I live in Toronto, so there's a few to choose from. Not sure how many are in Quebec though.

Walmart is never great for release dates or keeping stock up to date. I have had great luck at the Bay and Indigo. I just bought all 20 at a local store by my work. They usually keep them near cash. And they playfully joke with me while i stand there feeling bags for 15 mins haha.
