm not really liking the plain wall, though. The catapult is fantastic, and great figures!

Moc-The great castle of the Trolls.
JackJonespaw replied to The Joker1's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
The tower looks nice, but the walls need to be much more detailed. Try doing some SNOT-ing. -
Pretty smart idea! I didn't even realize that that piece was upside down! On topic, I would use the 45 2x2x1 brick, and add something on top of it. I would really like a 2x2x2 corner piece, along with a corner cheese slope.

Instruction storage and organization
JackJonespaw replied to mania3's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I would try a labeled accordion file, or something like that. That way, you could sort them by instruction size, and then theme. Right now, I keep all of my instructions on top of 10188's instructions. This works, but I never really get them out to rebuild. -
Mafia School: A Bedtime Story - Day One
JackJonespaw replied to Sandy's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
You know, claiming that you are Town puts you high on my suspect list as scum. It seems like a dumb way to make people think that you aren't scum but you are town. I'll keep with my vote for Pinocchio. But another day looms... -

You know, for someone who's been elsewhere, you certainly have gotten a good hold of all of the conversations we've been having. Based on what you said, and what Goldielocks said, I feel that I'll revoke my VOTE for Pinocchio (Poison Ivy). I need some time to think through all of my possible suspects. Maybe it's not such a good idea to jump right on the bandwagon.
