ah man, Duplo Dino babes... At least this set contains a few normal Duplo pieces...

Picked up the Midi-scale Millennium Falcon from kmart today, my first Falcon of any size!

I bought a sony digital camera off that site last year. it was 40% off RRP, and it is fully legit. never bought any LEGO off them though..

kmart in greensborough has just received new stock. the creator fire truck is there, and some star wars stuff that i don't really take notice of. from memory, the new sets are: Anakin's Y-wing Starfighter, Echo Base and i think the Millenium Falcon. i'll have a better look when i go in on saturday.

You know you are a fan of Lego (technic) when: you can immediately recognise the length of any axle or beam, without measuring it!

Was the wheel properly secured? Or was it just the cover that was loose. I thought the vibrating cover shook the wheel loose when i was watching..

I watched the replay on youtube of Massa's crash, it looks horrible! He's so unlucky to be hit like that.. Anyone think Hamilton will lead into turn one?

I've had this set sitting in a cupboard for a while now, i hadn't got around to building it. but after reading this review and the following comments i thought it might be time to build it. My thoughts are similar to what other people have said. -stearing is bad -LA hard to turn -interesting outriggers! overall a good set, 7/10 from me. thank you for reviewing this, and motivating me to build it!

The British commentators mentioned something about a small touch, and i thought i read somewhere that Webber said his front wing was slightly damaged from the incident.. hmm Thats from the official F1 website. Seems like Webber isn't really sure if he did or didn't...

Hamilton certainly did get a smashing start, however i think it was Webber's front wing that ruined his race. Not just a random flat. In my opinion, he came into turn 1 far too hot, and was never really going to get a clean run around the outside of Webber.

I'd just like to congratulate Webber on his maiden win!!!!! i knew he could do it, even if it has taken 8 seasons. Harsh call on the drive through in my opinion.

I had swine flu the other week, got quarantined for a week. I live in Melbourne, Australia and everyone here is getting it.. I was pretty sick for 3-4 days, didn't move from bed ('cept toilet runs!) and didn't eat anything. It was a very intense flu, but over very quickly. I was told that i got it fairly badly. All good now though!

I agree with what you say about Button, he drove badly in a car that was capable of more than 6th. Not a bad race overall, lots of fighting all the way down the order, Hamilton was entertaining throughout the race. I dunno what he's doing with that pussycat 'dancer' though. Surely he can do better! I remember hearing something about drivers getting fined for doing donuts on the race track. Is this true? Is it f1 or am i confused?

i'm supprised there is no talk about the proposed break away series, that looks like happening next year. It would be a massive shame to destroy F1 by ripping it in two, but its seems that FOTA have little choice. God i hate Bernie and that idiot Mosley..

Are you referring to Vettel's strategy? or the general stuff up including Vettel's off road excursion? Webber did pretty well though

I'll be cheering on for Webber still, it was disappointing for Hamilton to not make it into Q2

I agree with what was said about Trulli coasting back onto the track, dunno what he was thinking... How good was the Webber/Alonso fight down the main straight! I thought he'd gone to deep for a bit, but he managed to keep it on the road.

As an Aussie, and a huge Webber fan i was pretty pleased with the race Nice work indeed. And 4 out of 5 now for Button... who would have thought I never got to see replays to show if Trulli was at fault at all for slowing turning back on to the track and causing the huge pile up. Maybe his stearing was damaged?

Everyone excited for the big race tonight? Button on pole, Massa is up there.. Big fail for kimi and heikki though, poor effort indeed.

Looks nice! Great idea to make a machine so universal, after all, isn't that what Lego is about? Is it fully automated in the video? Or are you controlling it in any way? I look forward to seeing a more completed version soon
