The microscale GWP Diagon Alley is a very nice little display set. It would be ludicrous to release another, different, micro scale Diagon Alley. It’s been done, another version two years later priced at $400 would just be stupid. Nothing but system scale makes any sense at all. Of course Lego has surprised us all before with ridiculous things, but this would just be so dumb for them to do. (Yes I called the idea dumb, take that Jurassic World thread). Why, is he the one that gave us the minifigure count for the calendar?

Personally, I would love a more realistic Compy. The baby raptor would work about as well as the “Gallimimus” polybag in 2015 in my opinion. If it isn’t the right dino, it shouldn’t be used as that dino

I think you’re overreacting. It’s not condescending, it’s just the truth. He’s not saying it’s a dumb concept, he’s saying that Lego is a business and that would make them less money therefore a terrible business plan. Great for fans, dumb for business, that’s all

I loved Cloud City, I really wouldn’t change anything about it except a new mold for Leia’s hair. It is kinda hard to display because of its shape but I really like how they used the actual shape of Cloud City so I’m happy with it, and the build was excellent

A Gringotts add-on from DH would so perfect. The D2C has to include Gringotts, but a playset from DH with the Ironbelly would be amazing as an add-on

Personally, I would be very happy with add-ons. Otherwise we would probably only get the iconic shops and nothing more. This way we would get a full Diagon Alley with a lot of nice shops and then some add on shops that could easily sell by themselves like WWW and B&B. I would love that

You may be right. I’ll wait to jump to any conclusions but without a Harry variant from the later films, I don’t see WWW happening. I hope to be proven wrong. If WWW is not included, a lot of people will be very disappointed and complain about the set. I can understand the disappointment, thatbis one of the most exciting potential aspects of this set. I’ll still buy it no matter what though

Personally, I would love for B&B to be included but I would also be fine with it as a standalone set down the line. The sooty face may not mean it’s included though, it may just be a nod to The Burrow set. I’m more worried about WWW not being included. I’ll worry until I see something that indicates the later movies are present in this set

Thanks Professor Quirrel. Yeah I honestly didn’t notice the torso was from PS until I saw someone else post about it. I’m very curious to see if it’s the wrong face on this torso and it actually comes with multiple Harrys, or if it’s correct and this is their way of combining the variants

I would MUCH rather get a UCS Imperial Shuttle than an MBS Cantina. The Cantina has been done so many times, and it’s not really that interesting aside from the possible figures. A shuttle would be way better. The most recent UCS version is outdated and I never got it so I would love a new one. A Cantina might actually be a pass for me

Actually upon closer inspection, the hair appears to be dark brown, not black like I previously said. Still a new color
