Does anyone need a spare Cho Change head, hair and arms? I bought an extra one for the uniform for Luna. I obviously don't want any payment for it, but I thought I'd ask because I know some people were making custom Patil twins. I don't have the heart to just leave her in a box.

Aw man. If anyone goes to Hamleys, would they be so kind as to fetch me one and I'll pay you for item + shipping + envelope. I don't want to pay £25 on eBay (£9 is already ridiculous). Entertainer doesn't stock HP stuff. Oh never mind it's on the website for sale! £12.45 with postage yikes.

Hi and thanks for your review. Did you notice any issues with paint on the minifgures' faces? One of my Hermione's face prints wiped off almost completely just with the touch of my thumb. I keep being worried that it might a full-line issue, but hopefully it was just an issue with the one figure.

Do Lego ever put items out early? I'm tempted to ring my local store but if I've been doing that a lot lately so, maybe they'll get annoyed.

So I purchased a full box of Lego Harry Potter miniatures yesterday, sorted them out and got myself a full collection. Today I was looking at them all and noticed Hermione had a black smear on her face and I tried wiping it with my thumb and her entire face smeared, and now looks extremely faded. I was worried that I’d maybe felt her packet too hard, but I’ve done this with many Lego figures in the past (as I’m sure many do) and no other HP figures had this issue. And I don’t think I could actuallly rub a face off. Now I’m wondering if it was a faulty paint job. It just seems strange and makes me a bit worried for my other figures. Has anyone else had any issues like this, or are able to provide a possible explanation? Any answers are appreciated.

Has anyone in the UK came across the polybag yet? I know it's at Harrods for £9(!) but they're like £4 in Tesco so I'd rather wait.

The CMFs really do look better in person. Like I mentioned, that thing with the holes in the hands is really unnoticeable. And Cedric's Trwizard Cup doesn't look as ridiculously oversized as in pictures. Even Crookshanks not having a new mould doesn't annoy me as much as her face looks good. I would say Voldemort is my least favourite, but Nagini is great. Now I really need a normal hair for Neville!

I called the Sheffield UK Lego Store and the employee said they don't take pre-orders so I guess it's just a UK thing.

I really hope we get a Gryffindor Common Room SOON. That's why I was so disappointed about the D2C (slowly coming around) because I was expecting just a really nice detailed common room, classroom etc.

I have felt all the bags rather than opened them, and I guess all right! I hope I don't get banned for saying this (IDk if it's allowed) but I'm selling the spare figures still sealed on eBay so if anyone wants to buy any for retail price and postage (I'm not interested in making a profit) feel free to PM me. I don't have any Percival or Lunas (my cousin wanted a Luna) but I have 1 or 2 of every other.

YAY I also managed to get a full box from WH Smith. I can confirm the ratio is the same as advertised by everyone else. Just to point out, on videos and pictures the holes in their hands really annoyed me, but it's true - you don't notice them AT ALL up close!

I’m happy for everyone who has them but I’m really upset I can’t get them yet. My birthday is the 18th so I wanted my parents to buy me Whomping Willow and Great Hall, but I guess I’m going to have to make do with the brick heads and the Mattel dolls. I really wanted to have the Lego I’ve waited for for 8 years to build on my birthday. :( So August first will be a busy and expensive day getting all the sets and the figures at once. I’m in the U.K. so I hope you’re right and they show up early. I’m going to keep my fingers crossed at least great Hall comes out before my birthday. I’ll ring the Lego store and ask just to be on the safe side. Maybe they’ll do an early access.
