QM Note: You're killing me man! You cut into the tree to see if there is anything that could be used. You find a gooey substance inside which can be used for Nostrum. From the core of the plant you collect 1 Elixir! You collect: 2X Nostrum - Causes the lucky-effect, allowing the target to roll the battle die twice and get the better result of the two for the duration of one battle. 1X Elixir – Restores 50 health and 10 ether to the target and removes all negative effects from the target during a battle. The plant is virtually gone and before you can do anything to the other plants like this, the villagers stop you. QM Note: Phew, I was getting scared there for a moment... -

He put some of the root in a vial to make a mead! Mead - Causes the encouraged-effect, doubling the target's attack power for the duration of one battle. -

A villager looks over at him. "Well what do you mean by "A growling sound"? Do you mean like a bunch of noise or a noise from some sort of beast like a dragon or such?" Another villager at the table joins the discussion. "There's always lots of noise at the mining area. They're always mining for gems and such." -

Most of the gambling here is Shots Shots In shots, the hero bets money equal to the opponents. The point of the game is to get your opponent drunk before you. Each round, you either lose, gain, or keep your drunkenness points. You start out with 0 drunkenness points. Your max Drunkenness points is equal to your level rounded down. Each round, the dice is rolled for both contestants. If you roll a 1,2,or 3 you gain one Drunkenness point. If you roll a 4,or 5 you keep the number of Drunkenness points. If you roll a 6 you lose one Drunkenness point. The first to reach their max Drunkenness points loses and must forfeit their gambled money. The party looks around and finds some contestants: Contestant A Level 7-11 Gambling: Up to 15 gold Contestant B Level 6-12 Gambling: Up to 23 gold Contestant A Level 5-13 Gambling: Up to 38 gold -

Zike looks down and shakes his head. "Please don't call me that." He looks up and points to the Maw-Hax house. Boomingham heads over to the mine. He can hear banging and crushing of rock from inside the tunnel. The tunnel is rarely lit, but he can make it out. What will Boomingham do? What will the rest of the party do? -

Lord Lawrence Boomingham walks over to the warehouse. Ahead of him looms a wall built into the cave. After entering, Boomingham realizes it is too hard to see. There is only one candle attached to the wall. He can make out some crates and barrels around him. Boomingham leaves and returns to the party. -
Should I make a Democratic Party leader? As in it will be majority rules? After all, I would like to get this quest done before I get back to a busy schedule. You are already in the market.

The group travels to the Maw-Hax house and settles there. Once the group is settled, the meeting begins. "We have had some problems this winter. We had three crates of gems from that mine over yonder. We were gonna be sending them over Eubric just about now but about 3 weeks ago we had some problems." "We had some reports of, to quote some villagers, "snowy people". About an hour later we started hearing moaning noises. We disbanded from the command post outside the village." "First thing that happened when we returned was the crates were gone. Second, Johonns did not show." Jeff take out a map of the outside area that has the checked areas from each scout. Shash checked the south-west trail, Johonns checked the unknown trail, Heinike checked the north-west trail, and Jeff checked the north-est trail. "Any questions?" What will the party do now? -

Alf takes the mead and sneers at thanks Nur. Note: My health should have already been full, the Barbarian trait (after avery battle, the hero gains health equal to their level) so Ellaria Arbour should not have needed to use ether on me. Therefore, she should have 1 more ether. I wanted to point this out here, so that it would not get pushes aside in the Discussion forum.
