  1. Oh ok, that makes sense then. I eagerly await wave 2.
  2. This wave would serve as a great soft reboot of the theme/entry point to newcomers and give us new versions of some essential Justice Leaguers and Batman villains. I like the idea of including Spoiler in the Batcave to have a female character and I would also change Robin to Tim Drake (maybe our first Red Robin) since he would fit with Spoiler and because we haven’t gotten him in a while.
  3. The Mxyzptlk figure from that book is the same design as his LEGO DC Supervillains counterpart, and unfortunately those designs don’t translate into real life anymore (especially a few years after the fact). It’s cool that they’re acknowledging him though I guess.
  4. Plus we have that set based on The Flash coming
  5. The closest we got was probably Jokerland with 3 of the Titans in it. It’s crazy that we still haven’t gotten a proper Raven figure yet.
  6. If they ever actually make DC mechs, I think a Red Hood mech should be in the first wave. They could just reuse the 2016 figure or if they decide to make a new one, it would only require new face and torso prints. An Under the Red Hood version would be welcome if they don’t do the Bat-Family version. I’ve just found myself wanting a new Red Hood figure since the old one is so expensive. I think he’s the only Bat-Family member who hasn’t had reappeared in any additional sets since his first appearance
  7. Apparently the $500 set is going to heavily feature a Black Panther vehicle
  8. I know, I was agreeing with you.
  9. This wouldn’t even be that different from what they’ve already been doing. Aquaman, Flash, Blue Beetle, and Shazam all debuted in Batman sets. Just throw in a few villains we haven’t gotten yet like Black Mask, Clayface, and Mad Hatter alongside new versions of the Justice League members you mentioned and a few occasional movie tie-in characters like Black Adam or Doctor Fate and we’ve got a solid semi-reboot of the theme. It’s still centered around Batman but it’s more than just the same six characters they’ve been doing for the last few years. For the love of God, I hope some of the designers read these threads.
  10. 13 Marvel sets so far for 2023 and not a single DC set to be seen. Our only hope is a Flash set that may not even release at this point.
  11. WB seems to be sticking to the plan of Ezra apologizing, doing limited press, and then releasing the movie so I think, barring Ezra Miller actually murdering somebody, LEGO will release The Flash set as-is. I know it’s not quite to the same extent, but they kept Cara Dune in that Mandalorian season 2 set despite the whole Gina Carano controversy.
  12. How long does it usually take for LEGO to upload higher quality pics once the sets are leaked on the instructions app? I need to see better pics of Namor.
  13. There aren’t really any minifigure-worthy characters from Moon Knight or Ms. Marvel aside from the main characters and Echo is getting her own show later on so 2 would be enough for Hawkeye. And then if it’s just 4 shows like the last CMF, that would just leave She-Hulk which I could see getting the most figures due to the characters that are rumored to be in it.
  14. The Black Panther 2 leaks from the last few days have been very interesting. If we get minifigs of those 3 new characters, which seems likely, then I will be very happy.
  15. We’ll see. They changed the Stormtrooper printing in the recent Trash Compactor set while the Imperial Armored Marauder set with the old style of printing is still on shelves.
  16. I looked at them side by side and it looks like the new one has more black printing on the torso.
  17. A new pic of the AT-ST leaked with a better look at the minifigs and it looks like it has a new Scout Trooper. That’s neat.
  18. It’s a small detail, but it looks like AT-TE is technically a Clone Wars rather than ROTS set since it has the Clone Wars and not movie branding.
  19. Plus they’re making a new helmet mold that they’ll probably want to reuse
  20. “Tales of the Jedi” sounds awesome and I hope we get sets for it. It will have tons of opportunities for new prequel-era Jedi, as well as young Dooku, Mace, and Qui-Gon.
  21. Strange with third eye leaked
  22. Andor looks great. I can’t wait to see what the set and figures look like. Hopefully we get more sets next year with Mon Mothma and some Imperial stuff.
  23. Oh well. If that’s true, given that Promobricks also said the build isn’t that good, I may just skip that set and buy the Kenobi figure separately if it’s any good. Vader probably won’t be better than the 2020 figure.
  24. Vader clearly has red eyes and a new torso in the artwork at the bottom left corner of the box, that’s interesting
