OoC: Almost sure I heard you say it. I asked about group battles and one of the Arena people said that the Arena was meant for 1 on 1. And about my other comment? And I did say it before. OoC: But in the Arena, you will always be fighting only 1 opponent. It's not the same as in quests where there's a chance you will fight one opponent. I think Shield should be the same as extra-critical hit. Also, I said I'd attack in the front if the ranged weapons did the same if the opponent was in the front or back row.

Johon walks over to Cronk. He had seen him on the hero in the Hero hall. "I'm building a house. I need some strong men to help out and you looked fit for the job." Johon grabs some chicken and offers Cronk some. "What's your name?"

Johon takes a step back. He was surprised that such a n00b new mage could deliver such a blow... OoC: a barbarian's Shield is pretty dumb, no offense. As of now, you can only have 1 on 1 combat. Also, do ranged weapons effect the same whether the opponent is in the front or back row? If fighting in the back row would help, I'll do that. If not, Repeat my attack...

Johon attacks Durkon from the front row with meteor blade. OoC: Guess you want me to do it personally?

Johon takes out his sheet of paper with the house plan. (It wouldn't really be in color, but it's just for looks.) First floor: Second floor isn't planned out yet... --- Johon and Olinn walk to the construction site, which is about 3 miles north of the hall. When they arrive, there is a pile of wood and some post-holes in the ground. Johon lends Olinn his shovel and a measuring board to make the marks for the posts while he leaves to get more wood. --- After about 2 hours, Olinn's arms are a bit sore so Johon decides to take a break. They ride back to Eubric and get some food from some traders. "Ok, we need to go get a cart and some supplies for the house. Mainly, some nails, equipment, supports of Iron..." After eating, they go to a smithing shop and buy what they need. They return to the site and continue work... Johon finds 2 carts and rents a horse. Olinn rides the horse while Johon tugs the other cart alone. Once to the site, Johon and Olinn cut the wood to size, and stick them into the ground. After the main poles are up, Johon put wood and supports around the poles on the interior and exterior of the house. They nail the posts in, making the build much sturdier. Johon builds the stairs and helps Olinn get some supports ready for the second floor. After attaching these and nailing them, they get the tarp and cover the house to block leaks from rain and to stop the rain from softening to wood. They both return from the site to the hall, about 7 hours after they had left.

Yes I agree, there can be Birth-days, just around a certain time.

Johon leaned down and gave 'sparky' some of his bread, though he didn't seem too interested so Johon got some chicken and got a bowl of milk and gave that to the cat. "You wouldn't have to do much. I could probably teach you some tricks in the wild." Johon let's Olinn think it over while he takes out some wood and carves a spoon, and then picture of Sparky on the end. "Here, have this." Johon passes Olinn the spoon.

Plus some days in the quests are multiple real days.

Johon walks over to Olinn. "Hello, My name is Johon. Lots of people call me Alf though. What's your name?" As he waits for his reply, Johon gets some bread and water. "I'm building a house, Would you like to come help? I could help you out around here."

Johon accepts the battle. OoC: sorry I was gone yesterday, I was pretty sick so I wasn't on much.

That was granted by the QM. You can't create your own items. Trust me.

Johon jumps off the stairs. He lands on his feet and his hands and gets up. He had not made the mistake to try landing only on his feet this time. He gets up, walks over to the quest-board, and jumps up onto the edge of the stairs. He pulls himself up and over the rails. He then walks down the stairs and leaves the hall. --- Johon walks outside and gets a stick. Using the stick, Johon practices his fighting and strength. He finds some more sticks and gets up. He takes out his knife and sharpens the sticks into javelins. He then walks out to his future home. He practices his throwing, then hunts a deer. As he stalks toward the deer, he realizes that it's on a bad leg. He walks toward the deer, as it scampers away. "I mean no harm." The deer then sees the Zothen and seems calmed. But as Johon walks back toward the deer, it runs away. --- Johon fells some trees and walks back to his home. He drops the wood and goes back to get more. After about an hour, Johon have gathered a fair amount of wood. He decides to go to the market-place and get some tarp. He returns with some tarps and covers the wood with it. Then he decides to return to the hall.

Sadly, the Phoenix is just for role-playing and therefore cannot use it for game mechanics.

Johon return to the hall. It turned out he had gone out and found an area to build a house on. He hadn't had one yet. He brought a piece of parchment with some scribbles written on it and a picture of a house. He then walks up-stairs to Alexis and Nur. He takes out the parchment and shows it to them. It is an average house with supplies listed in the corner. "I'm building a house. I was just wondering if anyone here would be willing to help. I'd be willing to do you a favor. I could probably get food for the Phoenix and teach it to learn to fight..."

Johon sees Alexis and Nur looking down at the baby Phoenix. It was cute, even he had to admit that. With that he leave the hall. (Not forever... Just to go run an errand.)

Auto-play - Will accept any battle of a hero under level 15. Autoplay: If 5+ HP above opponenents level, attack from front row. If less, attack from back row. First attack: Sword of Decay 2nd, 3rd, and 4th attack: Meteor Blade After: If opponents health is more than 5, attack with Meteor blade, if less attack with Sword of Decay Until I strike a hit on opponent. Then switch back to Meteor blade for 3 turns.

Johon thanks Atramor and takes the gold. Johon shrugs and begins walking away. Then turns back. "Actually, my name is Johon."

Johon decides to take the Aquamarine for his share. He then offers 105 gold for the Sapphire.

Johon walks over to The smith and sells his gold ore. "Mighty nice of you!" Johon is handed 80 gold. "Bye." Johon leaves the market place with his gold. 6 (from before) + 150 (Quest) + 80 (Gold ore) = 236 gold. Johon now had much more gold.

"Johon ready to battle..." OoC: You can rematch me as many times as you want. I'm just gonna go read stuff I haven't read yet.

Johons signs up for Any battle that is brought before him. Autoplay: (So that you can just finish the battle) If 5+ HP above opponenents level, attack from front row. If less, attack from back row. Currently attack with Sword of Decay.

Johon feels good to be back. Even though he had admitted it to himself that the hall could be boring, he felt good to be back. Johon notices some new heroes. walks the the center of the vast hall and looks up. He closes his eyes and takes in a deep breath. Johon walks up to Durkon. "I see we have some more heroes now." Johon nods to the new heroes and walks by. He even notices Rufindel leaning on a wall in the corner. He gives him a slight wave and turns to the quest-board. Guarding the guards... It sounded interesting, and since it was the only quest he signed up for it. All of a sudden, he sees a hero in the hall receive a message from the sky... He looked around, and saw a poster about Z-mail? He sees another poster about the Heroica Arena. He decides to go check it out. With that, Johons leaves the hall and walks to the Arena...

Alf walks to the hall. OoC: Let's just sort out the gems at the hall.

Johon has enough of seeing Alexis have a phoenix come down and drop a letter to her as she writes one to give back to the Pheonix. "What? You've given about 8 letters to a phoenix. I don't understand..."
