  1. I think we will need to unfortunately wait quite a while for a new Orthanc, as it is too similar to the Barad-dur. Additionally Lego might think that a lot of people that have the disposable income to afford such expensive Lotr sets don’t seem to mind as much paying those crazy prices for the old 2013 Orthanc version, which would dampen the demand for a new one. Hope I’m wrong though
  2. What I find most surprising is that the rumours were true - it’s a furniture store. But it shows that even knowing the type of shop tells you nothing about how it will look like Edit - I love the window detail of the tan building. It looks like a Polish Pierogis
  3. Weirdly, it looks kinda like those Modulars from Chinese off-brand Legos. But in a good way
  4. We are getting very close. Within a week it should probably get released. Cant wait! Will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the amazing Tudor Corner
  5. Honestly I’d be very surprised if they did a music store since in AS it’s already there. A furniture store seems more likely. The Modular street had quite a few music related themes already though - in AS, DD (radio station), JC (jazz club) But the leaks at this time tend to be quite inaccurate, so I’ll wait and see. As I said before the modular street has probably enough restaurant and entertainment options for now and more public buildings would be welcome. But they might be less exciting to the average consumer. There must be a reason why almost every second Modular has a restaurant
  6. Looks amazing! Where is the minifig with a hat from?
  7. As previously mentioned, more healthcare oriented professionals would be greatly appreciated. We already have a dentist in AS and a Vet in CG and a small clinic would be greatly appreciated. The Modular street is set within small town, so I wouldn’t expect a hospital. In addition to a clinic, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a post office, a school and a library are the major amenities for a small town that are still missing. and we have I think already enough restaurants ;) !

  9. The second set is rumored to be 3455 pieces, so probably around 300€/$
  10. I really like the building, but I’d prefer if the top part was filled with brown instead of white, so it would look more broadly European and not specifically English Tudor. Whats is in the smaller establishment? A Hairdresser or a Tailor? We had both already - in the DO and JC, so it seems like a cop out…
  11. I like the tree and the posters- adds more variety. I admit the statutes seem a little out of place - Maybe on the roof they would look nicer. Without the more colourful parts, the museum looks even more like a haunted house
  12. The architecture of the museum is closer to a suburban mansion than a classical building XD
  13. I think that’s the point. So you won’t wait till Christmas and buy it in January (which normally wouldn't see that much traffic). And when Christmas rolls around, you will buy a second set
